We had a great time during our stay! The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the place had everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing trip. Everything was just as expected, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time celebrating our soon to be bride at this Airbnb it’s was the perfect size and aesthetically pleasing with plenty of space for all the girl! The hosts were extremely communicative throughout our stay. The location is excellent while being in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. The kids loved the game room!

This home was so perfect for my Bachelorette trip. The pool & the amenities were beautiful, and the home was the perfect size. Some of the reviews talk about an unwelcoming neighborhood, but we had to chance to see some of the neighbors, and they were so nice! I would absolutely stay here again.

Kyle and Nicole were super responsive and friendly from the start! We felt so welcome for my friends bachelorette party and couldn’t have had a better stay!

Our stay was honestly one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting experiences we’ve ever had, and we left feeling completely targeted and unsupported. Before we even arrived, the host flooded us with repeated messages about rules, which we took seriously and followed to the letter. Despite doing everything right on our end, it felt like we were being watched and judged from the start. When we got there, things immediately felt off. The entire neighborhood was openly hostile—there were signs on surrounding lawns specifically pointing toward the property saying short-term rentals weren’t welcome. It made us feel singled out and unwelcome before we even stepped inside. To make matters worse, the front door was left open past check-in time and a handyman was still inside doing repairs, which made the property feel unprepared and unsafe. Throughout the stay, the host continued to message us constantly, questioning and policing our every move, even when we were simply using the amenities.

The place met our expectation except for the fact that we were told we couldn’t check in before 4pm because cleaning was going on. We arrived to the house @3:30 and sat in the car. No one ever came out. Upon entering the house there was food on the floor which means a deep cleaning was not done. Beds made noise every time you move an inch. The pool was nice, we paid to get it heated. Everything else was good!

Thank you for a lovely stay! The house was perfectly equipped for our group, and the facilities kept the kids entertained the whole time. A third bathroom would have been ideal for ten guests, but we managed well. We also loved the nearby beach (15 minutes drive), and so nice with parasols and beach chairs in the house that we could bring. One thing to note is that the neighborhood feels a bit sensitive toward short-term rentals; seeing 'not welcome' signs in the neighboring yards made us feel a little uneasy, which was the only downside to an otherwise great experience.

House was very cozy and inviting once inside. The homes up and down the street had signs against rentals in the neighborhood and we would get dirty looks as we drove by. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bath towels were very small but there were plenty. There were also many beach towels that were greatly appreciated. Plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels. Paid $100/day to have the pool heated which seemed very excessive, especially for check-in day which wasn’t until 4 pm. Also asked for an early check-in which was not accommodated. Notified the host that the pool table cue sticks had broken tips and the host asked for pictures but did not replace during our stay. Had 4 teenage boys with us who were looking forward to playing pool which they couldn’t. Overall host was very polite and responsive but didn’t go out of their way to make our stay feel special or make any accommodations on our behalf.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kyle & Nicole’s Florida Largo house! We enjoyed all amenities, especially the pool, fire pit and the game room. Perfect for a family with children in various ages. The closest beach, Indian Rocks beach, was beautiful and it’s not a long drive to get there. Just perfect! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness standards. We saw roaches, ants, and other bugs inside the unit, and the place had a strong moldy smell. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable staying and checked out early.\nWe contacted the owners right away about the issues, but despite leaving early due to the conditions, we only received a 50% refund for the unused days. Additionally, several nearby neighbors had signs stating that renters were not welcome, which made the stay feel uncomfortable.\nI would not recommend this property, especially for guests who expect a clean and welcoming environment.

Kyle and Nicole were great hosts! Our group had a great weekend staying here in the Largo area! The place was exactly as advertised and our group particularly enjoyed the game room and fire pit! Tons of activities to do in the area. Kyle and Nicole were prompt with responses and always kept me informed!

Kyle, Nicole and their team were very responsive. The house looked like the photos and was very clean. I rented the house for a 3-day weekend family get together. Me, my husband, our adult kids/spouses and grandkids (8 adults, 2 kids). The house is only 1590 sq. ft. Looks bigger in pics. The pack n play was broken, and they shipped over a new one in less than 3 hours. We loved the pool and games in the garage. Issues were: sugar ants in kitchen, hall bathroom door is a closet door on a track that has a gap allowing people to see in and it was very hard to lock, no instructions on how to use fire pit, living room tv is a google tv and the only way we could get any stations was to share my phone. The biggest issue is that the neighborhood is not Airbnb friendly. There are multiple signs in just about every yard that say "Don't hotel our neighborhood. Short term rentals not welcome." It just made us feel weird and unwelcome. Great house just in the wrong neighborhood.

