Nice new buildings but some issues Positive: Perfectly positioned for my needs, new building so all nice and elegant Negative: The flat number was not provided so I had to look for it and try different key locks. The wifi password was wrong and I had to request it. The shower pressure was very low and hot water was temperamental. I asked for late checkout and was refused without even an explanation but just a standard message.

Apartment was really clean and location was good - 15 minutes into the centre. The apartment was spacious and hosted three of us easily. However, as mentioned in previous reviews, location was incorrect, had to use another postcode (they sent two - just use three words!) and other reviews to help find the location. The keys were also inside and the car park you can’t access without the keys, this wasn’t made clear. Simple things like the WiFi which said were on the welcome park were not, meaning we had to message. The shower was temperamental and not working correctly, would have been helpful to have instructions on how to work this too. Overall, I would recommend the apartment, good access to the city and to the motorway but would ask the hosts for much clearer instructions and to fill out the welcome instructions with more detail.

Great location and spotless place. Check in was very stressful as two addresses were provided. The one on the check in details was incorrect so we arrived at the wrong place, the location of the property was difficult to provide without correct instructions. When I called they kept telling me to go back to the wrong property, the only reason I found the apartment was due to a review stating it was by spoons, but I kept getting told by the company to go to the other property. After travelling 6 hours, it was not stress free.

We had a splendid stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear advice and helpful information throughout our stay. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures and felt very homely, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was as described, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests. Thank you Charlie!

The apartment was so nice. So modern and in a great space. Only 15 minutes from the city.

Stayed for 2 days to visit family, great place to stay. Had a Wetherspoon opposite for food or drinks, was 10-15 minutes from city centre by cab and walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Very clean, bigger than what we thought based on the pictures. Would 100% stay again

The apartment itself was great and really nicely decorated. However some improvements need to be made to the apartment before it was ready for people to stay there. Things such as the TV wasn’t set up and plastic was still on smoke detector etc. The kitchen cupboards were dusty and had sawdust one even had a used takeaway coffee cup in. There were also what seemed like fault tape around the apartment of things that needed addressing. There was also a problem with the shower which hindered our stay a bit meaning we couldn’t have a proper shower on our stay although maintenance was sent out in the morning to fix this.
