We really enjoyed our stay here. Our teens were especially impressed. We love the kitchen and pool. Spacious enough for 9 people. Neighborhood was very quiet as well.

Overall, Michael did everything he could to ensure a perfect stay. Although we encountered several issues during my time there, Michael was very responsive and accommodating of every problem, even those beyond his control. If there weren't any issues during my stay, I would certainly rate Michael's place with 5 stars.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kyle and Michael’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the pool and the pool table, which kept both the adults and the kids entertained for hours. Our children had an amazing time and made memories they’ll be talking about for a long time. One gesture that truly stood out was their kindness in allowing us a two-hour late checkout because our flight was in the evening. That extra flexibility made a huge difference and showed how much they care about their guests. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and stress-free vacation. We recently stayed at Michael’s Airbnb to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The home was exactly as described, clean, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The pool table was a great added touch and gave us even more to enjoy during our stay. The backyard was beautiful, with a lovely pool that made it easy to relax and celebrate together. The location was perfect, just about 10 minutes from the beach and close to a variety of excellent restaurants, which made planning our outings effortless. Michael was a fantastic host, responsive from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we would absolutely stay here again.

This place was great as far as location goes. Hosts were good and responsive. The house wasn’t too bad but it seemed like a bad renovation job. Lights flicker and don’t work, doorhandles falling off, kitchen cabinets and drawers are installed wrong, shower temp in master bath didn’t work. We had a great time, but the amount of money spent would have been better used elsewhere.

The property was nice but the house keeping when we arrived was disappointing. Had to go out to get cleaning supplies to make the place comfortable to be in before my guest and I could enjoy ourselves. Was in communication with host entire time to resolve. Outside of the poor housekeeping and intermittent wifi we made the best out of our visit and enjoyed ourselves. Just really expected everything to be on point for the price point.

This is an excellent rental in a great location. We were a group of 9 spanning 3 generations, and the house was comfortable for everyone. We all enjoyed the pool table, heated pool, and large sofa for movie watching after our days at the beach. The mattresses are comfortable, which is much appreciated during a long rental. The house is well situated -- only 10 minutes from a nice beach, with many restaurants and cafes in the area. The hosts were responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here next time we head to Florida.

Michael and Jill were excellent, responsive, and kind hosts! We traveled into town for a funeral and were so thankful to have such a comfortable and warm environment to stay in. The home was clean and spacious, the neighborhood was walkable and safe, and it’s in a great location. We will definitely try to stay again the next time we are in town! House was beautiful inside and back yard was perfect. Jill was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Lots of sleeping room for a big group. Beds are very comfortable. Very close to Lauderdale by the sea. Lots to do. Easy drive to Miami. Affordable for the use we had for the house and little bit of time we spent there. We used up the propane on the grille and they had a propane bottle dropped off the next morning. Nice folks to deal with. If there was anything to say about improvements would’ve a couple more Utensils in the kitchen but wasn’t to big of a deal as we made dinner with what we had and worked out great! I’d give them 5 ⭐️ on their beautiful home. And if we stay in the Fort Lauderdale area again we will definitely be getting ahold of Jill and Michael on staying there again. It’s a PRIME location and very quiet.

My stay at Michael & Jill’s home was amazing. It was exactly what my friends and I needed. We felt like we were in our own private resort. The kitchen, bathrooms, and pool area were spotless upon arrival. There were plenty of pool towels for the amount of guests. Stores were less than 10 minutes away if we needed anything. We had a great stay at this home in Fort Lauderdale! The location was super convenient—easy to get to and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was also just a quick drive to Las Olas, which made exploring the area really easy. The house itself was spacious and worked perfectly for our larger group. The pool was definitely a highlight—clean and a great place to relax. We did run into a few minor hiccups with locating things inside the cabinets; some items were tucked away and it took us a minute to find them. But overall, the house had everything we needed and was a great fit. Would definitely recommend it for groups or families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Loved our time in Fort Lauderdale at this perfect property! We all enjoyed lounging at the pool and hanging out at the house, as much as we did going to the beach and downtown! The neighborhood was cute and felt very safe. If you are considering spending your next vacation at this property - do it! You’ll have a great time;)

