What a great place to stay while in Hilton Head. They have everything you need here for the beach and the outdoor space. We had a large family group here and there was more than enough room for everyone. Highly recommended it!!

We had a group from grandparents, parents, preteens, and a toddler and we all were accommodated and had a great time! Great communication from host!

We had an amazing girls’ trip to Hilton Head with six women, and this house was the perfect place to stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the hot tub and the fully functional kitchen, which made it easy to relax and enjoy time together at the house. The location was fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do. We also took a fun day trip to Savannah, which was an easy and worthwhile addition to our trip. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. The house, amenities, and location made our girls’ getaway even better. Highly recommend!

My group of 9 friends had the best long weekend here! Plenty of space to hang out, comfortable beds, and a short distance from the beach. My group made great use of the beach chairs, rolling cart and cooler for our beach day. Kylie was always super quick to respond with questions and helpful reminders.

My family genuinely loved staying at this Airbnb. It was very clean and well kept! The pool was clean, the kids loved it! There was plenty to keep the family entertained. 10/10 recommend!

House was perfect for our group of families. Pool was a nice touch too! Definitely was not walkable to the beach with little kids 😅 but we hopped in the car and drove and it worked. You do have to pay for parking at the beach access though. I would recommend!!

My family had such a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The location was close to the beach, close to bike paths and golf. We really enjoyed the amenities in the house, the games, the pool and the porch. We ran into a couple of manageable issues in the house, which Kylie and her team worked with us to address. Would recommend this home for your next group vacation on Hilton Head!

This home is beautiful and LARGE. There was plenty of room for our extended family with many games/activities to entertain. Pool room needs some attention (pool noodles with chunks bitten out, broken floats with foam balls floating in pool water, volleyball has slow leak so won’t stay inflated, peeling floor coating in game room. Short on some basic home supplies (no broom in main living area, no pot holders, no dish towels or sink rags) only one roll of paper towels in kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dead batteries in several of the remotes, burnt out light bulbs. Cleaning company needs to step up their game (especially in bathrooms) enough said. Overall a great spot to vacation and Host has done a wonderful job of making this rental a complete experience. IMO all short comings are on the maintenance/cleaning crews overseeing daily functions between guests. There was also a home being built only 1 door down so very noisy all day every day we were there.

We had a perfect family beach vacation. The house was amazing. It was clean, beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms. We loved having a pool and hot tub. The games were a great addition to all of the other amenities. The house is conveniently located to Folly Field Beach, and several top rated restaurants. We have nothing but positive things to say about the house and the hosts. We will definitely book this house again.

My family and I (17 guests, including 5 children and a baby) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The house was spacious and well-kept. The decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfy. Our kids loved the rooms with the bunk beds and the arcade games. The pool area was a huge hit. The host was very friendly and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Hilton Head. Thanks for a great week.

The Hilton Head property was the best beach vacation rental we’ve ever had. Beautifully decorated, very well stocked, very clean, great location to the beach, and so many fun things to do at the house besides the pool. Restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Coligny Plaza, Shelter Cove, groceries, and Harbour Town Lighthouse. Kylie is great and very responsive if you have any questions.

Awesome place! It was exactly as described. The host went out of their way to support us. Would highly recommend and will most likely return.

Great spot to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday! House was spacious for our group of 14, with lots of room for gathering and socializing. The all king bed bedrooms are a big plus as well as the queen size bunk beds! Kitchen is well stocked with blender and crockpot. Great place to stay on Hilton Head.

The house was gorgeous and located in a beautiful gated community. It was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is located within a short walking distance to good restaurants and the beach. There was plenty of room for our big group. The back deck was the gathering place. Great spot for our morning coffee and our evening wind down. We loved all the beach items - chairs, wagons, towels etc that were provided. Kylie was the best person to deal with. She provided all the info for check in/out a couple of days ahead of our arrival. If I had a question she replied right away. We really enjoyed our stay!! The week went way to fast!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house offers tons of fun features for kids, keeping them entertained throughout our visit. The decor is thoughtfully done, giving the home a beautiful and inviting feel, and the furniture is modern, comfortable, and very sturdy. Highly recommend for families.

