Amazing Unit one I would get again very clean and neat plus beautiful view. Underground parking was a minor issue especially getting out as the arms credit card feature didn’t work But the unit was incredible one of the best in all of KW and the communication was amazing

Amandas place was beautiful and felt right at home! Super clean and modern. Great views aswell of downtown Kitchener! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful little condo, last minute booking available, so many amenities to enjoy on site! Booked with my two boys- we loved the pool, bowling, and pool table available for use. you just reserve at the front desk when you check in. Your FOB is required for everything, kind of a different experience for us, but we felt very secure because of it. Amanda and Brix were very friendly and responsive. We did experience an issue with the exterior door lock not working during our visit, and unfortunately it could not be repaired while we were there. (we could still use the deadlock so we felt safe enough). However, the hosts handled the situation professionally, communicated well, and provided a discount to acknowledge the inconvenience. I appreciated their efforts to make things right and their commitment to good customer service. Will definitely stay again!

Every thing was easy, any questions or issues I had were resolved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I can think of to mention is it would be nice to have had a tv in the bedroom. Although there were plenty of plugs and the internet was great But really had no complaints at all

First Air BnB stay! Positive: The unit was mostly clean and very convenient to have the ensuite laundry and the dishwasher. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient as well, since it was very close to where our basketball tournament was located. The amenities were fantastic! The staff were very helpful and professional. Negative: There were some glitches in terms of the coordination between our host and the concierge. However, it was minimal. The knives - although in the knife holder- were all dirty upon arrival. The tub had a dark ring around it and the shower had a lot of calcium build up. Overall though, everything was great! Thanks again!

Great condo stay near downtown Kitchener. Nice and high up in the building with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Very, new condo. comfy and large bed. Would 100% stay again

Amanda & Brix's place is wonderful. Great location, walkable to Central Station and great view. The building also has great facilities like pool, bowling, gym and swim spa. Nice stay!
