Nice place

Great place to stay and close to downtown kitchener! Would highly recommend.

Everything was exactly as I had expected it to be..... extremely clean and modern. All amenities were taken care of and the place was adequately stocked. Had a great stay.

Good location and a well-sized apartment — a proper one-bedroom with a comfortable layout and a large TV, and good value for the price. A few things future guests should know. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the duvet's filling had shifted to the bottom. The carpet wasn't clean. The coffee machine doesn't seem to have been descaled in some time — I tried descaling it myself but still couldn't get a clean carafe. Some issues were down to the building rather than the host: the trash chute was out of service on several occasions, including on my checkout day, and there was significant noise from a neighbouring unit throughout the day and late into the night. The location and layout are genuinely good. With some attention to the bedding and cleaning, this would be a solid stay.

Great host

It was clean and cozy. The hostess were easy to communicate and get timely-mannered responses. They are professional and courteous. Appreciate their place.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. It was also in a great location—close to lots of restaurants, shops, and other places to visit, which made getting around really convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place!

Really nice place, and comfortable mattress.
