We enjoyed our NYE stay, the place was great, our host attention to detail and responsiveness was outstanding, but moreover, location is great right on 30A. My family memories will remember this place. thank you!

Family Spring Break We had an amazing week as a family during the busiest week of spring break. High Pointe Resort offers a quiet space among the chaos for your family to enjoy time together. The condo was perfect! It was spacious, extremely clean and the bikes and chairs included help you enjoy everything on and off property. I highly recommend this condo for anytime of the year with your family!

Overall great stay but.. My family enjoyed our stay at your condo! The water filter in the fridge needs replaced. My only concern/problem was that there is not a lock on the inside of the door. My 19 month old son opened the door and ran out of our condo. We had to put a chair in front of the door the whole time to keep him from opening the door.

Perfect condo! My friends, and I loved everything about this condo! Once you get there, you don’t have to drive anywhere. Although it is a hike to the beach, it is totally worth it.

Beautiful Condo and View! My husband and I stayed in condo 224 this past week and loved it! The decor is classy-beach and luxurious. The bathrooms have a spa vibe with relaxing showers. The kitchen was fully stocked. The patio furniture provides a perfect spot to enjoy a drink/meal with a beautiful view of the pool and beach. We will definitely be returning next time! One suggestion is to add a full length mirror.

Great Stay! Loved the property and proximity to so many shops, restaurants and the beach! Crabby Steve's at the beach boardwalk was perfect for lunch and drinks!

Summer retreat We enjoyed our stay, the location and the property. We would likely not rent bikes again. The trails are for both walkers and bikers making it a bit more difficult to bike. There is a lot of construction at this time which limits the bike access. There is plenty to do within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and the property is well kept. This unit is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful condo! Nice updates to kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the beach and pool access. Walking or biking was easy to many restaurants and shops. We’ll be back!

The apartment was great! Great location and amenities. Beautiful inside, very comfortable, clean. I would come back with no hesitation! Also, great communication by the hosts.

Accurately described in the listing. Lovely decor extremely clean. Great location facing the pool with a glimpse of the golf from inside the unit and the balcony everything you could need is included in the unit. A drip coffee maker and a Keurig was very helpful. Easy access to the beach very responsive host scenic stays. Did a great job communicating and responding to questions and messages.

We had a perfect beach vacation! My family and mother-in-law stayed at the condo, and we felt like there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The youngest in our group is 4 years old and the oldest is 66 years old, and there was something to do for everyone at our location! It was a 5 minute walk from the condo down to the beach. Having beach chairs included and already set up was such a nice accommodation. The beach is private so it wasn’t too busy even for the week of July Fourth. Coffee, restaurants, candy/ice cream stores were walkable and right across the street. We loved having drinks and food at Crabby Steve’s. My kids loved the pool too! Kitchen was fully stock. View from the condo was beautiful. The only complaint I have is that the bunk beds were squeaky. Despite squeaky bunk beds, we would definitely return!

Our stay with Scenic Stays at High Pointe Resort was absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed with our 2 littles and found the condo very clean, spacious, and easy to relax in. The water was hot and the beds were a 10/10! Being so close to the beach and everything Rosemary had to offer was also a huge plus. We are already planning our trip back next year :) The only thing I would note, which has nothing to do with Scenic Stays themselves, is that if you are traveling with littles the doors at the resort only lock from the keypad outside. Our toddler kept us on our toes frequently opening the front door and walking about lol

Absolutely loved everything. The condo was super cute, loved it. The location was fabulous from pool, ocean, relaxing, stores, bikes and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. Hoping to stay here again. Thank you!!!!

This was a very nice place to stay. The location was very secure and easily walkable to the surrounding stores and restaurants. Beach access was awesome and came with an umbrella and two chairs. Would definitely recommend this place as it was a great time.

We had a great time staying with our family at four, will definitely go back in the future!

We loved this condo and property! It was very clean and the view was beautiful! We loved the bike rental on the property and the private beach was a must have! It was very crowded on the non private beaches. If you are also looking for a great location, this is it! You are in the middle of all the go to places! We biked or walked every where. Highly recommend.

Scenic Stays at High Pointe Resort was amazing! From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with stunning views of the beachfront and pools. From the front door to the beach, it's less than a 5 minute walk! The condo was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

the property was immaculate, and very nicely decorated with the coastal theme! so close to so much to do from dining, to shopping. The pool was very nice to lay next to, and the security was on top of making sure you were supposed to be at that resort. 10 out of 10

Very clean and comfortable. Would consider staying again. Enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant, bike rental, and walking distance to town. Property opportunities: Supply towels for bleach/pool…this is crazy that you have to buy these things on vacation to a beach/pool destination. The TVs are not smart TVs, too complicated that you need three remotes to work them. Stingy on toilet paper and supplies. Wish the pool was heated!!

