A perfect location - close to get Broadway but far enough to be away from the crowds.
It’s a safe neighbourhood and good facilities in the building, including Tito’s Mexican restaurant below. Nearby is a friendly and authentic local bar, and Vanderbilt University is a short walk away for college football.
The condo was exactly as described- clean, all the facilities you need, and Melissa was super helpful, responsive, and thoughtful.
This was the Air BNB I had hoped for when I booked from New Zealand!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great location, safe, easy to find, with a parking garage, clear communication from the host, and just like the pictures. I would highly recommend this airbnb -- we would love to stay here again!
The only con for us was that we were unable to check-in early. Our travel times were very early in the morning which made it difficult for us to unwind and unpack our things to prepare for the day ahead. Instead we had to store them and didn't have much time between check-in and dinner/evening plans. We do understand that this is based on the previous stay or other factors that are out of the hosts control, but were willing to pay the fee to secure it so that was disappointing.
Nice location, well designed space. Only feedback is the sofa bed is not a great sleeping situation. So for two couples I’d definitely be back. But the person sleeping on the couch really is a saint.
Melissa was great host from start to finish. She was extremely friendly was so responsive throughout. The apartment was amazing. It was in great location as everything was within a 10 minute drive and it had everything you needed. I will definitely be booking again!
Nice place to stay. Near Vandy. Nice park to walk around nearby. Would look to rebook next trip to Nashville.

Melissa was great she checked on us, she made sure we didn’t need any issues the condo was exactly like the picture and it was in a great location everybody in the building was friendly it was definitely worth the money we will definitely be back
Our stay at Melissa's Hazel Hiatus was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured. We did have an issue with the TV & the neons not working after day 1 however Melissa was very quick to respond to the issue by immediately sending up new TV remotes. After that not solving the issue she suggested checking the breaking box & that's exactly what it was....problem solved!
Tito's Mexican Restaunt located on the 1st floor was a plus, not only were the food & drinks great you also get a discount for staying on the premises!
Quick & inexpensive ride share to & from Broadway. We will definitely be staying again!
Great week long stay for education workshops at Vanderbilt! I reached out prior to arrival to ask about amenities and owner was super quick to respond. Also had to reach out during our stay and she responded and resolved all issues quickly. She obviously wants a great stay for her guests and was thoughtful and accommodating.
Just as described! The host was incredibly responsive, even before we arrived, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The place was super clean and conveniently located close to just about everything. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

This condo was beautiful and so clean, and Melissa was very responsive, kind and helpful. We had a group of 5 women, and we fit comfortably. We LOVED the closet space in both bathrooms because that gave us a great place to store our luggage and clothing without it having to be out all over the living spaces. We also loved how clean it was, how comfortable the beds were, easy parking, the extra throw blankets, and the small included amenities like blow dryers, hangers, coffee, and a sound machine in one room. The things we found we disliked was the lack of a full size mirror, the limited seating in the living room, the limited amount of toilet paper available, and not enough and incorrect sized linens for the 5 guests we said would be coming. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!!
Was a great place to stay that was close to tourist destinations and easy to get around. Super comfortable beds and living room space. Patio was nice to relax on and we enjoyed the pool. Had everything that we needed.

Beautiful condo. Was perfect size for our family (14y/o, 16 y/o and parents). The place was beautiful, very modern. Beds were cozy, bathrooms were big and kitchen was perfect.
The pool was nice.

Communication was great, both beds were comfortable. The rental was clean and had everything that we needed. I liked that we could see our vehicle parked at the top of the garage, the walk was pretty far and the stairwell didn’t smell the best. But that’s out of the host’s control. My husband and I brought our daughter to the area to do a college tour. The building can be pretty noisy at night, but not bad enough where we couldn’t sleep. I messaged the host and she responded immediately, the neighbors ended up quieting down on their own so everything worked out. Hopefully our daughter will be attending a university nearby, if so I’d definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay close enough to downtown while still being private and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!
The place was nice and communication was great. However, after our flight being delayed all day the first day of our stay, we were not accommodated. We were supposed to check in at 4pm, but with delays did not make it until 3am. Asked for a later check out and were told we had to pay $125 only to stay til 12pm when check out was at 11. Also, would not work out a refund or partial refund for the day missed. Overall I enjoyed my stay but wish a little more empathy and grace was given due to the circumstances.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while being in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The space was incredibly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again!
