Great location, nice apartment, but unfortunately ruined by soulless, inflexible corporate management. Their check-in is already later than normal (16:00), yet they refused a 15-minute early check-in for a Work call. Then came the automated threats about late checkout penalties. Nice space, but I'd never stay here again. Brighton has better options. Also, check their AI-generated replies to reviews. Airbnb or AI-bnb? You decide.

This was the perfect location and home from home Positive: Everything location, the decoration, shower was amazing, the little back court yard is a sun trap. Just perfect Negative: Curtains in the back bedroom would be good to keep the morning sun out

A real gem! Nice decor, walkable to town and only yards from the sea front. Our car was too big for the parking space however we did find 24 hour parking at Norton Road Car park which was reasonably priced & only a 10 minute walk.

We had a lovely stay in Brighton. The location is neat the sea and within an easy 15/20 min walk you’re at the famous ‘lanes’ of Brighton. The house was very clean and modern furniture, everything felt like new! The bed was a bit small for us, but this is Ofcourse personal preferences. Overall amazing stay/location/host!

Charming 2 bedroom terrace house in Hove Positive: Charming, well maintained, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom house with private garden. Lots of storage in kitchen and bedrooms. Well positioned to local attractions, beach, shops and restaurants, with great bus services at end of the street. Negative: The property was lovely and would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Alice Hideaway! Great location, very walkable to cool shops, bus, grocery store etc. The place was sparkling clean and felt brand new. Very spacious kitchen, had everything we needed. Only heads up - one of the bedrooms doesn’t have block out blinds so was pretty bright in there. No problems with ants as was mentioned in a previous review. Would recommend staying here!

We had a great time. The location is perfect, as only a short stroll to the beach, shops and fabulous restaurants. The property is really lovely - fresh, clean, cosy and the garden is great too.

We absolutely loved Alice's Hideaway. It was so thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities exactly where you would think of looking for them (hairdryer etc). The colour scheme and choice of decor is serene and calm, and the lovely mural in the main bedroom is totally charming. The kitchen was perfectly kitted out - as good as ours at home, and there is a lovely garden space with table and chairs to enjoy the evening air or for your morning coffee. So much attention to detail - impressive. It was the perfect place for us. Thank you so much to the owners and managers, who clearly have put so much thought into it.

The house itself was nice, clean on arrival, and in a great location, which is why this is not a 1-star review. However, our stay was seriously impacted by an ant infestation and extremely poor customer service, so unfortunately we can only give 2 stars. We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 babies. On arrival we noticed a few ants downstairs and assumed it was minor, but by the morning downstairs was swarming with ants. Throughout the stay they were over the children’s play mat, kitchen surfaces, plates, dining table, toys, nappies, the baby cot, and even in the bed. We also found ant killer down, suggesting this was a known issue before arrival. We tried to contact the host through Airbnb but they only use AI automated responses, so we called the Host & Stay call centre, sent videos as requested, and followed up, but received no meaningful help/resolution. This made the property unsuitable and total lack of helpful communication (AI and 3rd party call centres) has been so frustrating.

Positive: Von aussen pfui innen hui! Alles perfekt umgebaut mit viel Liebe zum Detail, es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Negative: Die Lage ist ein wenig ausserhalb aber in 10min. zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar.

Excellent apartment, will book again! Positive: The apartment was comfortable and cosy, it met our needs. Loved the kitchen! Negative: Towels gave off fluff and the bed was squeaky but overall it wasn't too much of a fuss.

Beautiful place to stay in the perfect location. Nearby restaurants and shops were perfect and the sea couldn’t have been closer. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again in future when we next come to visit Brighton.