Everything went smoothly and we definitely enjoyed our stay. There was a beach that was just down the road which was PERFECT. The pool was great. i would for sure book again with Kyle and Nicole!

Overall, the house is as described. It's in a great, very safe neighborhood, however, you WILL see multiple signs that say "do not hotel my neighborhood. Sell homes to families". The house is decent but needs to be updated in certain rooms. There isn't a true bathroom door. It appears to be a closet door placed on a track, which allows almost an inch of view space into the bathroom with poorly placed mirrors to see right into the shower and toilet. The pool was decent, but again, dated. It needs a fresh coat of paint which would be a simple fix. There's also no lights on the outdoor space that were easily found (we never found the lights to the pool or back patio) so going outside after dark was not an option. There was coats of dust on headboards, stains on the pillowcases (drool?) and some bugs in the kitchen. We expect some critters being in Florida, but it was gross. The landscaping also needs help. You know immediately which house is the rental.

Our stay at Kyle and Nicole’s place was wonderful and truly met all our expectations. Communication with them was seamless, with incredibly fast and helpful responses that made everything so easy. The location was perfect—close to supermarkets, restaurants, and just a short distance from the beach. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, where we spent so much quality time together and made great memories. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the near future.

The house was beautiful and felt right at home. There was plenty there to keep our grandkids busy. We had a little struggle getting in, but the host emailed me right back and fixed the problem. The beach was only 10 min away and was not crowded at all. Will definitely go back.

The home was lovely and plenty of space for the 10 of us. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. The game room was awesome! We were really close to Redington Beach.Only a short drive! We did have a few issues with the a/c. The game room/ garage was hot when we arrived so my husband and son in law took out the air filters and they were filthy and the unit was froze up but they were able to get it working and Kyle and Nicole had new filters sent for that unit and a new one for the central air unit in the house and they were going to replace them after we checked out. Also the back door knob was off when we got there and one of the cupboard doors was loose and we could have fixed it if we had tools but they sent a guy over right away. The neighbors are kind of rude and complained of loud noises and I’m a grandma who was there with 5 grandkids, my husband, 2 daughters and a son in law,we were not having any crazy loud parties just swimming.

This place was great. Great location. Quiet neighborhood and nearby stores for anything you seem to have forgot or are missing. If you have kids along there is plenty at the house for them to keep busy with. The host’s respond pretty quick & it was very clean.

What a wonderful stay. This home is so beautifully decorated. Beds were all comfortable there was enough space for the whole family. It had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Lots of fun games and an amazing pool for the whole family. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you for hosting us.

This place was exactly what we needed for a small getaway with plenty of things to do within the house including the pool and the game room. The house was also super clean and the hosts were super helpful anytime I needed help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would book again if given the opportunity.

Decor was awesome. Amenities were better than expected. Location was great. Close to stores and restraints. Short drive to beach. We had a great time, and would definitely visit again. Only issue was that we had trouble contacting the hosts.

Kyle & Nicole’s place was great, the kids loved the pool and the game room. The house is about 30mins drive from St. Pete beach, everything was clean and well laid out, plenty of room, highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at this property. The backyard is beautiful and the home has great space, our family always felt so at home! The neighborhood is very family friendly. Would stay here again for sure!

The family met in Tampa for Christmas, and a merry time we had. There was plenty of space for the whole group, while there were also places that one or a few could gather, intimately. The house was well stocked with paper and supplies. Adequate pots, pans , baking dishes, plates, bowls, glassware, etc. The beds were comfortable. The house was overall clean. Communication was GREAT! Yes, yes, yes… we would stay here again, again & again!

The best part about this booking is the house and its many activities. The house is well stocked with details thought of (beach towels & chairs, baby items, kitchen amenities, fun games). I gave a 3 stars bc this crew is a money making business and personal help is not a priority. We requested a 3 hr early check in in advance. They said ask 24 hrs before. We did. They said no bc someone would be fixing the heater. We drove by several times a few hours before, called, and made a third request since clearly no one was at there nor had been. We were told they would look into it and call us back. We did not get a response and waited for no reason. The pool was 62. We asked the host to heat it when the pool guy came to clean it. The pool guy said the heater was broken & had been since the week before. The host had made no attempt to fix it nor to let us know so we could have booked elsewhere. When we asked the host to do something to fix the issue, they ghosted us.

Vacation 2024 This property is AMAZING!! All the amenities you will need for your stay. Unfortunately, we were there for Hurricane Debby and stuck in the house for a day but not only did we feel safe, we has great communication with property owner! The kids did not say they were bored once as they took advantage of the game room. Great location and neighbors! We have already shared this property with family and friends and will definitely be returning ourselves! BEST VRBO we’ve stayed in!!