This Airbnb honestly looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. The host truly thought through every detail to make our stay enjoyable. We had 10 adults and 5 children, and there was still more than enough space both indoors and outdoors for everyone to be comfortable. They really anticipated guests’ needs and went above and beyond by providing a working Shibumi, 8 beach chairs, and even a beach cart that made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. They also surprised us with a welcome gift, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, I would absolutely give this stay 5 stars. A few minor suggestions for improvement: - Make sure the grill is fully cleaned after each stay. - It would also be helpful to provide recommendations for parking if guests bring a 5th vehicle. For example Hilton Head Airport - We also noticed some drain gnats in the kitchen area Overall 5 stars and would stay there again!

We had a great week staying at your place over Easter; Hilton Head is a fantastic location to spend the holiday. The house was set up very well for a large group, and the beach was only about a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely place to stay…we had an absolute great time…house had plenty of room and was perfect for our bachelorette weekend. Located right in the middle of all the fun things to do in town.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The home was spotless, comfortable, and even better than described, with thoughtful touches throughout. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house has so many activities between the pool, hot tub, firepit and games there is something for everyone. We loved the quick walk to the beach (which is a lovely) and another quick walk to Nala’s cafe and putt putt. The kitchen is very well equipped and and all the beds were very comfortable. It was a great central location for restaurants and shopping on the island. We would definitely stay here again! Also, management was very responsive, we had a lot of questions and they always got back to us immediately. Highly recommend The Tide Place.

The stay was awesome, it was everything that we expected and probably even more. Actually like to give our hist Kelly, a shout out, she was on point, she made herself available at all time, she was a wonder to communicate with, so thanks Kelly. It's no doubt, my friends who accompanied with me has stated that this particular house will thier choice if or when we come back to Hilton Head for a visit to stay another weekend.

The home was absolutely perfect for our group!! The beds were incredibly comfortable as well as the other furniture!! The open floor plan made it so spacious to spread out and all able to communicate as well. The pool and hot tub was clean and a lot of fun during our down time at the house. Ive stayed at many Airbnbs and this home had the clearest and least requests during check out than any other previous stay. I would highly recommend this home!!

Outdoor space with multiple amenities - best airbnb we’ve stayed at so far & we plan to return for another stay for a summer beach getaway :) Kylie and Elliott are extremely responsive, helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars! 🌟

The place is absolutely beautiful. Large kitchen with everything you could need. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Very clean!! We highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

The house was amazing and suited our big family well. Good communication with the host. The kitchen was well stocked to host and prepare a Thanksgiving feast.

We had the best stay! Elliott and Kylie were super responsive, and we felt like they really cared about our stay! They reached out to make sure we were having a 5 star experience. This may be the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at!

The house is clean and beautiful, the amenities are great, The host were very responsive and friendly. We had a reunion of women veterans that after 15 years we finally were able to gather and reconnect for the weekend. The house was so welcoming we were able to sit back relaxed, cooked and sit around to catch up, but also big enough that everyone have a private place of their own to peacefully take everything in. Thank you Elliott and Kylie for being the perfect super host, and for opening up your house to all of us, it mean so much to each of us.

What an amazing vacation home for our girls trip. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The game room was filled with so many activities and the house looks brand new. We will absolutely stay here again. We loved the location - so close to the beach!

This place is amazing! The photos present to you how detailed they were and it shows! Comfortable beds, great spaces to hang out, good communication from owners, an actually well-stocked kitchen, etc. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again in the future! Only obstacle was the parking, since we had 6 total cars from different cities and had to arrange for parking 2 elsewhere. But the house was worth it for sure. Thanks ya'll!

Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser aber Elliot hat sofort Handwerker geschickt, die das Problem beheben konnten. Das Haus ist für Familien mit Kindern toll geeignet. Es war sauber, in einem sehr guten Zustand und der Strand war einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Lediglich auf der Terrasse könnte man mal etwas aufräumen. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit.

