This place was perfect for what I wanted! Well located for the hospital which I was visiting and had everything you needed for your stay. There were some small touches missing such as scissors, tin foil, bin bags which would’ve been beneficial. Unfortunately when I was entered the properly it was not as clean as expected but this was soon rectified after the host replied in a timely manner! There was plenty of parking and very easy to locate the flat. Overall I would stay here again.

This was a fantastic base for my trip to Taunton, close to the town centre shops & cafes and hospital where I was visiting. It even had a large supermarket within 2 minutes walk. As a solo traveller I felt safe and at ease. The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped and the bed was super comfy. I was a bit concerned about finding it and gaining entry due to other reviews, but this was not a problem at all. The host was very responsive to my enquiries. As someone else has commented, use the green entry door on the left of the building which leads straight up to the apartment.

Positive: Location close to the nature reserve was excellent for walks with the dog. Parking was also excellent. Negative: The WiFi signal was poor. Too weak to run the TV.

The apartment itself was lovely. As described. Very clean and well looked after. Good size for two of us. Such a shame the outside area you walk through was littered with very unsavoury rubbish. Parking was very poor. The space is too small and we couldn’t get our vehicle in. The management company were very unhelpful with this. We had to take a risk and park where we could. Not great as we chose the apartment because it had parking. The apartment location is great and easy to walk into Taunton. Instructions to find the apartment are too vague and need to be clearer. The actual apartment is on the top floor and the lift in the main building doesn’t go to the floor. We worked it out but it took a long time!

Exceptional, great location, only issue I was unable to connect with WiFi.

Excellent séjour dans un très beau cadre. Améliorer le ménage. Positive: Très bel appartement, très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville et des commodités, au calme et avec une jolie vue, exactement comme sur les photos. Negative: Nous avons voulu faire cuire un plat au four et là... surprise: la saleté du four était inqualifiable, beaucoup de graisse qui avait cuit et recuit, avec en plus les deux plats dans le même état que le four! Nous l'avons signalé à l'hôte qui s'est excusé mais n'a fait aucun geste commercial! et notre viande nous est restée "sur les bras"!

Very convenient location. Taunton is a quiet, nice place and this property allows you to enjoy that quiet. This is conveniently located with Tesco right around the corner. Lots of restaurants closeby within 10 mins of walk. I used to walk from this place to King's College which is less than 30 mins walk and multiple cafes on the way. I highly recommend this for a short trip.

The accommodation was a bit confusing to find:you need to use the postcode . It was perfectly clean and roomy for 2 people, the seating and the bed were both comfortable.I t had a good oven and shower worked well. I would have liked more kitchen equipment: eg pyrex dishes, and crockery. Good to be so near Tesco's and not far from town. It's not the host's fault, but outside was messy and smelly with litter strewn around. Surely someone is responsible for cleaning it up?

A good apartment for a short stay. First appearances were very favourable. It was a good base for the area and especially for the cricket ground. Parking was very easy. Using the postcode, the sat nav took us to the Tesco car park. The route from there to the Waterside building was like going three sides of a square. It is a 90 second walk between the two locations but a much longer drive!The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. There is a lovely view of two tulip trees from the feature window in the bedroom.The kitchen equipment is minimal, never enough to fill the dishwasher before running out of basics. It lacked a vegetable peeler and a pair of scissors, both bare minimums for self-catering.Disappointingly, the oven and the grill pan were dirty. The communal bin stores for recycling and refuse were both in a poor state due to residents not using them properly. This appears to be an ongoing issue. We brought our considerable recycling home.

Positive: Location was marvellous for the cricket and town centre

Pleasant stay, with good access to local area. Positive: It had everything we needed for our weekend. It was a good location, very close to tescos and town centre wasn’t too far away. Negative: While it was tidy there was some spilled liquid on the wall in the kitchen. There was also items missing from the kitchen which i notified them off on arrival. There was only one bath towel, no ideal as two of us were staying. The main property recycle bin was over flowing and there was a lot of debris and rubbish to the side entrance.

Spent almost 2 weeks here. Very clean and functional. No dryer in the property FYI. Has most of the equipment you might need in the kitchen, but don't expect any storage space for groceries. Internet is not the best and phone data was faster when working.

