Best value ive stayed at in long time. Positive: Nice location 30 seconds from sea and 5 minutes to town. Really spacious and well thought out. The bed was really comfy and leaving tea and coffee was nice. There is good cosy lighting throughout and the nightlight in corridor is great if you need loo in night Negative: I liked everything, maybe they could advertise sofa is a sofa bed and I could have bought someone else?
Positive: The apartment is bright and spacious, yet also really cosy. There is a huge living area and the bed is really good. For the money I dont think I've ever stayed anywhere that offers so much for so little, the small touches are great - free WiFi, SKY TV, a Bluetooth speaker and even charging points on lights next to the bed and I love the old whitby pictures on wall. There is a qr code with all local information on and the communication was great. Location is really nice and stunning view as soon as you walk out of door.. An extremely small quibble would be there are no dvds with the dvd player.in bedroom but it's being hyper picky!! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Down for folk week, needed a central location to access the various venues Positive: Great location for folk week Negative: Going up and down in the lift can be a bit of a pain but other advantages outweigh this.
Overall good Positive: Spacious. Relatively clean. Negative: Bit dated. Needs some attention. Parking not easy. You need a disc to park.
Perfect Positive: Everything. The apartment was exactly as described and shown. It was as though we were in a home with all you need not a s/c apartment with the bare minimum. The decor was exactly as I would have chosen. Negative: Personally it would have been easier with darker coloured carpets.
Lovely inside. Agree the communal areas are a bit tired but you domt stay in them. Great value for money.
Unsatisfactory Positive: Location was good for pavilion. Bed was comfy. Negative: The entrance halls were very rundown and untidy and could do with a good clean. The appartment needs a deep clean also. The sofa was uncomfortable. Netflix etc was not accessible as stated.we were put in appartment that previously had dogs in and it was stated no pets. The inside of the appartment door had dog claw marks all over it.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we revisit Whitby. Positive: Liked the spacious apartment. Easy to check in and out. Comfortable lounge and bed. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was quiet with stunning views over the sea and it was a lovely walk into the town. Negative: Cleanliness, of bathroom in particular, could have been a little better. Tap water needs sorting, was very slow but shower pressure was great! Shower cubicle a bit on the small side for my 6'4" hubby.
Ok for a weekend but expensive of overnight parking makes it a costly stay Positive: Comfortable bed and clean apartment Negative: No meet and greet, shabby entrance lobby , lack of lighting on stairs and corridors, no free parking and web site says parking available.
Great flat, really spacious, veey very well equipped.
The flat was a lot bigger than we expected and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. A very comfortable two days, right off the coast, with easy access to the beach and town.
Clean cosy quiet apartment in Whitby’s West Cliff. Positive: Great location on West Cliff of Whitby in classic old building that was the Metropole Hotel. Second floor apartment with lift access which was good for luggage. Spacious clean cosy quiet apartment. Comfortable bed, fluffy big bath towels. Great bedside lamps with USB A & C slots for phone charging cables. Made good use of washing machine. Found parking close by - pay & display by day.

If you are visiting Whitby, this apartment would be an excellent choice to stay for both comfort and location . Positive: The property was very spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable and welcoming after a long drive. The apartment is in an excellent location 1 minute from the gorgeous beach. Negative: We liked everything about this property.
The apartment is super clean, with all the basics provided. The short walk into town is lovely, with plentiful shops and restaurants. Don’t be worried or dissuaded by the main building’s exterior. Make sure you obtain all the check-in details from the agent as I had to ask for them.
Lovely apartment, very spacious abd still cosy. Great view the moment you walk outside and literally a minute from beach. Really easy clear check in, free wifi with prominent code on display and easy to work TV. I saw prior review moan about no leaflets but in 2025 who want a bunch of shoddy takeaway menus wasting time and paper.. the online info is perfect. Could do with a few DVDs in bedroom so could use DVD player. Bluetooth beatles speaker and decor was really cool We will be back in summer.

Last minute get away. Positive: Booked a very last minute 5 day break in Whitby, and so glad we came across this gem. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of places to store your belongings. The apartment was very clean and cosy and was like home from home, it had everything you could ask for, even down to cleaning products and washing powder. The location was excellent near to the town centre and all the attractions. Plus amazing views over whitby bay when you cross over the road from apartments. I will be recommending this apartment to friends and family and will be booking another stay myself next year.

Very nice clean apartment. All the facilities required, close to town centre.
The only problem with our stay was there was nothing physical to read about the property if it hadn't been for the fact I had a phone we would have been really out of the loop regarding everything, you need to make sure there are leaflets left at the property explaining everything NOT JUST HAVING TO RELY ON A PHONE!!!!

Had a great stay here, excellent location for getting to everything Whitby has to offer and pay and display parking was available really close by.