We were here with a big group for a wedding weekend. The air bnb experience was awesome! Everyone had a great time and we were all very comfortable. It was great for our group size of 10 people. We had more than enough space and there was so many fun activities for our group to do while we were at the house. Would recommend this place to others

The house is amazing, fantastic hosts! Best I’ve had using Airbnb. House fits a decent size group easily. The location is close to all of the golf courses and everything you want to do on the island. The house is also in a gated community. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolute best of the best. My family and I stay at Airbnb homes constantly and this was by far one of the greats. Kylie and Elliott are amazing hosts. Great communication. No issues at all. Absolutely beautiful home. The garage is the ultimate game room. The indoor pool was fantastic. We even had a private chef come cook for us on our last night. What a great vacation. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. Hilton Head is beautiful and close enough to Savannah to go enjoy all of that as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Elliot and Kylie’s house was perfect for our annual golf trip outing, comfortably fitting 6 of us adults with plenty of room to spare. The pool, hot tub, poker table and ping pong table also saw plenty of use after we finished our rounds. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying here for your next large group trip to Hilton Head.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and situated in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Kyle and Elliott were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely love to come back!

This home and the hosts exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want for anything. They had everything you could need on a beach vacation, you don’t need to bring a thing. Less than a ten minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. We had 11 people from 1 year to 55+ and everyone had a great trip!

The location of our stay in Hilton Head was an excellent one! It fit our family of 13 perfectly! Everything was just as listed and though you had to walk to the beach. It was no big deal since everybody was walking, riding or running there also. That's just what you do. There is cheap parking by the beach also, if you are planning on taking a lot of stuff there. The house has everything that you need and more. Elliott and Kylie were great hosts and very quick to respond to any questions! I liked working with them so much that I plan to do all of our future vacations through there properties!

We stayed here with a few other family members, and really enjoyed the stay! The house is well furnished, kitchen is well stocked, and overall a nice modern style. The house looks like it was recently built, so everything looks new which is a plus. The pool area was great, with plenty of chairs and games to make for a great time hanging out. They also have quite a few beach chairs that you can take out to the beach. They resolved a few minor issues while we were there, so we were very happy with our stay here and definitely recommend them!

This place is really impressive! We came with a group of nine and they had really thought through so much of the Guest experience. Games, beach gear, plenty of amenities. the kids loves the bunk room! Our major and really only struggle was in communicating with the hosts about an issue we had with the hot tub and pool temperatures. This host uses AI to respond to Guests, which makes sense given the number of properties they manage. However, AI sent us incorrect instructions for the hot tub and didn’t always have details relevant to the property. We never heard directly from the hosts, even when we called the number provided, it was an employee without specific info. For future guests: the hot tub temp cannot be changed on site. It was tepid, and the pool was very warm. We never got those two things resolved, but we still had an amazing time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It met all of our expectations. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a well stocked kitchen with all appliances and conveniences necessary with plenty of entertainment options for both adults and children. We had a few questions when we first arrived and they were answered almost immediately. We highly recommend this property to other families.

Beautiful new home with a few kinks, the photos are accurate. The good: lots of pool and beach items, big and comfy beds, lots of spac. We celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday w/trip to HHI. My daughter and her friends loved the bunk room and the proximity to the beach. The bad: stopped up sink, poor water pressure in showers, elevator didn't work, 1 person had knee & hip issues and thought the elevator would help. We didn't find out until 1 or 2 dys before that the elevator didn't work. The check-in directions were incorrect; it seemed like they sent us directions for another rental; we also had the same issue with the gate code. During our stay, the garbage disposal stopped working and the kitchen sink stopped draining. After 2 days, no one came to fix it, it's a farmhouse sink, you couldn't use it. We couldn't wash dishes due to the sink issue, and they understood. Elliott and Kylie recognized we were having some issues with the home and made amends, which we appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa, Elliot and Kylie and their team were very nice, responsive and friendly! The villa was super clean, luxurious and spacious with everything available, you name it they had it! This place along with the great customer service we received really exceeded our expectations and truly raised our standards of an Airbnb unit! We felt we are at home ☺️ Thank you!
