Better price than what I would’ve gotten in the hotel close. Good Instructions for the check in. Just my fault I didn’t know which way was the entry for a bit, but figured it out.

This is by far my favourite place I ever stayed at with AirBnB, and it's not just because of the fantastic location (nearly a stone's throw from the Scotiabank Arena). Hosts were incredible to work with, and extremely understanding. Responses were lightning quick, and they are always so eager to help. I've stayed at various places in Toronto before, and I'm happy to say this is the perfect place to use! My wife and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and we'll definitely be back!!

O apartamento foi invadido no meio da madrugada e largaram um carrinho de bebê vazio, sujo e com um rasgo, DENTRO do apartamento. Eu estava com meu marido, mas o que poderia ter acontecido se eu estivesse sozinha? Retornarei a Toronto essa semana e estou considerando levar o caso à polícia. Não me deram ainda nenhum retorno do que aconteceu. Eu fui dormir por volta de 2am, vendo Netflix, apaguei tudo, fui dormir, quando foi 6am, fui ao banheiro e me deparei com essa cena assustadora. Meu coração disparou pois alguém havia invadido o apartamento no meio da noite. Que segurança é essa??? Ainda que fosse um erro, que alguém solicitou errado, em que planeta uma solicitação de algo é entregue dentro do apartamento de uma pessoa no meio da madrugada ??? Fora que cobram um depósito de segurança de 100 dólares, que demoram pra estornar mas permitem que a segurança do hóspede seja colocada em risco??? Experiência assustadora e horrorosa, não dormi mais desde às 6am, fiquei exausta e só queria sair logo dali o mais rápido possível. Inclusive registrei tudo, inclusive filmei o apartamento ao sair, pois quem me garante que não invadiriam e quebrariam tudo depois que eu saísse??? Até agora disseram que estavam averiguando e não me deram mais nenhum retorno. Me senti extremamente vulnerável. Isso é inadmissível. Negative: Segurança
Visite de Toronto Positive: L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter Toronto par tous moyens de locomotion (pédestre, train, métro, bus, vélo et auto). Immeuble surveillé par du personnel serviable. Très nombreux commerces à proximité immédiate. Negative: Les informations pour prendre possession de l'appartement sont envoyées au dernier moment ce qui provoque des incompréhensions sur les démarches de récupération des clés (décalage horaire, pas toujours de réseau d'internet mobile etc...). Et en plus de ces premières difficultés, la clé électronique ne fonctionnait pas sur notre serrure. Heureusement le gardien de l'immeuble a réussi avec un appareil électronique a ouvrir la porte de l'appartement. On a dû attendre le lendemain 14h00 pour qu'un technicien de maintenance change les piles de la serrure électronique et qu'un nouveau badge d'accès nous soit remis. Le troisième couchage sur le canapé est très inconfortable...... l'appartement n'est agréable que pour deux personnes adultes partageant le même et seul lit.

Stayed for 12 nights and it is a great place to stay. Great location with lots of amenities, restaurants and shopping located behind Union Station giving it great access to the UP train from Toronto Pearson Airport. It was not a large space but compact with everything you need. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for making my stay enjoyable and for being so responsive!

Varinder made us feel welcomed right from the beginning and responded to questions without delay. Location-Location-Location!! We had tickets for an event at the Scotia Bank Area... we couldn't have been any closer unless the arena had its own hotel!! Wonderful condo with great views!
The appartment was ideally situated with easy access to both Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre which was easy for us to Positive: Perfect Location. Great views of the lake and surrounding areas. Well equipped. Negative: Lifts were inconsistent and took a long time to arrive at times with queues building up.
Overall it was a very delightful experience, the location itself is very strategic and the amenities are exactly as listed in the photos. The place itself is very spacious and clean, definitely would recommend for others that would like to stay in close to other attractions in toronto! The host was also very lovely and responsive, we had to stay a bit later than the allowed check out time and she was very kind and understanding in letting us stay a few minutes later ❤️
Hosts are very responsive to all messages and very accommodating to guests! The location was perfect and within walking distance of many Toronto staples. Step-by-step instructions were provided for both check-in and check-out! Very well kept and clean apartment!

We had a great stay! We were going to a concert at Scotiabank Arena and let me tell you, you can’t get any closer. It was VIP location and such a great experience. We will definitely stay here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect- the Aquarium, Roger’s Center, great cafes and restaurants were all around us. We had a slight challenge with understanding the check-in procedure but once we navigated through that, everything ran smoothly. The space was clean, water pressure was great, bed was comfy and the view of Lake Ontario was amazing.

