Lovely tidy and perfect for a couple. Positive: It was a quick 2 night stop on our way to leaving Kitchener area. We had been staying at a hotel. I would have happily stayed here the whole time. Felt safe secure and everything you needed for a longer stay. Negative: A little noisy with construction going on. But it wouldn't effect your stay if it was for work.
We enjoyed my stay a whole lot, it was peaceful besides the mattress. Positive: NA Negative: The bed was way too soft and it gave me chills and pain everytime i sleep on it. Ditto my spouse she complained a whole lot. I wish you had an alternate mattress because that was really really not a good mattress honestly. Additionally we had a neighbour on the floor who was constantly smoking and that was a NO NO for us because it constantly filled our apartment.
Had a great stay at this condo, it is small but cozy with a comfortable bed and bedding. It is a corner suite on the 9th floor so lovely floor to ceiling windows in the living/dining/kitchen area. We mostly used it as a home base so didn't eat in the neighbourhood. It was central for us as we wanted to spend time in St Jacob's, don't miss the farmers market, and Stratford for a play. Niagra Falls was about 2hrs away. We needed to contact the host twice and always received responses very quickly.
Great place to stay in Kitchener. Very comfortable and clean We stayed a week and feel right at home I will go back there without hesitation

Quite new and nice apartment with a great location. Easy to find and get in. Close to Kitchener/Waterloo downtown by walk or by public transport. I stayed there for 2 weeks while on business trip, can only recommend.

The overall experience was great! However, the check-in process was frustrating. The host and I agreed for an early check-in at 3pm but then ended up waiting at the unit for an hour to get in the room. I got into the room at 4:01pm …
A spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed space with great amenities and location. Positive: I really liked how clean and well-maintained the place was. It was very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. I particularly liked the fact that the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware so I could cook my own meals. The added bonus of having a gym as well as an outdoor patio area on the building's 2nd floor with barbecue grills was unexpected and most welcome. The location was great: convenient, quiet, but close to shops and restaurants as well as the ION light rail that runs between Kitchener and Waterloo. Overall, it was a delightful and pleasant place to stay that exceeded my expectations. Negative: The mattress was a bit softer than I would have liked, but this really is simply a question of preference rather than a complaint.
Construction Noise Had a good stay, only downside was the construction noise very early in the morning coming from the construction of the new condo building next door. thanks

Great spot in a new condo in the centre of the city on a main street. Corner view, very clean, very responsive hosts. New appliances and everything needed to cook in the kitchen. Overall a good stay and I would recommend

Positive: The apartment was new and everything was nice and clean. Communication was great and got all the information I needed. I can recommend it. If you book parking, you can choose a spot in the garage. They added our license plate pretty quickly to the system Negative: There is still a construction site next to the flat. Construction starts from round about 6.30am and woke us up every day (weekdays). The apartment felt very functional, and the couch was not as cozy as I hoped it would be.
I stayed at the unit for 5 nights. I arrived early in the morning and my check in process was very simple and straightforward. The unit was clean it had all necessary appliances and furniture for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and had necessary items like towels and shampoo. The unit is quiet which is a also positive. Overall a very good experience.

Nice place and responsive host!
Gilbert was easy to communicate, he was proactive and provided all the instructions before check-in and check-outs. The place was clean, pleasant, provided good view of Downtown with super large windows. We will definitely visit the place again!