Super apartment! Quiet, extremely clean and well-stocked with utensils, washing machine etc. that you might need. Excellent access to both ends of town (approx. 10-15mins walk dep. upon pace), including the County cricket ground.Good choice of nearby coffee shops, and Lidlls and Tesco barely 5 mins walk away. Ample car parking spaces too. Host helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

The lift to the apartment got stuck and we were unable to get a reply from the lift service team. Fire brigade had to release us

There a few places around this area I’ve stayed in but 52 waterside is my favorite. I’ll stay again next year too. Favorite things: The view from windows as it’s a corner unit and high enough to see out a distance. Nice window in bedroom. Good layout: comfortable living room and kitchen and eating area space. Well equipped kitchen with non non-stick cookware available. Comfortable big bed. Anyway, it’s a nice place.

Positive: Clean, well furnished. Comfortable bed an bedding Negative: No clear signs from main reception where keys collected to stairs/lift for 3rd floor so took a while to find. TV reception kept breaking up on some channels but that may have been due to strong winds during my stay

Did not feel safe in evenings. Communal Rubbish bins need to be better managed. Actual apartment was clean and basics supplied. Check whether internet has been fixed. Connection to TV is intermittent and means you can’t stream films .

Location is great, easy walk to park, supermarket & town centre. Plenty of parking on-site.

Getting to the flat on the 3rd floor was initially unclear but after that was a breeze. Really quiet and clean flat, spacious and great bed and nice bathroom. Very convenient for town centre

we had a lovely time. the accommodation was spotless when we arrived and felt right at home. there was plenty to do in surrounding areas and overall we had a lovely stay. we will definitely come back again if we were to visit. thank you for all of your help and providing us with a lovely place to stay for a few days Richard

Our only issue with this place is that the bedroom window that takes up almost the entire wall is a fixed window with no opening. due to this it was unbearable to stay in when the sun is up. other than that one issue the place was perfect.

Clean, well-presented, and in a great location. However, the flat is very minimally equipped — no kitchen scissors, Tupperware, extremely limited crockery (only 4 of each), and numerous other items missing. Supplies like dishwasher tablets and cloths are rationed. The bedroom window doesn’t open. No hair dryer is supplied. The managing host is extremely polite but completely inflexible on everything — policy is policy. The check-out time is undesirable and, despite saying cleaners arrive promptly at 10am, they never do. The parking space can’t be used beyond 10am, even though tenants park wherever they like, so the cleaners don’t need the underground space. Several guidebook instructions are incorrect, and despite detailed feedback last time, nothing was updated. It’s clear the managing agent hasn’t visited recently or perhaps ever. The company is invited to visit and carefully review their information and the extremely basic and limited equipment.

Large good quality accomadation. Positive: Great location and good size. Excellent for parking. Negative: No code that worked for the main door, had to use broken door for entry as other people were. from there not obvious where the key box was.

Perfect location and had everything we needed. The lift was not working during our stay which was inconvenient but would happily book again!

Flat was well situated near a nice park, Tescos and also hospital, which we were visiting, all in walking distance. It was clean and had everything we needed. Re getting in - the key safe is just inside the main door by letter boxes. Flat is 2 flights up then walk to end of corridor and walk another flight or take lift. Its possible to take lift all the way from the entrance that is near the bins. Flat was perfect for our stay.

Great location, great value and very responsive host. However entrance instructions are unclear, as other reviewers have pointed out and kitchen supplies were very basic and some items missing. Finally the check out time of 10am is unsociable and not typical. 11am checkout and 3pm checkin would be much more convenient.

Was as described in the listing and looked the same as the photos, stayed here before and again it was as expected

Great flat, felt right at home, only a few minutes walk into town with lots to do round the area, would recommend to anyone who's looking for a central location

The flat has been newly renovated and is comfortable and clean. Most of the building seems to be offices. There are nice walks in the river meadows and it’s easy to walk into town, or to the hospital, which we were visiting. Number 52 is on the third floor and not accessible from the main lift, but there is a lift at the far end of the building which brings you up by the flat. It was only after extensive searching that we found this. Signs were being put up during our stay so hopefully this will be remedied. The key was not in the key safe when we arrived. The cleaner was still working on the flat which, she told us, had been left in a bad state. She’d done a very good job on the whole and we had a comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment, could not fault it

The apartment itself was great, the location is in a commercial/office area just outside of town. The address was tricky to find with the directions supplied - but I have fed this back and think it will be rectified. Once inside the apartment building none of the apartments are signed so it was very hard to locate the actual apartment. Better signage, locating instructions would be beneficial. i.e. its on the 3rd floor and you nee to go into a separate entrance to the main key box entrance and separate lift well. I think if host and stay were to do an audit/visit they would be able to supply better instructions. The apartment itself was great, equipped and perfect for our needs.
