The apt is nice and clean with all basics! Everything works fine! Best: the hosts are very proactive and responsive. I needed to ask for small things a couple of times and they responded almost immediately! Great hosts! I highly recommend!

The room and bathroom were comfortable, but the hall was smaller than pictured. Extra bed sheets, towels, blankets, and garbage bags were not provided. The water had an unpleasant taste. Parking was more expensive than expected — $28 instead of the advertised $16. Overall, the stay could have been better.

The apartment was exactly as you see in the photos. It was really clean, and I especially enjoyed the views! Great, responsive and respectful communication and they made my stay in Kitchener super comfortable and hassle free. Would love to come back and stay again!
