Value for money and excellent location

Positive: The location is very good close to town and only 15 mins walk to open air theatre

Very low value Positive: Location close to centre. Car park extra cost Negative: Very scruffy outside and internal of property. Smashed and broken areas of door on floor outside. Worrying. Loud noises most of night slamming internal door over and over again. Loud voices and children. Didn’t stay the second night

Amazing! Great Apartment Positive: Absolutely amazing little apartment, exactly what we was looking for. Great space, central location and perfect for our little trip away. Apartment was decorated beautifully throughout and cleanliness was of a high standard. We would most definitely stay here again - Thank you Negative: No faults at all.

Had everything we needed for a one night stay Positive: The property was in a good location it was a shame that when we arrived at4.20pm the key wasn’t in the drop box it did mean had to change our plans alittle to get this sorted but it was sorted as soon as they could Negative: The mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs could probably do with a topper

as soon as we walked in it smells like a public toilet urinal which made my pregnant girlfriend throw up, the bathroom absolutely stank! we had to go buy bleach and sprays to try mask the smell and keep the bathroom door shut , the apartment was really cold too the heating didn't seem to warm the place up. it was in a good location and would of been orite if it didn't smell so bad I wouldn't stay there again, and they obviously know about the smell as we read other reviews after id messaged them but they didn't care they just had a couple of empty air fresheners after trying to contact them about the smell I got a reply next morning telling me to buy some air fresheners and they would re immerse me if I kept receipt.

I have mixed feelings about our stay. The location is excellent—surrounded by great restaurants but surprisingly quiet. However, the arrival experience was disappointing. The shared areas were messy, and the lack of exterior lighting made navigating the steps at night quite difficult. Inside, the property was freezing and felt damp; it took almost our entire weekend stay to reach a comfortable temperature. There was also a persistent odor that we had to manage by buying our own air fresheners. While the flat itself seemed clean, the 'stale' start and the unkempt building entrance made it feel less than welcoming. With a bit more care toward heating and upkeep, this could be a 5-star spot.

The apartment was great. Host and Stay response time for support were excellent. Overall the apartment is lovely and just right for a visit to Scarborough with shops close by and a short walk to views of the bay.

Perfectly positioned right in the centre of Scarborough. Check-in, facilities and communication was all spot on. We enjoyed our weekend break and this place was a good choice for a hassle free visit!

Although located in a good area close to the New Town, overall it was more than dissapointing due to the horrid smell from the bathroom. But however, the WORST thing about the place was the lack of proper cleaning performed. There were blood stains and black marks left on the duvet what is truelly disgusting, especially when you pay a cleaning fee TOO it shows a complete lack of respect for the money paid by the customer. I would not recomend to stay here.

Beautiful place to stay on holiday. The place was clean, host is accommodating and just a few walk to the beach!

Fantastic location for exploring the town. Quiet block of flats. Close to the bus and rail stations. Nicely decorated and furnished
