Nathan was a pleasure to host ! This place was exactly as advertised, fully functional and close to the beach. Also, a short walk to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Pine. We have a family of five and I would highly recommend this location!
Josh was a pleasure to host LIVE TERMITES IN MAIN BED, ON THE PILLOWS!! We had to seal off main bedroom to ensure infestation did not spread. Host was made aware with pictures and videos, I was told someone would come out and take care of it… No one ever showed up. The reason they say you cannot check in early is because they do not show up to inspect or clean until 1hr before you check-in 4pm. I arrived 1.5hr prior, saw no vehicles and called to see if we could put our bags down and head to the beach. I was told that they still had not inspected nor cleaned. We discovered the live termites within 3hrs of check-in. After my stay and no one taking care of the termites, I was offered $150 compensation… My rebuttal was $1500 which was half the stay… The final compensation offer I received was $250… Absolutely insulting, especially as a real local trying to show family a nice time. I was told my compensation offer was unrealistic because they didn’t receive cleaning fees, etc. again, LIVE TERMITES IN THE BED!!!!
It was a pleasure hosting Buffie! We hope to host them again in the future! The pictures represented this property perfectly. It is the cutest little surfer cottage and a bonus that we each had our own bathroom. Clean, bright and comfortable!

Marcie was a pleasure to host! The location was absolutely beautiful! The house was very nice as well. It was rather expensive in my opinion but for beachfront maybe that is what you pay. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Tammy, was a pleasure to host! Location, location, location. That is what you pay for to stay here and that is what you get. It's hard to imagine staying in a better location. You are right on the beach near the point of Anna Maria Island. We don't normally splurge to stay somewhere like this, but we were very glad we did. Being right on the beach was magical. If we went back to AMI, it would be hard to pass on staying here again.

Monica was a pleasure to host! Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate. One negative remark is that a roach crawled out of the dishwasher once when we opened it, which we grabbed and disposed of.