The pool and backyard were the highlights of the trip! We spent most of our time outside and it was really lovely - very private, warm water, great lounge chairs, etc. Very big house, with ample bedrooms to sleep our party of 5. Close to beach, restaurants, spas, and more. As 40 year old high earning professionals coming from NY/LA areas, the description "luxury" was misleading. The level of cleanliness was not up to par for us - stains on the floors, garbage left under the sinks in bathroom, etc. The cleaners did the basics, but clearly there was very little attention to detail and overall felt unclean to us. Also one of the bathrooms had strong mold smell and the water pressure for each bathroom needs to be addressed (some water trickled, some was extremely aggressive). Hosts were very nice and responsive! Would recommend this place for 20 or 30 year olds looking for a large house and amazing pool!

Great house, more luxurious than the pictures show and much bigger than the pictures show- there was plenty of space. Everything was well appointed and great for our stay

The hosts were very communicative and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The pool and overall layout of the house were fantastic, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. However, some areas of the house and pool deck showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. The kitchen was fairly basic in terms of provided amenities, and some items were not as clean as expected. Additionally, the house is currently for sale, which may impact future rentals if it changes ownership. It’s worth noting that the photo wall shown in the Airbnb listing is missing its letters and is now just a green backdrop—possibly due to the home being on the market. Overall, this property met our group’s needs and had the key features we were looking for.

Much maintenance needed The property had a lot of maintenance issues that should have been addressed before we checked in: the pool wasn't heated even though I was told it would be, a patio door wouldn't lock, a shower was unusable for 2 of our 3 nights, the garage door opener didn't work, the bikes were not functional. Michael was responsive but spending so much time communicating with him and the maintenance guy while troubleshooting the issues put a damper on our vacation. The location and house layout are great.

Extremely responsive hosts and a great property!

Location was amazing close to beach and great restaurants, cleaning company not doing a proper cleaning especially in kitchen cabinets coffee machine and drawers we didn’t cook a meal. Fabric couches were large but dirty with all the visitors backyard was nice broken sliding doors and exterior walls could use a bit of paint. Overall I would rate the property 3.5 out of 5 stars compared to other properties we’ve stayed at. I think it’s important to stay ontop of your property with proper maintenance to keep it a valuable rental for families to enjoy hosts were great and responsive

Had a great stay, a few hiccups with one of the shower handles being broken and unable to use, stains on the tile and a broken glass on the oven. Communicated the issues and had a quick response. We didn't want to make a fuss over it and e enjoyed the stay. Overall, was a good stay and central to things in Ft. Lauderdale.

We felt this place met our expectations based on the listing. Great location and friendly neighborhood. It offered plenty of space and had plenty of items that were needed a weeklong family vacation near the beach. We did however find a few things in the house that weren't working or were broken when we checked in. One shower was unable to be used due to a broken handle and was a slight inconvenience when you have 8 people staying in the house. We did contact the owners about these issues, and they attempted to send a handyman multiple times be he never showed up. Overall, we loved our stay and had a great time.

As a frequent traveler but first time Airb and b user, this house has exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, amenities, quietness and the pool are very exceptional. If I come back with my family to Miami area, this will be my place to stay.

Michael & Jill’s place by far exceeded our expectations. I have never stayed at a more fully stocked home, they think of everything when it comes to hosting! The backyard was our favorite place to hang out such a relaxing and comfortable environment! We will definitely be coming back in the future! If you are thinking of booking don’t think twice this was an amazing stay!

