Highly recommend a stay in this beautiful flat. Highlights for us included the very comfy bed and the amazing views out onto the beach. Super location for the beach and local shops and cafes. Was very peaceful - we stayed with our 5 month old and weren’t disturbed by noise at all. All communication was quick and easy. The heritage of the building is really interesting and we enjoyed learning about this too!
The apartment was well renovated with good quality fixtures and fittings. It was vey quiet with a great view and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen knives were lovely and sharp(a rare treat in a holiday apartment) however there was no microwave. The lighting in the lounge was a bit too low to read by in the evening but could be easily remedied with the addition of a reading lamp or brighter bulb. Overall it was a great place to stay in an excellent location.

A wonderful little apartment in a beautiful little village. Me and my girlfriend felt right at home in this place it didn’t feel like a hotel or anything it felt like it was ours just for that week. It had everything you could need and it was in a good location with easy access to all the amenities and only a short walk from the Tram way if you don’t want to deal with the hills. After our first day we had already decided we will come back again. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a quiet cosy holiday by the seaside in a traditional seaside town in a wonderfully ascetically pleasing apartment.

Great stay in Saltburn, can’t beat those views! Location fantastic. Positive: The view!! It was modern, beautiful inside and spacious. Negative: The strange smell and that the parking space was crowded by the bush next to it, repair men frequently parked in it or so close to it we couldn’t get in the space. They did move when asked but weren’t happy about doing so.

Positive: The size of fridge and freezer were very good. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher too. Great Views Negative: I think having a kettle will be better and cheaper than having to warm up the stove to boil water. Otherwise all good. Thank you
Perfect stay, 10/10 Positive: Really lovely accomodation, we took decor ideas away with us. Stunning view of the coast and a great location to the beach and local village. I can't think of anywhere that would have been better to stay at, wish we stayed for longer. Negative: Nothing to add.
Impeccable decor and even more stunning views Positive: The flat is beautifully presented with incredible views over saltburn. We loved the space, we had the most amazing time. The high ceilings and impeccable decor was such a joy Negative: Just a couple of little things: - a bigger kitchen bin with recycling options - a small bin is needed in the bathroom - a foot rest/ pouffe would be fab in the living space - plug sockets in the bedroom were a slight issue. A large extension lead for each side of the bed would be ideal.
A lovely location and room spoilt by putting money before client well being. Positive: A nice sized apartment with a view in a good location. Negative: The lift was out of order and we were informed two days before arrival when the company had known this situation for months. We chose the apartment on the grounds that the lift was available as one of us had mobility issues. Four flights of stairs, two floors with luggage is quite a task. Anyone who has mobility issues should be aware before making any decision. We would not have booked. No token of apology for inconvenience, stress or their short comings.
July weekend Positive: Location and view Negative: Advertised lift not working. Given choice of refund but decided to go anyway. 48 steps inside and more outside.. Building has seen better days Flat functional and clean. Car space on arrival restricted by overgrown bush. Cut whilst there car in situ. No apparent damage but filth. Bombarded by emails. One to confirm and give details enough.
Nice place to stay. Nice view, comfy bed, private parking (though the hedge next to the space needs trimming) and a great sea view.
We booked no. 18 for the location and the sea view and it didn't disappoint on either. The views are stunning and being there from sunrise to sunset is awesome. The property is also a stone's throw from the funicular, pier, beach huts and sea. The off road parking is great, although the hedge needs a serious trim. Access to the building was awkward with the lock being gunked up and, being on the top floor, the broken lift made transporting luggage a tiresome experience. This is not the fault of the flat owner and a communal issue that a couple of the residents we met in the corridor commented on. The flat is stunning and the furnishings are "interesting" although it was as expected and true to the photos. The flat was immaculately clean throughout. The crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils are minimal (for example no tin opener and just 2 pans) making self catering more awkward than it need be, and whilst it was an annoyance it didn't detract from our experience. Highly recommended!
Lovely apartment with amazing views and quiet location ...definitley worth the stairs! Everything was spotless, and looked brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed...quality sharp knives and nice crockery. The bathroom was very clean and has a great shower. Also a super comfy bed! It's a little tricky to find the entrance door to the building so worth phoning before hand if you haven't been emailed the instructions.
Positive: easy to locate, everything is within a very short walk, property was clean and comfortable. Negative: the step between the bedroom door and hall is easy to miss
Fabulous flat, very cosy and great views of the sea and beach. All amenities in the flat were in good condition. Unfortunately the lift was out of order which impacted on our stay due to mobility issues. Beyond the hosts control but would have appreciated being informed prior to arrival.

Beautiful flat in an ideal location with a great view. The flat itself is spacious and has good amenities. However, we did have a couple of small issues, and it seemed like the customer service support staff did not know the flat very well and were not close by to help us.

Fabulous location, very comfortable Positive: Location and views It was fairly comfortable too Negative: Not enough kitchen utensils ( oven trays , pans etc) also not enough cutlery if you put dirties in the dishwasher. No drainer on sink was a bit of a pain Also a dressing table / shelf would be a fab addition
Elegant, stylish and unique stay with breath taking views. Could only have been improved by brighter lighting in the living room as it became too dark to read, but can't imagine this would be a problem at a lighter time of year as we stayed in January. The company were really well organised and provided clear, detailed instructions.

It is a lovely flat if somewhat sparse. Beautiful colour schemes, nice bathroom and kitchen. It was cold however and the gorgeous wooden floor was very cold I needed to keep my shoes on! I think people may need a little more than the one saucepan and frying pan though unless they are eating every meal out! Apart from that I very much enjoyed staying there.

Positive: Fantastic view of Saltburn beach.Plenty of room and large tv .Clean and well kept apartment .Your own parking space for the apartment and lift access as well as stairs. Negative: Could have done with a microwave even though you had an induction oven and coasters for your cup of tea.

A nice flat with a few teething issues - needs to be better cleaned in the entry way and the fridge made some loud noises. Hopefully better over time
Seaside apartment in the Zetland Positive: Lovely reburbished Seaview 2nd floor apartment in the iconic Zetland building in gorgeous Saltburn by the sea Spacious with a seaside feel Liked having a carpark space and being in town Lots of lovely beaches and clifftop walks Apartment has everything apart from Internet and microwave 😌 Negative: Sadly no Internet or microwave otherwise it would have got 10 from us. Host and stay were very impressive sorting out curtains in bedroom which had fallen down 😊
