Positive: A lovely cottage in a beautiful location and only a 5 minute stroll to a couple of good pubs / restaurants with very friendly staff

Couldn’t speak to a person about a burst waterpipe, the phone number put me through to a call centre that didn’t underst Positive: Good location . Plenty of rooms . Negative: Needed a recent quick clean … dead flies on the window sill . Sink Tap in the bathroom was loose . Last day the flexi pipe burst and water everywhere. Managed to use the stop valve . Called the property owner but just a foreign call Center .

A lovely place to stay. We had a great week. Walking distance to a great pub. House had everything we needed. I would mention being an older house there are a number of little steps up and down around the house and the stairs are curved and uneven. Not ideal for those with limited mobility.

Oven didn’t work for 95% of the time we were there

Everything was pretty good. The place was a little dusty and there were a few uncleared plates and dishes in the cupboards. The main issue was that the oven broke early on during the stay and wasn’t fixed until just before leaving so we were unable to cook proper meals at home.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage, it was so pretty and peaceful. It is exactly as described, it’s close to everything you need but also somehow feels like you’re away from the rest of the world, especially sat in the garden. We had a brilliant trip, thank you again.
