We were amazed , we had a 50th birthday weekend for our family. We couldn’t have expected anything better . They were responsive and had everything perfect for our stay . We are grateful to have hosts that care about people stays like this . 10 out of 10! Thank you both
The backyard was fabulous! We spent hours in the backyard swimming and playing putting games. All the beds were very comfy!! We had a couple of issues when we first checked in but the host responded quickly and got them resolved as fast as possible. We had a one year old with us and the place provided a play pen and high chair. The backyard turf was perfect for him to play around! We had a wonderful family weekend.

This was a beautiful house in McKinney with enough space an xbox and big enough pool to keep our family of 9 including 5 teenagers happy and fight free. We did have an issue of arriving after a late night flight and finding that the air conditioning was out on the top floor. This was concerning because the temperatures that week were at a record high of 113 Fahrenheit. We reached out to the host overnight and received a response the next day that a tech for the air conditioning would arrive 3 days later and that they were sorry for any inconvenience. They had 4 box fans and a portable ac delivered to help with our discomfort and eventually refunded all nights without ac and also were very generous and refunded an extra 15%. Overall this was an enjoyable experience and any problems we had were addressed promptly. Also this was a great area that was quiet and had convenience of gas stations a 7/11 a cvs and a supermarket.

This was a great location and space for our large group. Great sleeping arrangements and overall clean. We had a great time!! The pool was great, it had rained right when we got there, so a few leaves, but overall it was clean. It was a great experience and would stay again!

It was the perfect place to stay with my family for my nieces graduation. The kids enjoyed playing pool, putt putt, and swimming! The host was quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!
The home was spacious. Having 4 bedrooms with king beds & a 5th bedroom with 2 double bunk beds allowed all to sleep comfortably! The backyard with covered patio, porch swing & lots of seating for gathering was a real plus. The pool/hot tub were both wonderfully heated as promised & enjoyed by both kids & adults. It was definitely worth the extra $100 per night to heat as the weather on May 1 & 2 was cool! The putting green in the back yard was very cool & kept both adults & kids challenged & involved in friendly competition. This was a great place to enjoy fun, relaxed family time!
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently close to local shops. It offers ample space to comfortably accommodate a large family. However, several aspects of the property appear outdated. For example, the upstairs bathroom shower fixture is worn and in need of maintenance, and there is a delay of approximately 5–10 minutes before hot water becomes available. There is a missing bathroom fan light covered in dust and dirt. Additionally, some of the beds are unstable and produce noticeable creaking sounds. The patio furniture, as well as the two white single-seat couches, were significantly stained and appeared unclean. The pool also contained visible debris near the deep end. While the host was responsive regarding the pool issue, the response time for cleaning was longer than anticipated. Several remote controls also had nonfunctional batteries that had not been replaced. Overall, the location was convenient for our needs at the time.

The home was beautiful and spacious, great space for my family to spend time together over the Christmas holiday. Although, there were a few hiccups, the hosts were very responsive, helpful and polite. The location was perfect for us, overall it was a fabulous stay.

Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils, a must for our family getaways. Back yard and pool were great for both old and young. Covered patio was perfect for those wanting to stay out of the sun but still be with those enjoying the pool. Lots of space in the house for the family to be together. Host was very responsive to minor issues we had and resolved pool heating issue to our satisfaction. Recommend requesting pool be heated upon arrival.
Pros: This is a nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was clean and the beds were comfortable and large. We cooked our meals in the kitchen and swam in the pool every day. The host was responsive and helpful at all times. Cons: some items needed repair. Kitchen could use more forks and plates to accommodate the number of guests that the house sleeps. Overall we had a great time and if recommend the home and the hosts. Thanks!
Great place to stay if you ever visit Dallas. Loved the area and connivence of everything. The secondary tub in the upstairs bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Other than that the house was awesome.

Great property, value for money. Hosts were responsive and friendly to any questions or special needs we had. Great pool, and backyard - our group loved the outdoor time. Ample parking with gated entry is an additional benefit. Rooms were stocked with extra pillows and sheets, so were the bathrooms with towels and soap. Kitchen was clean, and loaded with utensils although we didn’t have the need to cook. The snooker table and game room downstairs with Xbox is definitely a great way to spend time. Overall it was a great experience in the property.
We had a great weekend getaway with a group of friends! The pool was fantastic, and the hosts were attentive and courteous throughout our stay. Just a few things to note: don’t all shower at the same time (you’ll be competing for hot water). A few light covers were missing, and some fixtures could use a little attention. The hot tub wasn’t working, and there was no fire pit as listed. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time and would still recommend the stay!
This was the perfect place for our family reunion! Ten of us came from Arizona, and the remaining six people already live in McKinney, but came to the house daily! Everything was comfortable and in good working condition! The kids loved playing in the pool using the putting green, and we all enjoyed playing pool! Hosts responded to messages immediately throughout our stay and had dishwashing detergent and paper towels delivered immediately when they ran out. The neighborhood was peaceful and wonderful for taking walks. We will definitely stay here again when it’s the whole family!

