We stayed for a weekend and there was no hot water from the shower which has been previously reported on other reviews. Everything else was perfect however the apartment was not useable with no hot water

Safe, secure and clean Positive: I liked the cleanliness - very clean I liked the property was new The furniture was new too and it smelt lovely Negative: No parking around the area Very noisy in the apartment we were in. No sound proofing. We were on the third floor The bin in the toilet is not hygienic with a fabric lid the shower went very hot and very cold and the extreme temperature made showering a challenge The hob didn't work The team that were helping over the phone were good but it took a while for them to answer- accessing the property was not as easy as the text message.

We arrived to our Air BnB in Liverpool and there was not clear instructions on parking. It said we were able to do on street parking, but this was not correct because you had to have a permit to park anywhere on the streets nearby. The address they provide is also not clear as we were getting lost. We then arrived into the BnB and needed showers and could not get the shower to go hot what so ever. It then ended up working but was either freezing cold or way too hot. We then went to eat some food and noticed that the kitchen cutlery, plates, glasses, etc were not clean at all. So we had to hand wash everything ourselves before using. There was also only 2 toilet papers for 4 of us for 3 nights which was definitely not enough, I have read previous reviews of people saying the same thing and they had come back to say they would sort this issue but it clearly hasn’t been sorted. Blanket on the bed was also not clean. This was very disappointing as we paid £450 for 3 nights.

Instructions to place wasn’t detailed enough and confusing as the guide sent had an incorrect post code, once found the place didn’t have on street parking it was all permitted. There was lock boxes outside the flat door which made it confusing and a certain button order to press for the entrance to stairwell door, when someone let us in the building we finally found the lock box outside the front door although we weren’t told what level the flat would be on. When we got in we discovered there was an unemptied bathroom bin with old sanitary products in it and one toilet roll to do thurs-sunday for 4 guests! The beds were also super hard.

Overall, we had a good stay and the apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean, tidy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor issues. The shower was difficult to adjust, as the temperature seemed to be either too hot or too cold, making it hard to get it just right. The top floor of the apartment block also appeared to be unfinished, although this didn’t affect our stay. As the apartment is on a main road, it was quite noisy at night when we had the windows open because of the hot weather. With the windows closed, this wouldn’t be an issue. Despite these small points, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a clean and comfortable place that matches its description.

Lovely stay this weekend just gone. Easy enough to get Ubers wherever we wanted. Easy to find the property and a Sainsbury’s to park in literally 4 minutes walk away.
