We had a great vacation. The condo is beautiful. The beach access is close. We have been staying at this condo for 20 plus years and it is very well kept. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. We are going back in September.

Always have a great time at Ms. Lindas place! Beautiful decor and everything you need is provided. Just a short walk to the beach and out to the pier! Love staying here and will be back again next year!!

We love this condo. We had our daughter, son in law and grandbaby. We had plenty of room . We've been renting this condo for over 25 years. I would highly recommend. The pool is wonderful and access to the beach is nice and the beach isn't crowded. You will not be disappointed.

This condo is a 2nd home to us! We love the beach access, the fishing pier is perfect for the men, and the pool is perfect for the kiddos! The best little getaway for the whole family! You wont regret staying here.

We have been staying in this great unit for several years. Its quiet and peaceful but close to all of the dining and shopping. It is very clean and well maintained. The management company and owner are very responsive. This is our go to vacation spot.

Was a pleasant stay with minor issues regarding the air conditioner (fixed next day with no problem) and dryer not timing out (problem reported and scheduled to be fixed day of departure). 2nd year staying at this unit and would stay here again.

WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT VISIT FOR SHRIMP FEST 2024. THE CONDO WAS READY WHEN WE ARRIVED AND EVERYTHING WAS IMMACULATE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS DURING OUR STAY AND THE BENDER OFFICE REACHED OUT TO US TO ASSURE THAT WE WERE HAVING NO PROBLEMS ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION.

We have been coming to Heron Landing for many years now and it is always a great time!! There is not a place more peaceful! The unit has everything you need, extremely clean, and close to everything you need whether shopping or restaurants. Easy access to the beach and we love spending time admiring the lagoon as well. Looking forward to our next stay!

The rental was clean and very accommodating. Close to the beach and Close to all the shops and restaurants.

Can’t say enough about this place! We have been coming to this same condo for over 20 years. Absolutely love the location! Only a few steps to the beach and you have your own pier to fish off of. Very quaint and quiet. You are still close to all attractions and restaurants but far enough away from traffic and crowds. This is like our home away from home!

We were very happy with the whole experience. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. It was close to the beach with its own access, had a private pier on the lagoon out back, and everything was well maintained and perfect. Parlor doughnuts was a favorite place for the kids to get their snack on. We also checked out bubbas seafood restaurant too and it was amazing. We will definitely be back, and we are definitely sticking with bender because their customer service is unlike anything we’ve experienced at any of the other places we go.

Had a great experience at Heron's Landing unit 13. Modern facilities with beach and Lagoon access. Very convenient to local shopping, attractions and eateries!

We rented Heron Landing #13 and absolutely loved the area and the condo! Bender was responsive to our needs and the owner had everything we needed for our winter stay there. We will be returning!

Great place to stay!

The location of the property was perfect. It was across the road from the beach, so a very short walk to the beach. It also had a dock on the lagoon side which is perfect for fishing. There is also a pool available during warmer weather, it was closed during our stay. The property was clean, orderly and had the needed supplies in the kitchen. The linens for the pull out bed was in a drawer, so it took awhile to find them. Also the manager was very helpful when I had questions. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends.

Loved my stay at Heron Landing. UNIT 13. Easy beach access and very comfortable amenities. Close to several restaurants and attractions yet very private and serene. Loved the lagoon setting.

We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Quiet, relaxing, easy access to the beach. We also love setting by the pier and looking at the water.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times. The walk to the beach is easier than some places we have stayed that were beachside.

Very clean, organized, furnished with everything we really needed, quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and the view was great. Will definitely rent again!!