The best place in downtown Toronto that I have stayed in so far. Great that it has an actual oven with propers burner tops, the unit is very nice and cozy and the host are extremely easy to work with. Definitely worth checking this place out!!
Everything was as described and the condo was in the perfect location, right near union station, a lot of restaurants and the water. The view from the 44th floor was incredible. Really comfortable bed as well.

Perfect downtown stay. Spotless, quiet, and very secure. The location is the best, literally steps from Union Station and walkable to everything we like to explore. The hosts are excellent too - very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again! 💕💕

The unit itself is excellent, very clean, modern, and exactly as pictured, with a beautiful view. The location is also a major highlight, being central and convenient. I also appreciate the host and co-host for their responsiveness and for providing detailed instructions. However, the overall experience was impacted by several logistical challenges that made the stay more stressful than expected. While instructions were thorough, they were spread across multiple places (Airbnb messages and an external link), making the check-in process feel overwhelming. It took about 40 minutes due to confusion with the building layout, locating the key fob, and parking access. Parking before check-in was especially difficult. Perfect location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants and just across the street from Union Station. There’s also a Longo’s supermarket in the building which was very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped, has a big balcony with nice view. The place was great for our short trip.

The apartment matched the pictures, it was clean, has a small laundry room and all the cooking needs are there. The bed is fairly comfortable and had clean linens. It’s a small space but perfect for visitors for a few days.

Wobbly appartment. Poor communication. No phone number Negative: Check-in was a joke. Took 4 hours waiting in a local shopping centre to get wifi for the host to check their phone. Releasing check-in details 3 hours before check-in doesn’t work for people who have a long haul flight and just want their bed. Security staff had no idea. We nearly gave up and booked somewhere else

Perfect stay in Toronto, really friendly hosts Positive: The location was perfect, super close to everything we wanted to do. It had a beautiful view from the balcony and was the perfect size for our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re a Hockey fan like me, then you don’t need to look any further, 2 min walk to the stadium!! The host was really friendly and responsive for any questions we had. Varinder’s place was what I needed. It was extremely clean and in a wonderful location. I was able to park my car and get around the area by walking or ride share’s. Unfortunately, upon arrival I hadn’t received my check-in information from Varinder therefore I had to call through customer service. I was promised a parking pass but never received it. I paid $65. I had went into the building through parking unaware of the location in which security informed me that without the fob I could not get anywhere in the building. I was finally able to contact Varinder but the service was awful causing my calls to drop. Maintenance in the building was extremely helpful with getting me where I needed to be. There weren’t enough towels and upon request, I was promised more which were never brought to me. The shower head was loose causing the water to spray very weird. Also, the bed was not the greatest. Nevertheless, Varinder appeared very friendly and helpful but his housekeeping was awful.

The host was very informative and friendly. The Airbnb was easy to access and extremely close to both stadiums. Very easy walk to Rogers Centre. There was even a parking garage right next to the building. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay in Toronto!

Terrible commination, deliberately misleading Positive: The location Negative: Every aspect of the property management company and their inability to communicate even the most basic necessary information. How to access the key, how to access the wifi, how to activate the thermostat for air conditioning. I had to reach out to them for the information every time while they tried to claim the info was readily available in the app. And after booking this, they THEN contacted me via text to state they require a security deposit... From a random number, with a random link to put in my payment so only a little suspicious to most people. This listing sucked.
after a glitch in a hotel system I was left without a place to stay. Varinder was very accommodating, accepting my request the night of, and continually checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. Super Host isn't even enough of a compliment for them!
Varinder’s property is a great location with everything being in walking distance. Varinder was always pleasant and responsive with communication - except for when we had issues checking in. We waited over an hour and a half to access the property without responses for upwards of +30 mins at a time. Had to talk to concierge of building to contact host to proceed with check in.
The location of this place is unbeatable. We were there for a concert and it was so convenient. The issue we had was the embedded smell of the apartment and the horrible mattress that had springs sticking out from it. We were there for 4 nights and did not have one good sleep. The sofa was also not comfortable so we couldn’t relocate there either. The furniture was too much in the small space. Often would bump into the coffee table or the couch. It would be a great place for stay if owner would replace the bed with a new mattress and pillows.

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend Positive: Excellent location, the host was very kind and kept checking in with me if everything was fine, the apartment is lovely and beautifully decorated, clean and very well maintained. All the amenities are provided for a comfortable stay. Negative: Getting into the building to collect keys was a bit unintuitive, though I understand it from a safety perspective. If not for the guard at the 9th floor I would not have found the keycafe or the correct elevators.