Kyle and Nicole‘s house was great for our group of 16 including five little girls all under four years of age! Kyle and Nicole were great hosts and maintained contact with us every day. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood on a quiet street and is within 5 minutes from a Tom Thumb, an Albertson’s and a Trader Joe’s. Costco is about 15 to 20 minutes away, which was extremely helpful for our large group. We had a great time and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the McKinney area!
The house is spacious, well-decorated. The host was communicative and responsive throughout our stay. Cons: That said, our experience was marred by a few frustrating issues. The kitchen, which was described as a "chef’s kitchen," was not appropriately equipped—most of the cabinets were locked, and the available tools and supplies weren’t even sufficient to make a basic family meal. The pool, which we prepaid to have heated, was both dirty and unheated when we arrived. We spent most of Thursday messaging the host and then had to wait half the day Friday for the pool service to fix it. My kids were really disappointed, and it felt unfair given the extra charge. Lastly, while the home is stylish, many of the features are more decorative than functional. The game console didn’t work, the pool table had broken cur sticks, “books” were props - not meant for reading. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
Nice place overall. King beds in each bedroom is a huge plus. Had a couple minor hiccups that weren't deal breakers and the host was very speedy with responses and plans of action to rectify the problem. I would book this place again.
Our stay at this beautiful home was the best. We booked this place to gather with family out of state. This home was very spacious and the amenities were great. Definitely felt like home and created a stronger family bond. Kyle and Nicole are quick to respond and very friendly. I definitely recommend this beautiful home and owners. They made our stay so enjoyable and memorable!
Really Beautiful home, had a perfect location with a nice neighborhood & Comfortably slept 12 guest.. Kitchen needed more necessities to accommodate a big group, upstairs shower was a no go along with the master jetted tub host did everything they could to fix this during the holiday. Pool had an extra charge if we wanted to use the heater no big deal but wish this surcharge was included in final price, overall really good place to stay with a great host who responded quickly. Would recommend this stay

I gave this a 4 because they had an outdoor spa and that was important to us. The spa didn’t work until the last day. They should have checked it out to see if it worked before we came. I had communicated before to make sure we could use it. They did reimburse us. The house was great. Very responsive owners. We needed paper towels and they dropped it off immediately. Fully stocked. Felt like home. Would stay again. Hopefully spa works the whole time.

I made an error on my part with my dates but communicated my situation with the hosts. They were able to accomodate us anyway. Location is prime to restaurants and shopping & iH 75. If you are a large party, there is tons of space.
My team stayed here for one our tournaments, it gave use plenty to do and it was a great place to relax after a day of playing.

I was kind of unhappy with this stay… as we got to the house, the trash was full (all three bins). Next to the bins were stacks and stacks of pizza. I immediately told Abigail and she responded with quick. The trash was picked up the next day , mid day. On the first night, people began to shower and we realized that there was a huge leak coming from the upstairs to the downstairs living room. I immediately contacted Abigail and responded quick. A plumber was at the place the next day around 2pm. The home is beautiful and lots of activities to do throughout the home, pool table, board games, and pool
We had an excellent stay at this spacious and beautiful home. The property was well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and offered plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and style. The host was exceptional, always responsive and attentive to every need we had during our stay. Communication was smooth, and any questions we had were addressed promptly. We truly felt well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay. We would definitely return!
Me and my family had a great time. The only thing I can say is I wish the hot tub was included in the purchase..over all it was a beautiful home that accommodated my family perfectly. We would stay again.
Nice neighborhood and only a 10 minute drive to downtown McKinney
The place itself was nice and big enough for our group. The rooms were comfortable, overall it was okay. If you are getting the place mainly for the pool, maybe look elsewhere. The pool wasn't the cleanest and we (the guests) had to clean it before using it. It also has a robot "cleaner" in the water that you can't take out and it did not clean the bottom of the pool. We understand leaves and stuff falling into the top of the pool, but why have a robot that doesn't clean the bottom and you can't even take it out? The dishwasher had dirty water in the bottom and they were not able to fix it before we left so we had to hand wash and dry all dishes, pots, and cups, so instead of enjoying our vacation, we ended up cleaning a lot of dishes + the pool. The communication was ok. Abigail was responsive, but the issue is that since it's managed by a company, every question we had she had to check with her team, so most of our concerns remained unresolved.
Overall we had a great stay. House is beautiful and bed was comfortable. We had blast in the pool. But I do think appliances could be better. The vacuum didn’t work. Also dishwasher was broken when we arrived so handwashing for 16 people wasn’t pleasant especially when you are on vacation. The kitchen has 2 pots/1 pan but not big enough for the max occupancy noted. We booked for 16 people but only had 7 bath towels so we had to request more. Abigail was responsive and provided more towels the next day. The located is close to Frisco where we found lot of great things to do to entertain both adults and kids.

