Stayed for a Nashville bachelorette experience, super close to broadway. House was exactly as photographed. LOVED it. Would stay again. Thank you so much for a great place to stay.

This was a perfect place to stay for my bachelorette trip. The place was super cute and clean. The area felt very safe and easy to find, short drive to broadway and lots of shopping within walking distance!

Hosted my bachelorette party here! Everyone was raving about how nice the house was the and roof was super cute and fun to hang out on! The AC worked so well, it was very clean, beds and sheets were comfy, good location to downtown and the gulch! Would suggest keeping a martini shaker in the house and the blackout curtains in the master bed on the first floor did not cover the entire window, so they were sort of useless for “blacking out” the light. They left a gift basket with a bottle of wine and some popcorn which was cute!

this place was perfect and had plenty of space for my sister's bachelorette! the rooftop was such a cute addition when it wasn't a million degrees outside - we still did yoga upstairs on the roof but it turned into hot yoga haha. the area was peaceful and safe, easy to find and only a 9 min uber to broadway. the beds were soooo comfortable. the room with the bunk beds weren't traditional full mattresses either - you could fit two people on the top and bottom with a cute lil vanity to get ready and double sinks with great lighting in the bathroom. this place was perfect and the people were very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the stay. It was clean, spacious, and they even had a greeting basket on the table for us. On top of that the location was perfect. It was only like an 8 minute uber to most of the places we went to towards downtown. I felt safe in the area and the decor in the house was perfect for this occasion. The rooftop was super cute, which was a bonus as well! Not only was I satisfied with the physical attributes & location, their communication was on point as well. They answered quickly, and had a website that explained all the questions I may have had. Also I love how there were recommendations on their website as well. I would definitely recommend this spot!

This was such a great place to stay! I hosted a bachelorette party for my sister. The place is so cute and roomy! Lots of places to sleep and bathrooms on every floor. There is 2 flights of steps to get to the rooms (expect the ground floor room), LOTS OF EXERCISE happened while decorating and getting bags up lol Overall, the place was great and close to broadway. There was communication before, during and after my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the gift basket by the way, so sweet!

We rented Brandon’s place for a bachelorette party. It was such a cute place, and had plenty of space for our group of 9. The location is perfect, close to both downtown and 12 south. We had everything we needed to cook, and we loved the rooftop and pool table. Four star review for these reasons: When we arrived, the refrigerator was not very cold, and I reached out to notify the hosts (they had already texted a welcome message, so it was super easy to get in contact). They sent someone to fix the refrigerator the next afternoon. We noticed a few other things that weren’t quite perfect - a shower drain that wasn’t draining well, one mattress with a large and very uncomfortable divot in the middle, and the fire alarm dangling from the ceiling. Overall I would recommend, and would definitely consider staying there again!

This was the perfect Airbnb for our bachelorette party. The host provided plenty of towels, and we appreciated that there were so many beds available and bathrooms for our group of 8. The beverages and welcome gift were a nice touch!

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and it was perfect! Tons of space for the 7 of us to spread out for sleeping and getting ready. The entire place was well thought out with everything you could need. There were also tons of great photo opportunities as it is such a beautiful space! Location was central for going to many different areas. The host was very responsive and helpful! I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Nashville with a group.

This house was exactly as pictured and super clean. Perfect for my sister's bachelorette and more than enough space for all 10 of us. The location was perfect super close to all the best Nashville restaurants, bars & shopping! Can't thank you enough for everything!

House was great for 6 of us. Quick Uber to Downtown and having a garage was great and kept our car out of the way. The house was clean and very well stocked with anything we could have needed.

My friends and I came just for the weekend and this place is great! Pool table in the house, corn hole upstairs on the roof with a TV, a fireplace, and lounge chairs. The rooms were great, the beds were awesome. Fifteen minute uber to broadway, couldn’t get any better than that. Sammy and the team really take care of this place and make it feel like home. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!!!

Our stay here was perfect! We were a group of 4 adult women on a weekend get away. The place itself is exactly as the photos. The beds were very confortable and everything was clean. The location is wonderful. You are close to everything without being in the middle of the everything. It was quiet. The condo is about a 10-15 walk from 12 South, which is a great local neighborhood. It has a variety of local and well known higher end boutiques, with great restaurants and coffee shops as well. The hosts are great at communicating and welcome you with a thoughtful welcome basket. We were all very happy with our stay!

Perfect place for my bachelorette! We had plenty of beds and having three bathrooms was great for a large group of girls. Location is perfect to easily get to Broadway and Midtown.

Loved the location- Walkable to the gulch and 12 south, short ride to broadway. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has something for everyone. We had a group of 8 and we had room to spare. Cornhole on the rooftop, pool table in the living area and lots of seating options to just hang out. We door dashed, Instacarted and ubered with ease. 15 minutes from the airport. Great communication throughout the process and so friendly! Would definitely return!

The house was very nice and was close to broadway about a 5 minute drive. Also was clean and everything me and my group needed!