The house was beautiful and we loved our stay. We were close to beaches, good restaurants, and pretty much anything you may need. Abigail was quick to respond to any problems we had. The house had everything we needed and the master bed was so comfy. My only complaint is that the pool light and backyard lights did not work. My biggest issue was the neighbors called on us for noise 2-3 times but yet we were never loud - especially after the hours we were told to be quiet. They also complained we had toys in the walkway in the front of the house which we did not. Lastly it says the driveway fits 4 cars but only fits 2 unless you want to park in the road. Other than that we had a great time, loved the house and area, and would totally rent from Abigail again.

Overall this was a great stay! Close to the beach and even plenty to do at the house. We loved the game room and outdoor space. There were plenty of dishes, utensils and such in the kitchen. The vibe was great, loved the decor. I only took off 1 star due to outside curb appeal/upkeep. The landscaping is significantly overgrown which I think contributed to a mosquito problem here. Everyone left with bug bites and we could not really enjoy the outside amenities (minus the pool) due to constantly getting bit by mosquitoes. They even found their way into the house and my husband was constantly going around killing them. I think if as much attention was paid to the care of the overgrown grass and other landscaping as the interior of the house, this MAY help with the mosquitos. So, definitely bring some bug spray!

My family and I had a great time at Abigal's place. My nephews loved all the games in the game room. Very relaxing place and really cute decor. Anytime I texted Abigail she responded very quickly, would definitely book again

Loved this house for our stay in Tampa. we were 7 adults and two kids. Had enough space for everybody to relax and enjoy the nice weather. the game room was fun for everybody, both young and old. Amazing having a big size washer and dryer available 👌🏾 made the home travel easy and clean. nice rooms with very good mattress. if we had any issues Abigail was quick to respond and try to find solutions. lots of stuff to bring to the beach. And the pool is nice to take an afternoon or morning dip.

I booked this location as a surprise vacation for my family. I chose this home solely for the amenities it offered-pool/game room. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, turned out to be the most stressful. Let's start from the top: Every dish needed to be washed due being noticeably dirty. The joystick to the Pac-man machine didn't work properly, the basket ball game kept turning off, and the two bean bags, as offered , were missing. While swimming the pool, I noticed green mold along the walls. Abigail was informed and turns out the pool pump was broken making it unsafe to swim. Unacceptable. I had another Airbnb lined up but needed my full refund before purchasing, I expressed this to Abigail and asked to please get back to me in 30 mins, she took an 1 1/2hrs to respond and we lost the opportunity to move. All Abigail could offer me was a $300 refund...for a house with a broken pool and a 1/2 working game room. Waste of money. Unprofessional. Scammers. Book elsewhere.

Our recent stay at Abigail's Airbnb property, Guest Tampa, left much to be desired. Despite initial hopes for a pleasant vacation, we encountered numerous issues that marred our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a serious safety concern: the door's inability to lock properly. This posed a significant risk to the security of our family and belongings. Despite efforts to address this issue, it remained unresolved throughout our stay, leaving us feeling uneasy and vulnerable. In addition to the safety issue, the cleanliness of the pool and sitting areas fell far short of expectations. Despite Abigail's attempts to address a pest control issue, the pool area was dirty and unkempt, preventing us from enjoying the amenities as advertised. While we understand that bugs may be more active in warm weather, the lack of cleanliness in these areas was unacceptable. Overall, our experience at Guest Tampa was disappointing and fell far short of our expectations.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic few days at the house in Largo. We were cautiously optimistic when booking the house, because the house was newly renovated and newly listed with no reviews yet. We were thrilled to discover that the house was exactly as advertised in the photos! The house was extremely clean and inviting, the pool was beautiful and the outdoor space was relaxing and fun. The star of the show, however, was the indoor game room. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were of high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was safe, and the house was an easy ride to a handful of beaches, including Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach and our personal favorite, Indian Shores. Tons of food shopping, coffee, and restaurants nearby as well. The communication with Abigail and HomeTeam Vacation Rentals was great. She was able to quickly answer any questions that I had. Highly recommended!

Completely disappointed and overpriced. Multiple pictures to support frustration including bags of garbage left on lawn when arrived. Amenities did not work in the back yard and mosquitoes were constantly getting in the home due to extremely wet carpet under picnic table. The guest services responded quickly to my pictures and comments but a resolution was not provided. Sorry to complain but the location should be in great shape for what is paid.
