Our family (two adults and two kids, 5 and 11) had a lovely time staying at this cosy flat. The place has a vibe that suits Brighton’s overall bohemian/artistic atmosphere. It’s spacious, clean and welcoming. The location is great as all the main attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!

My family had a great stay at Alexandra Villas. We could not have asked for a better location as the property is close to the train station, the seafront and shops. It's also tucked away from the tourist areas - it really felt like a home away from home.

Great short stay in a beautiful place Positive: Great location - just a ten minute walk to town. Spacious property - we were a family of five and it felt like we all had our space. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Negative: Outdoor space could have been tidied up.

This is my third time to stay in this place. I come visiting my family in UK. The location is good and the room is clean. And for this time, i want to express my appreciation to the property owner. When there is issue for the toilet, he has sent us an engineer to fix the issue asap. And when I lost the key in the house when I check out (Stupid me...), he came to save us at once. So we could go to airport on time and take the flight. I really appreciate for all of that and highly recommend for staying in this house. Cheers, Patrick

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat schöne hohe Decken, neuere Badezimmer und die Wohnräume sind lichtdurchflutet. Die Betten im kleineren Schlafzimmer sind kürzer, als Standardbetten, für unsere Kinder waren sie ok. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang, so dass der Rückweg aus der Stadt oder vom Strand, für weniger mobile Menschen, beschwerlich sein kann. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich jedoch eine Bushaltestelle. Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (8 und 11 Jahre alt) alles zu Fuß erledigt. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful high ceilings and was like a home away from home. 10/15 min walk to the centre of Brighton with a 9 year old who skipped all the way! Perfect place for a family get away. Very happy and would use again! Thank you! X

Ficamos 2 semanas hospedados com minha família neste lugar muito acolhedor. Tivemos alguns problemas no início mas tudo resolvido rapidamente, inclusive com o dono do apartamento indo ao local para nos ajudar. Nos sentimos em casa e meus filhos adoraram o local (inclusive tem brinquedos com os quais nos divertimos bastante). O apartamento é bem espaçoso e tem tudo que uma família precisa para uma hospedagem mais longa. Por ser bem localizada, podemos aproveitar praticamente tudo de Brighton a pé sem necessidade de uso de veículos. Tem supermercados próximos, um parque para as crianças brincarem e a 10 minutos de caminhada da praia. Só tenho elogios e recomendo sem dúvidas.

We had a great stay . This is a really lovely, light airy and large apartment. 3 of us had plenty of space . The Christmas decorations added a really homely atmosphere Charlie was very helpful and communication was excellent I would definitely re-book in the future

Five of us stayed here for a weekend away in Brighton and absolutely loved the flat. It was much bigger than we expected and very light and spacious with no unnecessary clutter. All the facilities including kitchen, bathrooms and TV worked really well, and the beds were all comfortable. It is in a really convenient location to get to the centre of Brighton and the train station, but the area was quiet which we appreciated. There were extras provided such as shampoo and teabags which was lovely! Would definitely recommend this flat and stay here again, it’s great value! One thing to note was that we were told there was no DVD player in the flat, but there is one! We didn’t test to see if it worked, however.

5 of us stayed here for a friends trip and it was great! Really spacious and big living room for us all. Location was a great spot to come back to, 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minute from the start of the Brighton Laines. The apartment was exactly as described and had a really well equipped kitchen. Even the sofa bed was comfy and made for a good nights sleep too. Small minor things would be a need for a bigger bin, had to take quite a few trips back and forth to the communal bins, and the shower next to the singles bed room was tricky to keep on (kept dropping back to bath tap). But they would only make an already fab stay better. Would defo be back!

Great Stay. Communication was clear and prompt response to any questions we had. The flat was immaculate and in a great location for easy access to a range amenities. Will definitely be returning and would strongly recommend as a place to stay!

All-in-all, an excellent experience except that the communication is handled by a chatbot and there is no way to get to a human. Found that really unsettling

Everything is well furnished and equipped, the area is also nice and easy to access. Good choice for a couple of days in lovely Brighton. Only around 15 min. to the Oceanfront and the royal Pavillon is also not far. The host was friendly with quick answers to our questions. Negative: It was a bit hard to find the entrance at first. But not really a problem at all.