Our group of 12 girls were here for a Bach and it was absolutely so fun. The place was as expected in the photos and very very clean! I asked about early check in and although it wasn’t possible that time, everyone was very responsive and so helpful. His website is also so helping in assisting when we need help or not. Absolutely stay here if you’re in town!

We were a bachelor party of 9 and this accommodation was hands down a great place to stay it was very clean and rooms were spacious and comfy, the living space and the pool table were a great place to have some down time and the roof top was a great spot to relax and get some sun and play some corn hole. The host were very accommodating and any issues that arose they handled it very quickly and effectively.

The house exceeded expectations, everything was as portrayed, and was a perfect house and location for our group of 10 ladies. Thank you!

Alexa proved to be a guest with specific needs, requiring a considerable amount of attention. Leading up to her reservation and during her stay, she posed numerous questions, many of which the answers were readily available on the listing or had been addressed previously. Despite this, our team remained responsive, as our commitment is to ensure that every guest enjoys a positive experience with clear expectations. Her group adhered to the house rules and maintained a mostly respectful communication approach. However, it was disconcerting when she sought a substantial reimbursement, due to the presence of stairs at the home, even though the listing clearly indicates that the home is a 3-story townhome requiring the use of stairs. Unfortunately, due to Alexa's unrealistic expectations and demands, we have decided not to host her again in the future.

We came here for a bachelorette weekend so this was the perfect place to host us all. It was super cute for pictures and extremely clean and well kept. This area was very night that we stayed and felt very safe as a trip of all girls. I would certainly come back to Brandon’s place next time I’m in Nashville.

Wonderful place to stay, especially with a large group. Close to everything, kitchen well appointed. The bedroom with private bath could use a hook or two for towels/robe but zero complaints. We will stay again when visiting the area!

Had a great stay here with a larger group. Very happy with the price and quality of the place. The rooftop was a particular plus. The house is around a 8-10min ride from broadway which is where we were typically headed. Would recommend this stay for any larger groups comfortable with staying a little outside of downtown but in a close area. Cheers!

Great condo. 3 bedrooms were roomy, plenty of towels and extra sheets/blankets. Kitchen amazing and decorated very nicely. The 3 floors very spacious for a group of 9. A few negatives are water pressure was not great in showers outdoor furniture could use a clean (but the outdoor space was wonderful) and the location was up and coming it seems. Ubers were easy but walking anywhere, we did not.

We are a local family that needed a place to stay during a power outage. This was the perfect staycation! Great Nashville location, amazing communication, and all the amenities we needed to make it a home away from home during a less than ideal time. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this 3-level home in Nashville. The location was super convenient, less than 10 minutes to downtown by Uber. The area felt safe, and we really appreciated having a two-car garage for easy parking. The house itself was clean, spacious, and ideal for a large family or group gathering. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We also had our infants with us, so just a heads-up to families that the stairs are something to keep in mind. Not a negative at all, just something worth noting. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Nashville with friends or a group!

Difficult stay They tried hard to make our experience a 5 star but due to the guests before us it was an impossible task. They did offer to refund us and we could stay elsewhere but since we were 7 plus 2 dogs it was impossible. They did make some financial concessions and we really appreciated that. Also neighbors moved in at 11p which kept the dogs up barking..again out of their control.

We had a great stay with our pup! Plenty of room for everyone to unwind after fun days in Nashville. Thanks for a fun time!

This place was very pretty overall. It was however not super clean which was disappointing. The floors were pretty sticky and didn’t feel vacuumed. Dust and dead flies on the way up the stairs to the rooftop. The trundle bed was broken upon arrival and we had two girls have to stay on the couches for the weekend, per the roll away bed was super uncomfortable and only offered room for one not two. No small refund was even offered for the inconvenience. The maintenance guy was very nice and brought us donuts, but I do wish it was a little cleaner. The responsive time from the hosts was beyond fast and everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and accommodating!!

Stayed here for a girls trip with 7 girls. The space was absolutely amazing, so spacious with great seating. The kitchen was well equipped! The bedrooms were also very comfortable and spacious. There are lots of stairs, but we did not mind this at all! There is a first floor bedroom that is easy to access. There were a lot of bathrooms as well to use. I would highly recommend this for a large group as it doesn't feel like you're hovering over each other. The place was also a quick uber ride to Broadway costing approx 6 - 9 US/trip.

EXCELLENT communication Very beautifully decorated Easy to find Comfortable beds Very spacious with lots of room to lounge. The living room has a pull out bed.. unsure of comfortability as I noticed it when cleaning up for departure. Kitchen essentials were great expect only had salt-pepper-olive oil. Staple Seasoning would have been great. Upon arrival ice machine was completely frozen solid. I repaired and worked fine for the rest of our week long trip. Living room smoke detector was hanging. Huge hole in sidewall of fire pit. Big trip hazard when walking out on roof top deck. Downstairs bedroom has no where to put undergarments and folded clothes. I had to improvise and use a utility rack from the cleaning closet. No where to put bathroom toiletries. Toothbrushes/skincare. Master bedroom makes more sense in the “master bedroom” with huge closet and bathroom. The bunk beds and trundle beds (kids room) gets the luxury without the price tag 🫠 The ones who paid get no amenities!

