Jessie was a pleasure to host

Maria Claudia was a pleasure to host! The house was big and nice, but wasn’t too clean. The pool control was broken and couldn’t lower the temp, it was set at 95 degrees. We had to text and get someone to come to the house. The front doors lock is broken and couldn’t open the door. The instructions of the front desk were not clear and took 20 minutes to get in when we arrived. Pool is really nice but the finish is very rough and everyone ended up with cuts on their feet soles. Lastly, the cleaning crew came before our check out time, not only the check out is early, at 10 am, but they came at 9:30 am and made us rush out the door. Priced to high for what it offered.

Jessica was a pleasure ! We enjoyed our stay. The first only thing we didn't like were that the beds were uncomfortable for a luxury home like this. We were hoping for better comfort to really relax and enjoy vacation time. Overall we loved what the house offered which was location, private pool and private primary suite with private balcony.

I booked this property through Airbnb as a surprise for my partners birthday and invited some of his friends to join us from out of state. Unfortunately, just 2 days before our check in, hurricane Idalia hit and caused massive flooding in the area this property is located. Luckily, there was no damage or flooding to the home and the island was back to normal for our check in. I am local to the area so I was aware of the weather situation and felt like although they were not responsive to my messages in the app, AMI Locals did a great job of answering all my phone calls during the chaos (and there were a lot!). The only thing I would say is that when we checked in, the pool was still dirty from the storm, but someone came while we were there to clean it so no harm. This house is BEAUTIFUL and was the perfect size for our group. Waking up every morning to the sunrise in our room and the sound of the waves was exactly what we needed. I would 100% book this property with AMI locals again!