Beautiful house, nice location

This place was great, location was 15 min from Lauderdale beach. They have everything you will need. In the garage there is a beach wagon, cooler, tent, chairs, beach towels. Basically everything you will need. Open space so you don’t feel packed in. Comfortably grilled out and had 8 people moving around. Lots of drawers so make sure to look for utensils and plates. You do have to sign a liability waiver and a separate third party contract to stay here as well. Not an issue as long as you plan to enjoy the home and not trash it. 50$ deposit on the contract.

Michael & Jill were GREAT hosts! They were incredibly proactive providing details about the property and check in/ out instructions. We noticed an issue when we first arrived and Michael & Jill responded and had someone at the house fixing the issue within the hour. They made our stay so easy and enjoyable (not to mention, the property is beautiful). Highly recommend!

Overall, a good location with nice features but one of the lesser quality airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The pool, backyard, living space, & bedrooms were perfect. However, we did experience a handful of issues. First, the kitchen is not stocked with many tools/appliances you’d expect (or they just don’t work well) For example, the kitchen doesn’t have a toaster and the Keurig machine is finicky and was typically not working. Additionally, the button for the garbage disposal did not work for an entire day and we didn’t get assistance for 8 hours. Lastly, the level of cleaning done prior to us arriving wasn’t up to the standards expected. Upon arrival, the toilet in the master bath had clearly not been cleaned, with vomit residue on the sides of the bowl (presumably from the prior guests) and it was clogged. We had to plunge the toilet and it ended up working, but this left a bad taste in our mouth regarding how adequately the rest of the house had been cleaned.

The hosts were terrific and very timely in their attempt to have issues addressed. The property itself had several issues within the first few days after arrival with the master shower not draining, the roof leaking over the back bedroom and the hallway shower not having any hot water, but the hosts had people there right away to get those items resolved which we greatly appreciated. The pool is on the small side and the heater doesn’t seem to work, but at least it has one and the hosts are good about having people come to clean and add chemicals to it during your visit. The house itself lays out well and has plenty of space for two families (we had 4 adults and 5 children) to enjoy without tripping over one another. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times before. While this was not our favorite property, we felt the hosts were among the best we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb or VRBO.

A wonderful week in Fort Lauderdale! We had an amazing stay in Fort Lauderdale during our spring break. The host, Michael, was incredibly responsive from the beginning, even before we booked. He answered all of my questions regarding the property. We were a party of 8. This house was clean and decorated so nicely. We also had enough room for all of us to have space and be comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with what you might need for meals. The pool space was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool. They had many pool floaties for lounging. This house also comes well stocked with beach equipment, chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, umbrellas, coolers etc. The bikes were a nice perk. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet but close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend staying here and would rent again. Lots of great memories from our time here in South Florida.

The home was really beautiful but there were a few issues I hope that they work on for next time. For example, some of the lights did not work, and the fans did not work. Also, I wished they had a schedule for when maintenance people would come because I understand that people need to work on the home, just as a woman I did not feel safe knowing that people can appear on the property at any time without any warning from the guests. I did enjoy my stay, but there were a lot of small issues.

My group and I had a fantastic stay at Michael & Jill's house. The home is exactly has described, and truthfully feels bigger in person. We were 11 adults total and we fit comfortably in the bedrooms, backyard, living area, and kitchen. The home has an open floor layout, which makes it perfect for a group that enjoys being with one another and hanging out together. The backyard was fully equipped with pool floats and a cute connect four life-sized game. The backyard is private, has a nice balance of sun/shade, and is very peaceful. Many of the individuals I was with walked to the beach from our house and had a lovely experience. You feel safe walking around the neighborhood, and driving around at night. This house was clean, exactly as described, and made for a fantastic stay. Michael & Jill were EXTREMELY responsive, and would answer my messages within 10 minutes tops. I was very pleased with our stay in their home, and would love to come back again some time soon!