Also, 5 large (42 gal) garbage full of garbage stored in garage, next to the overflowing garbage cans. Water leaking from the ceiling DAY 3; Notified PM/Plumber came out next day (DAY 4), to inspect & informed us that no repair could be made until we vacate. Then informed us that we could no longer use the master bathtub Hot tub not working; notified PM, no response Pool cleaner broken; notified PM, no response Ac unit so loud, difficult to sleep in downstairs bedroom; notified PM w/no response bathroom sinks slow drain; notified PM W/no response Upstairs bath drain stopper worked poorl I started asking VRBO to find us new lodging, after Day 2, and they would not. We were told they had no availability. But yet, VRBO is affiliated with Hotels.com AND Expedia? O

Great House and Location needs a little TLC This house is nestled in a very nice upscale neighborhood with mature trees and easy access to the main roads. Plenty of room for a large family. Comfy beds and very good amenities. Pool and back yard are nice and private. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. In general the property needs some TLC. Landscaping needs some work. Patio and pool dirty. Simple things like outlets faucets and drawer handle need fixin. A few areas need deep clean and fresh paint Overall we’d stay again.
I will definitely be coming back to this location. Home was beautiful. Definitely worth it and just how it was describe is how it looks.
Abigail communication was great, even we have some issues the first days with the pool, she was able to fix it and we enjoy the rest of the days, the game room is awesome, perfect for a rainy day.
It has potential to be a great house but it was probably the worst property management experience I have ever had. The biggest issue was that the management team for this house works remote, and depending on who we talked to they lived all over the world, not in Dallas, so you are at the mercy of whatever handyman or subcontractor they can hire when something goes wrong. The pool was green and looked like had not been cleaned in weeks, there were several broken knobs, toilet roll holders and things like that. We also had a broken toilet when we checked in that they did not fix for 3 days. The pool guy came on Monday, said the pump was turned off because of a leak & that he had submitted a repair order the week before but no one responded to them, and that they could usually fix it same day if anybody approved it. It was still green days later when we checked out. They were apologetic but could not help from Florida or wherever rendering them worthless. If you have an issue.

We had aMcKinney wedding so this place was perfect for family to gather. Spacious and clean place with good open kitchen. Beds were very comfortable! Pool/hot tub were awesome for everyone’s enjoyment. There is a $50 fee per day for heating them. Neighborhood park was also enjoyed by our youngsters. Host was very responsive. House had good supply of necessary items. We all enjoyed our stay! Thanks!
Technically the home had everything listed, however there were multiple flaws that were very unpleasant. The kitchen had pots/pans, but they were not big enough to cook for 10 people. The maximum number of guests is 16 but they don’t have the equipment that can provide for that many people. The cutting boards were so small. They only have small pans and one large pot, and only provided one roll of paper towels and no cleaning supplies. Also had ant problem. When we arrived the hot tub was not hot. We reached out to the owners to ask how to heat it and they gave very vague instructions, telling us to find a panel to turn it on but didn’t tell us where it was. It was around the corner far from the hot tub. The garage was filled with things, there was no room to park a car. The pool table was unusable. The cues were broken. The table is not leveled and is too big for the room so you don’t have enough space to play without hitting the walls. The master bathroom doors don’t have handles

Family wedding House was nice and worked out pretty well for our group of 14 people. Advertised 16 but did not have sleeping for that number. Communication was a little cumbersome being only email but Host was responsive to our requests. Could only control hot tub with emails to host. Had issue with upstairs toilet that did not get resolved over the weekend we were there. Outside the few minor bumps we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

A great home and very spacious. This is a great place to come for a group . They have a lot of great amenities. I had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room from everyone. The home has a great team that will respond back within mins to address any concern. My group had an awesome time and took advantage of this spacious home. I will definitely be looking forward to booking again with you guys!!!
House was spacious and had plenty of comfortable sleeping. They need to hire a new cleaning service, one that makes sure everything is clean for next visitors. Also, we chose this home because of the heated pool. There was an extra fee for using the heated pool and instructions were not clear once fee was paid. As a result, the pool was not heated in time and therefore we couldn’t use it. They did refund the fee quickly, however we were disappointed as this was the primary reason for rental.
There were a few small glitches. However, upon sending a message to the management team, even at an extremely late hour, they were very attentive and responded much quicker than expected. The house was spacious and clean and provided everything we were hoping for. It was also in a very convenient area, close to shops and restaurants and within close driving distance. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the accommodations.
The place was wonderful and was exactly what we expected when looking at the pictures and getting to the place. Abigail & HomeTeam Vacation Rental's responded promptly and ensured we had a good stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the neighborhood was wonderful. The grill was easy to use and everything was easy to find and use. The only downside was the pool and hot tub were not on and would not heat over our stay.
