LIVING ROOM
The apartment boasts a spacious and welcoming living room with two comfy leather sofas and a flat screen TV where you can unwind after a busy day of exploring. A sofa bed can also be made up upon request, increasing the occupancy to four.

The area

There are a number of beaches for you to choose from in Scarborough. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty.

Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a 30 minute walk from the house where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.

15 Easby Hall is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within an hours’ drive of Whitby, Staithes and Saltburn.

Scarborough Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away and has routes to York, Hull and Sheffield, with connecting routes to Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.

The East Yorkshire 128 bus route travels between Scarborough and Helmsley with stops in Thornton Le Dale, Pickering and Kirkbymoorside, whilst the Arriva X93 runs to Whityby and Middlesbrough.

“We loved it! Positive: We loved our stay in this fabulous apartment and were very grateful for the lift after lots of walking in the local area and weary legs! The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped and we loved that we could cool the flat by opening the windows and allowing a breeze through, despite being on the top floor...we just needed to be on gull watch to make sure that we had no extra uninvited (and noisy) guests! This is a wonderful place to stay and we'd love to stay here again in the future.”

“Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Scarborough Positive: Very spacious apartment, with high ceilings and big windows. The kitchen was well equipped, having a washing machine and clothes horse was a bonus. The bed was very comfy - nice to have a king sized bed instead of a standard double. It was great having two bathrooms too. Negative: The address given is Montpellier Terrace, but the entrance is actually on Craven Street. The instructions included a key code for the front door however there is no keypad, we just used a key.”