My friends and I had a great time! The bedrooms were large as well as the kitchen and everything was very clean

This Airbnb was amazing! We already want to book it again for next year’s trip! The house was clean and perfectly matched the photos. We only had to reach out to the hosts once for a question and they were responsive immediately. Our favorite part about this trip was we didn’t need a rental car. We had our groceries delivered, we walked to the beach every day (about 20 min walk, great exercise!), we were walking distance to 30+ restaurants. There were 2 bikes which came in handy as well. The pool was amazing and spotless, so fun. It had a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day which made everyone happy. The couch was perfect! All 10 of us could easily fit on it. There were 13 beach towels which was nice we didn’t have to pack our own. We loved having laundry as we washed the towels every day, a nice treat. We grilled dinner 2 nights which was so great as well, the hosts provided propane. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our lunches and dinners. 10/10 amazing home!

Great location and home First, the house was beautiful and very upscale. The design was really cool and plenty of space for all. The outside property was made for entertaining, from the corner bar that opens to the inside the home, to the warm pool and cool spot with the string lights. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Second. Location perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, and you pass by so many little restaurants and bars. Publix was nearby as well (we don’t have a Publix at home so it’s always a treat to go there!). The host was responsive and check in was easy.

Michael and Jill were super responsive during the whole process leading up to our stay! The house was very nice and well kept! We loved how private the neighborhood was and the backyard was amazing! We will definitely be reaching out in the future if we are ever in Florida again

We truly enjoyed our stay at Michael and Jill’s place. It was beautiful and exactly what we needed. They were responsive and very helpful. A few basics were missing (kitchen trash bags and paper towels) and they did their best to remedy that issue. A few cabinets, wineglasses and other items were broken when we arrived that should be fixed. I’m confident they’ll have a handyman address those issues soon, but perhaps having a better check of the home between guests would catch any mishaps.

The house was perfect for our group of 8. Everyone was comfortable and the house is beautiful. True South Florida vibe. You can’t help but be totally relaxed in this space. Great restaurants in walking distance and a short free golf cart ride away from the beach. This was exactly how I wanted to celebrate my 50th. Thanks Michael and Jill!

This is a beautiful vacation home. We celebrated our mom’s birthday weekend and it was the perfect setting for a family getaway. The house was clean and beautiful! We will definitely book again in the future.

The house is big, each room is good size and there are 2 suites. Every room has a TV, pretty amazing. Kitchen is well equipped. The place is clean and host left us plenty of towels and bedsheets. Kids enjoyed the pool, that came with many floaties. Overall a very nice space in a decent location.

We came to stay for a long weekend and really enjoyed the house! The rooms were spacious, the beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels & linens. The kitchen is renovated and fully stocked with anything you would need. Having the backyard and pool was great - with lounge chairs and floats. The AirBnB is 20 minutes from downtown/Las Olas and 25 minutes to the airport. Would definitely stay again with a big group!

House was exactly has shown. Beautiful home with private backyard. Loved the openness of the kitchen and living room. Lots of room for everyone without stepping be on each others toes. The neighbourhood was very quiet and everyone we met out walking were friendly. You felt safe walking to the beach, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend this home.

Very modern house with a clean pool. Nice and quite location. A little far to walk to the beaches. No complaints from me or any of the guess that stay with me.

Michael and Jill exceed the definition of super host. They were extremely responsive and always happy to answer questions. The home was modern and very clean. It was a prefect size for our family and having our own pool and being close the beach was a plus. The home had amenities for all ages. All you need to bring is your clothes. It had European features in the kitchen with high end appliances. Every one of the four bedrooms had televisions. There are three nice bathrooms. It is a quiet neighborhood and close to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. The only recommendation I have is an outside table and chairs to have dinner or another area to socialize. There is however, bar stools and a bar height counter outside in front of kitchen windows which made it easy to bring food and drinks in and out. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you Michael and Jill always taking time to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

Great place and exactly what my family needed for a few days before a cruise. The hosts were very prompt responding to messages. I alerted the hosts that they might want to check the AC, extremely noisy and didn’t seem to cool the property. Other than that everything was good.