Sehr geräumig und wunderschön! Positive: Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Stil, die Räume sind groß, hell, toll gestaltet und superschön eingerichtet. Von der Küchenausstattung über Spiele, Bücher, Waschmaschine, es ist alles da, wirklich eine vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung. Man spürt die Liebe zu schönen Details und fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Die Lage ist total ruhig, aber dennoch so zentral, dass man nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, zu den Lanes und ans Meer hat. Fußläufig gibt es tolle Frühstückscafés, Pubs und Restaurants. Die Abwicklung der Buchung läuft komplett über eine Agentur. Wir haben uns umso mehr gefreut, den Besitzer kennenzulernen. Danke, lieber Clive, Eure Wohnung ist ein so guter und wunderbarer Platz!

This apartment in Brighton was a very nice place with a great kitchen and plenty of space for our group of 4 adults. Super clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could’ve needed. Quiet and convenient location, very close to train station, the beach, shops and restaurants.

Lovely apartment but bring earplugs to sleep Positive: Clean, spacious, comfortable, good location. Negative: Not great soundproofing. Upstairs neighbours can be heard talking and walking around. Even singing karaoke after midnight for a couple of hours.. unfortunately not something the owners can do much about I guess..

Ubytovanie odporucam tym, ktori chcu mat autenticky zazitok z byvania v anglickom byte so vsetkym co s tym suvisi. Positive: Ubytovanie bolo priestranne, velmi dobre vybavene, velmi pohodlne postele, ciste kupelne. Blizko do centra aj na stanicu. V lokalite apartmanu sme sa citili bezpecne. Negative: V dome bolo dost chladno a v jednej spalni viditelna vlhkost / plesen na strope - ktoru clovek citi aj vo vzduchu. Wc v jednej kupelni sa velmi tazko splachovalo.

Great location and comfortable beds

The flat has a lovely atmosphere. It’s airy and light and warm. The kitchen is clean and well equipped without being cluttered, so there is space to prepare food. The hallway is an especially attractive feature, adding to the feeling of spaciousness.

Casa molto accogliente e ben attrezzata. Ambiente familiare. Padrone di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Un piccolo problema è dato dalla poca illuminazione della scala.

A great apartment! The place was clean, spacious and looked just like the photos. It was very conveniently located with the train station only a short walk away and the centre being nearby, yet it was in a very quiet area. The facilities all worked fine and we enjoyed all the TV features. The apartment did have shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms which saved us packing space and there were even teabags in the cupboard and board games on the shelves which were a nice little extra :) We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this apartment

This is very nice flat. It bright and sunny and feels very roomy. It was nicely kitted out and serviced 5 people easily.

Good location, just a short walk from the station. Some stores and a nice pub are also nearby. Apparently there are roughly 340 other pubs in the city :-) Nice apartment with comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood.

Happy, comfortable stay Positive: Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Quiet location. In easy walking distance of the train station, town centre and seafront. Negative: The exterior of the building and the entrance stairwell look a bit tired and do not do justice to the clean and tidy apartment that awaits.

Logement très très bien situé. Endroit calme et cossu. Prévoyez un petit budget parking si vous venez en voiture. Il faut compter +/- 15 livres par jour. Soyez attentifs aux instructions car parfois la durée est limitée à 2 heures. Endroit de parking idéal est la Julian Road 😜😜😜. Petits plus : lave-vaisselle, machine à laver.

The flat was easy to find, accessible and close to town. The flat was super clean, with plenty of room for 4 guests. Beautiful environment would definitely visit again. We had a slight issue with the water pressure temperature and drain of the main bathrooms but after discussing with the hosts they assured us there’s going to look into it.

Negative: Water pressure, couldn’t use two baths at the same time

The accommodations were clean and tidy and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. I liked how we could walk to everything but we were not in the chaos of the town. Thank you for your rapid response to all of my questions. Shannon H

Great place to stay if your here specifically for Brighton, very close to everything. only downside was the WiFi didn’t reach the far end of the apartment other then that everything was perfect!

The Apartment was super big and very cute. We had a very good time. Slept super good, bed was very comfortable.

El piso era ideal para lo que necesitabamos, muy fácil acceso desde la estación de tren, bonito barrio, a 5 minutos de los Lanes con todas sus tiendas, bares y restaurantes. El piso con mucho encanto, techos altos, suelo de madera, cocina bien equipada, amplio y luminoso salón, dos habitaciones con su baño completo, las camas y ropa de cama muy cómoda, el piso estaba limpio y ordenado. Para repetir!
