About this property

Regina House gives wine-country days a comfortable place to begin and end. Explore Willamette Valley vineyards, stop along McMinnville's historic Third Street for dinner, then return to a full kitchen and generous gathering spaces. Four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a workspace, garage and driveway parking, and a pet-friendly policy give up to eight guests room to share the trip.

Regina House is designed for the time between wine-country outings. Begin the morning around the kitchen, set out for vineyards and tasting rooms across the Willamette Valley, then come back together for dinner, conversation, and plans for the next day.

The full kitchen supports meals at the property, while the living and dining areas give the group room to gather without feeling crowded. A dedicated workspace provides a place to check in when the trip includes a little work.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests:
Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: King bed
Third bedroom: Queen bed
Fourth bedroom: Double bed
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom

Set on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, Regina House offers a calm home base near McMinnville's historic Third Street, wineries, restaurants, and the wider Willamette Valley.

The area

Regina House is located in a residential neighborhood in McMinnville, one of the central destinations of Oregon's Willamette Valley wine country.

Historic Third Street brings tasting rooms, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, breweries, and wine bars together in a walkable downtown setting. Beyond town, scenic roads connect wineries, farms, and small communities across the valley. The Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum and the Oregon Coast also make rewarding additions to a longer stay.

A vehicle is recommended for reaching wineries, the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, and destinations throughout the Willamette Valley.

If wine tasting is part of your plans, consider arranging a wine tour, designated driver, or transportation service in advance. Availability may be limited, particularly during busy weekends and event periods.

Your Arrival Getaways Boarding Pass includes our Transportation Guidebook with recommendations for local transportation and planning your time in the region.

“Other than the neighbors complaining about my loud work truck everything was amazing. I definetly recommend the house!!!”

“Pros: The house was beautiful and clean. There are a few little things that could use some TLC and fixing, but everything was in operation and very comfortable. Mattresses felt new. Home was spacious and beautiful. Enough seating for everyone. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous views of the fall trees. I would stay again. Cons: While the kitchen was most excellently furnished with more than most air bnbs, the quality of some of the items are poor. I was using the small frying pan on the small burner and the handle that is plastic started burning and melting. All of the skillets were the same set and all the handles cannot handle the heat of the stove. Arrival Getaways: Pro's and Cons: automated messages instead of from an actual person. They charge $75 for an early check in which is usually just an extra kindness if the house is ready. However, their easy checkout made it totally worth it. No stripping beds, no dishes, no trash. Just pack and leave. FANTASTIC!!”
