One of the best we've been to Positive: Location of caravan is in a veey quiet area, on arrival we were greeted with a basket of welcome goodies, including a bottle of prosecco, a cake, some popcorn and even bread. There is coffee and sugar, milk provided, and if you have a dog, there are dog treats, blankets and even a water bottle for the dog. They have provided games as well, including the likes of guess who, which is always fun. One of the only caravans we've ever been to with 2 toilets, one main, then one in main bedroom. The beds are comfy, and the whole caravan is appointed so well, and so clean, there are lovely walks just minutes away, and there are takeaway shops and a costa coffee etc very near to the complex. One of the best we have stayed in, you won't be disappointed Thanks again for a lovely stay Negative: Main Bed is short if over 6ft tall 😂 (an issue with all caravans for tall people, not specific to this caravan. literally the only "complaint". just curl your legs up like I did 🤣

A restful stay in a beautiful caravan on a quiet park that was good for the soul! Positive: It was beautiful and presented really well, it was made to feel homely and welcoming and had special touches. It was more than a place to stay as so lovely. Very well equipped with considerable effort put in to meet everyone’s needs, including dogs and children. Negative: Nothing.

Great stay and will return if exploring northumberland again. Positive: This was an excellent stay and we will return. The caravan is cosy and nicely decorated. It has usefull ameneties like a dvd player, smart tv, wifi, board games and all the required cooking utensils. The complimentary welcome hamper is a great touch. Wooler centre is a 2 minute drive or easily walkable for pubs. Negative: You can hear the traffic from the road behind but it dies down the later it gets. Club house wasn't open during our stay, no on site shop.

Truly amazing, relaxing, adventurous and comfortable Positive: Truly amazing x First impressions have been fantastic. We loved the little hamper. The caravan is furnished beautifully and it’s very welcoming. The whole family are really happy thank you Negative: There was no bar or restaurant on camp and the local bar/restaurant was close down

Positive: There’s everything you need in this cozy place- including a French press for nice coffee :) in a great location close to the Northumberland National Park (plenty of hiking options) and Wooler is a very cute market town to explore

The cabin met our expectations and gave us a comfortable stay. Positive: The location was great for the original plan for staying in Wooler but that reason changed and I wasn't able to cancel the booking, so the location then didn't meet my needs but was ok for a trip outside our plans. The welcome basket was brilliant. The place was comfortable, well appointed and decorated nicely. The towels were very nice and big. Negative: The only problem was when we showered the bathroom and cabin became humid. A sign of times I guess.

Lovely break away for the whole family overall Positive: The property was modern and had everything a family and a dog would require. The site itself was very clean and tidy, play parks for the kids, local shops, pubs, takeaways and plenty of walks nearby, beautiful streams and rivers. The onsite pub The Canny Owl was excellent for entertaining the whole family. Lots of entertainment for all ages every day and night. We will be back. Sad to be leaving. Negative: There was a slight smell of wet dog in the caravan however that is to be expected as it is dog friendly! Nothing a couple of air fresheners wouldn’t solve. Also there was a strange smell in the main bathroom and I noticed some minor areas of required cleaning that would allow me to give this property a 5*, please note I am clean obsessive so likely others would not notice. There were some noisy excavations going on behind the property however this was not in the park itself so couldn’t be helped. The food in the pub attached to the site was not in my opinion worth the price, not fresh and mass produced chain standard meals however edible. And finally there is a swimming pool however it is not included in the price of your stay so there is an extra charge for this and for some of the children activities during the day.

Positive: Lovely welcome baskets for both us and the dog , was great to arrive and find milk in the fridge so could have a coffee on arrival . Negative: Couldn't find the padded seating initially on arrival for the outdoor seating area , found it on our 3rd day , maybe a wee note saying where it is located would be helpful .Not a big thing but would make it better.

Amazing stay, will be back !! Positive: Has everything you will need. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Extra touches of the hamper for us and the dog was a brilliant idea! Excellent location on the site. You get the sun all afternoon into the evening on the terrace too enjoy sitting outside

Positive: Beautiful caravan. Everything was perfect. Negative: Bit picky really but could have done with a full size ironing board. But everything else was brilliant thank you.

Recommended stay in Wooler, with everything you need. Positive: The caravan was fully equipped for your self catering needs. This included a generous welcome pack of crisps,, biscuits and crumpets. Milk in the fridge and a bottle of flavoured sparkling water. As soon as you enter the caravan, you feel at home. The kitchen area, had microwave, oven, and I think an air fryer in the cupboard (not used), The double bed was really comfortable, this room also had an ensuite toilet. The separate family shower/toilet was spacious enough, and there was no problem with the water pressure in the shower. Each bedroom has its own TV, so no arguments about what to watch. I also thought it a nice touch, that the day after check-in, I was sent a text from the owners making sure I had everything I needed. Negative: Too hot at times inside. To be fair though, it was the hottest June week on record, and I have never stayed in a caravan before. Speaking to ",neighbours ", They gave me some tips on opening windows, but also closing blinds to keep the sun out. I had also brought with me a portable fan, which helped, especially at night next to the bed.

Loved it and would definitely recommend it and, looking forward to returning in the near future. Positive: Breakfast N/A but, the location is second to none. Quite central for getting out and about for exploring the Northumberland countryside and coastal areas. We have in years past been to Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses and it was great to see how much things have changed over the years. Negative: If you could have arranged for the temperature to be a couple of degrees higher it would have been perfect.

Excellent Positive: Everything, it was extremely clean, had everything you could ever need, hosts were on hand for anything if you needed them. A lovely food parcel was left for us which was appreciated . I was a great visit.

We had a really lovely stay at this caravan. Everything was spotless when we arrived, clean towels, fresh bedding, and a very well-maintained space overall. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with everything we needed. The Ninja Speedi air fryer was such a bonus and made quick dinners so easy after a long day. It felt comfortable, practical, and clearly well looked after. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and well-equipped place.
