Our team had a fabulous stay at the property, it was so comfy and clean, just like the photo's. Sadly our team were working so couldn't make the most of the local amenities, but the house was a welcoming retreat to return to. Thanks so much for hosting us.
We had an issue with cleanliness when we first arrived, but Host & Stay dealt with it pretty efficiently. It's a nice place, but pricey for what you get. Probably better suited to large families/groups of colleagues on business trips.
Well looked after property
Lovely house in good location.
The house itself is very modern, clean and stylishly decorated, with tasteful interior design and large TVs throughout. It’s a comfortable and well-presented place to stay. The main downside is the parking. Guests aren’t allowed to use the driveway, so you have to park on the opposite side on another road, and later in the evening there are often no spaces available, which can be frustrating. The surrounding area is fairly quiet with limited restaurants and things to do within walking distance, so you’ll realistically need to drive most places. On the plus side, it’s a convenient base for accessing the A6, so whether the location works well really depends on what you’re looking for and where you plan to visit.
We were a large group staying for a family wedding taking place locally. This property suited us perfectly, it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
It was amazing service was great. Only thing was as it’s summer and extremely hot we requested them to get us fans with they said maybe they can arrange one as we told them in advance but once we got there wasn’t any fans and was extremely hot as the kids room was on the loft it was extreamly hot for the kids first night we had to then go out to purchase fans apart from that it was nice and clean. Thank you
Had a lovely time there!!
The house was beautifully furnished with masses of cupboard space in the rooms. All the beds were very comfortable, clean bedding and towels. The crockery and cutlery suited our needs, oven, microwave and air fryer were easy to use. Three bathrooms were more than adequate and alleviated queues in the morning.
We have stayed here mutiple times and it is a beautiful house, which is well maintained and has everything you need for a week away. The hosts provide clear instructions and are responsive to any queries. We will be back to stay again.
Close to Croft Circuit, which is the reason for our stay, so the location was great for us with a pub and restaurant just a short walk away and the circuit itself only a 5-minute drive away. The house has plenty of room, is neat and tidy, and was a pleasure to stay in. Highly recommended.
Lovely place to stay, the layout is well thought out and decorated! Smooth check in process and great location!
Had a good stay, great sized house with plenty rooms and bathrooms for multiple parties wanting separate spaces. Kitchen and dining facilities were very good had everything we needed. Visited during a heatwave and no air con or fans provided, so was very hot on first arrival and had to source these. Overall was a good trip and I’d stay again.
The house was beautiful, just as the description. It was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean. We had some issues with getting the heating to cool down sufficiently to be comfortable. Overall it was a lovely house and convenient for Darlington.
Positive: The property was like home from home with everything we needed, suited the needs of all the family
Good location, overall a good stay would use again