Great space, could use baby gates for the stairs or a pack n play. Pool table is super flimsy and sticks were missing tips. Beautiful rooftop porch

Impeccably decorated and extremely clean home with thoughtful amenities throughout! Our teens loved the pool table and rooftop deck. The garage was a definite bonus! The location is ideal, just a short drive to downtown and walkable to a few great neighborhoods. Hallson Hospitality Co provided helpful information and tips leading up to and during our stay. They are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

This air bnb was GORGEOUS!!! Perfect location including a fenced in front yard and a garage. The house itself was pristine and so clean. Everything had a place and it was truly so beautiful! So many amenities and they made sure to make us feel right at home. One of the best places to hold a Bach!

This AirBNB was wonderful. Staff was responsive, checked in to see how we were doing and made some last minute additions to help us out. The place was clean, set up for cooking and relaxing.

We enjoyed it but…I wasn’t totally thrilled tho. The main refrigerator/freezer/ice maker was clearly broken before we arrived. It was obvious bc another random smaller fridge was in a nearby room (no ice trays or ice maker). I immediately told them bc our food was beginning to spoil and I was so annoyed without ice. They claimed a service guy was coming— who never showed the entire trip and they totally didn’t care. The LAST day they said “by the way- sorry about the fridge- we are going to drop off a bag of ice”…Neighborhood was fine — maybe slightly sketchy people in the apt (esp I my boys’ opinions) but I thought it was ok and def worth the location near Belmont

This house was excellent for our party of six (four adults and two teens). The location is great, walking distance to 12 South if you like a short stroll, or a quick car ride. The fact that each bedroom has an on suite bath is a huge plus. And the pool table kept us all entertained after our adventures out. Ooh, and the rooftop deck was a great space to hang out together. And I have to give props to the management company. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but they were responsive to my messages and Sammy, their guest experience manager, took care to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Stayed at the Harper house for my 21st birthday, the place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. My friends and I had a great time and would definitely choose one of their Airbnb locations again!

The host was very responsive. The place was super cute! We had a hiccup with check in but they were very responsive and go it handled within minutes, it was great! The only bummer was there was this really loud beeping that came from a parking garage across the street that went off every few minutes pretty much 24/7. Made it hard to fall asleep!

Clean house

We had a great stay in Nashville and really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable the home was. The location made it easy to get around and was perfect for all of our weekend plans. The house had everything we needed and worked well for our group. There were a couple of minor things we noticed, like the internet connection being a little spotty and some existing wear-and-tear such as the laundry room door and paint marks on the walls. These didn’t affect our trip, but we wanted to mention them so the host is aware for future guests. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and appreciate the host for providing a welcoming space. We’d stay here again.

Beautiful rental We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The layout was perfect and everything was well thought out. We had everything we needed for a great trip and the location was excellent.

My stay here was not as expected, however, not terrible. A few problems came up including a broken ice maker, loud machine noise from the fridge, stains on the window, wet towels set for use, and a poorly kept rooftop. My guests and I were able to acclimate with these concerns, however, felt disappointed with presentation.

Our stay was fantastic! The description/photos were exactly what we showed up too! Beds were comfy, rooftop was excellent. Was a short walk to the gulch about 20 mins and a short Uber ride to broadway! Getting around was easy and there was no lack of food options/activities. The host was very responsive and made check in/out very easy with clear guidelines.

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in Nashville. This location was perfect for all of our adventures both day and night. We loved that the house itself had amazing photo options too! We took advantage of every inch of the house. Thank you for the impeccable cleanliness (especially kitchen and bathrooms). We hope to return to Nashville soon and, if available, this house will be our first choice. Thanks for the ease from start to finish!

Very cool house-Pictures are exactly like the listing. The home has 4 stories, main ground level that has a bedroom with a private bath. Second level is the kitchen, living 7 dining room (with the cool pool table). 3rd level has 2 large bedrooms, one has a private bath, the other has a shared bath, there was also a washer/dryer on this floor. 4th level was the rooftop, that included a flat screen tv, cornhole game, table & lounge chairs. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. Housing projects were around the corner, I mean it is the downtown area so that's common for big cities. I'm from out of town so I wasn't expecting that. The house itself was beautiful. The host was VERY responsive. Even let me check in a bit early due to my flight. I will say check-out is BEFORE 10am. Someone was at the door ready to clean at 10:05, so keep that in mind. Bottle of wine was left on the counter for us, that was a really nice touch. Also, unopened leftover food gets donated to local families - LOVED!

We had a great stay at Brandon’s. Everything was as listed and we were quite close to everything that Nashville has to offer. The home was tastefully decorated and the rooftop patio was wonderful. The home was very clean and the essential amenities were provided. I would definitely recommend Brandon’s place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nashville and surrounding areas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Brandon made everything simple and smooth. He checked in on our stay and made sure we knew there was an open line of communication should we need anything at all. He was accommodating of our request for a later checkout as well. We had a blast and loved this adorable house in a great location.