Beautiful condo in a great complex with a wonderful pool and easy access to a private beach with chairs and umbrella available. The condo itself was clean and made for a comfortable stay for a week. Great views of the Gulf and the pool from the second story balcony. Such a pleasant and easy walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Beautiful Location This is our second time staying at High Pointe, but our first time in this unit. We will come back but stay in a different unit next time. This unit needs some cleaning. All the bathmats and rugs were extremely dirty, the white couch was dirty. The bathroom doors in the master bedroom are barn doors and would not close. They were very responsive to this and sent maintenance over to fix it. Maintenance was able to temporarily fix one but not the other. And the WiFi was 1990s slow. With no cable tv, we had to stream and could not stream without buffering. TV in the master bedroom is not a smart TV and has no cable-it is hooked to a dvd player which would be the only way to watch tv in there. All in all, we had a great time, but these are just things to be aware of if booking this unit. The good points: View and location is fantastic! It’s on the second floor, so you never have to wait on the elevator. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with anything you would need (although we didn’t cook). Other than the couch and the rugs, the unit was very clean.

Awesome Condo High Pointe is the best !!

224 Property location was great. View was perfect for us even though it's not Gulf front. Comfortable beds. Don't forget to take ice cream scooper, salt & pepper & cutting board should you wish. These were the only kitchen items that were missing that we could have used. Cleanliness is important to me, however I feel Like it wasn't cleaned the way I would have preferred. Lamps & tables were Very dusty and bath mats were dirty. I washed them upon arrival and they came clean. Microwave light didn't work. Curtains behind the blackout pull in master bed were falling down. Plenty of beach chairs are available for use which was really nice. Pinhole in water line to the pullout faucet handle which caused water to spray out should you have pulled it out and makes a mess. We really did enjoy our stay. There were just a few things that needed maintenance. Smaller things yes, but could enhance the stay a bit. We would go back to this unit again.

Great view, cumbersome Beach access We arrived after 5:00 after a very long drive to a home with 1/2 roll of toilet paper between two bathrooms. I called the help line and was told we’d have to wait until morning. Meaning, we had to get back in the car to buy TP. It was frustrating. Even more so that no one contacted me the next day to make sure we had everything we need. There was a glass jar in the bathroom the previous guest used as a tooth brush holder. It was filthy. Sure made us think about what else housekeeping missed. Although the view was fantastic, walking to the beach required us to walk completely around the building and through a parking lot. Next time I would stay at a building closer to the beach.

Unprepared for guests We arrived on Monday and immediately noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly and let the rental company know. Two hours later, we hadn’t heard anything and tried again. It wasn’t until a manager got involved late that evening that a service man arrived and we were moved to another rental. That rental wasn’t available the rest of our stay so we returned to the original rental and we’re told there would be no way to fix the AC on Tuesday, but that it would be fixed Wednesday. The property management company was initially slow to respond but when the management got involved, things were done quickly. We received a refund for a portion of our stay and were really pleased with the location and amenities. Unfortunately the person who checked the rental prior to our arrival should have noticed that it was incredibly hot, the water filter needed replacing in the fridge, there was no coffee pot in the coffee maker, the air vents were all very dusty and needed vacuuming and no trash bags were left for us - we reported the water filter and air vents multiple times but they were never addressed, a brand new coffee maker and pot were delivered to us the day we reported it. All of the rugs in the rental need cleaning and seemed dirty. Another issue is inaccuracies in the guest guidance - the provided bikes were not accessible as described and it took several calls to locate the correct information. Overall, we made the best of our stay but were inconvenienced consistently.

Great location The condo was located perfectly between Rosemary and Alys beach. The best was our beach access was only for those staying at High Pointe so our section was not crowded with the busy spring break crowd. The beach attendants were great! The condo had nice decor and was very clean! Our only request would be to have the ability for the air conditioning to get cooler, it was controlled and it was quite warm. We also only had 3 wristbands and I never got a response from the rental company to get our additional bands during our stay (but we made due with no problems).

Perfect! Your condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus some. It was clean and we love being on the 2nd floor so we can be closer to our people at the pool.

Great property with convenient location A wonderful condo with a nice pool view. I would highly recommend the location for a long or short vacation.

Great vacation Condo is in ideal location. We loved the easy access to the beach and eating at Crabby Steve’s. The pool was closed during our stay for renovations so that was a bummer. The condo is very nicely updated and beds were comfortable. Replace the bedroom rugs and it would be 5 star condo! Great communication w/ customer service during our stay was appreciated.

Perfect Stay This condo has been beautifully updated and taken care of. It was a wonderful stay! I would vacation here again. The added perks of chair rental and bikes was fabulous, not every condo offers this. ScenicStays guest relations is awesome, easy to connect with and let you know they are there to help if needed. Only thing that needs a little work is the sliding doors were hard to move - really had to put some muscle into it. Easy fix with some oil. I highly recommend this renting this unit, you will not be disappointed.
