family vacay in nashville we had a wonderful time during our stay! the property manager was very responsive to the couple of issues we had. very close to downtown without being in the craziness of everything.
A great little place for a small family or a few girls. Responsive and accommodating host. Neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to the Gulch area. My only complaint would be the small bathroom with no counter space. Another mirror or two in the other rooms would go a long way.
Our family of 4 plus a dog enjoyed using this place as our home base while in Nashville. It’s not huge, but we didn’t need a ton of space, and most importantly the beds were so comfortable that we got the rest we needed after full days. I really appreciated all of the proactive and clear communication about check-in and things to do.
Overall, our stay was great! The house is in a great location, close to the 12 S area, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. We had a little bit of a hiccup checking in as our reservation made on airbnb did not carry over to their independent system, but they handled it very promptly and professionally. Also, I did not realize that it was a shared property with the back of the house being another separate unit. But overall, it was a great stay for the price and just what we needed for our group of 4.
Me and my friends loved our stay! Everything was just as described. We loved the king size bed and the welcome basket with the towels and wine. The house is very close to the 12 South neighborhood and just a short uber ride to Broadway. I totally recommend this place!
Week ofJuly 4th Stay Location was nice to be near downtown Nashville. Urban Bungalow was cozy ,We talked to management with some issues that need improvement on ( but didn't affect our stay) Had great time ,will return .

Good Location Good for small group. Positive: The location was convenient. The house was good for three to four people. The issues were the oven was locked and didn’t find out til I bought food to cook and couldn’t use it and couldn’t open it and the washer is the same unit as dryer (two in one) and didn’t usually dry the clothing. We did get a 25$ per night amenity fee refund which was kind of the management company but I would have rather had working amenities The management company was very responsive. You do need an internet password despite the instructions with the house just fyi but the management company provided it. Fairly quickly Overall good value.
Perfect for What I Needed This property had everything that I needed for the short stay I had in Nashville for a work trip. It was properly, plentifully and beautifully stocked; everything was comfortable and I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint was that there were many cockroach killer/baits that were exposed and visible... the warning on the baits say to keep away from dogs and as a dog-friendly listing I do believe they should find a safer form of pest control or keep the baits in areas that aren't accessible to dogs. Other than that... 5 stars!!! :)

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size space my husband, me, and our 2 year old, plus our dog. It was exactly as the pictures showed and Brandon was so quick to respond to all of my questions and we appreciated the wine and local cookies they left for us! Highly recommend this place if you want to stay away from the craziness of Broadway but also be close enough to drive or walk to 12 south or explore other neighborhoods. Thanks, Brandon!!
Brandon and his team were very responsive. We had a slight hiccup with the keypad code upon check-in, which they immediately resolved. The house is small, and you can't enter the backyard from inside the house -- you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back, which was enough of an slight inconvenience that we didn't utilize it much. It was very clean and as the photos depicted. Uber rides to various parts of town were reasonable. Excellent wifi, which I used to work remotely.
We had a wonderful stay!! The space was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed for a quick, comfortable stay in Nashville moving our daughter in to Belmont. The only small hiccup we had was trying to find the parking pad out back when we got there because it was dark. Once we figured that out we had zero issues. They had a bottle of wine for us when we got there. Nice touch after a long day of driving! Highly recommend.

Walk to a great new coffee shop right next to Belmont- Willow and Wren. The house is quiet, beds comfortable, easy code to recall. We had one complication however we resolved it and I feel happy about how it was handled. it’s a house and all condos around it but it’s quiet. Walkable to 12s area too!

We liked the property. The only two negatives we have are there wasn't a small table and chairs to eat on, only one counter stool, and the TV remote didn't work very well.
Comfortable beds and pillows. All the amenities of home. Close to so much Nashville offers. Fantastic communication with hosts. We'll stay again!
It was very clean, beautifully decorated; beds comfortable. The welcome gift was a surprise and delicious!! 12S was a short easy walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed this very much.

House is good. I did have a bug issue and there were bug traps out so it’s obvious they are working to resolve but it did end our trip on a low note
Clean house, had to ask for access code. Had to ask for check out information. Check out was not clear with trash disposal. Shower has glass door. Shower leaks all onto the floor. Overall, great place, convenient location.

Great stay Close to Belmont. Very clean. There are two routes to get to the parking behind the unit. Taking the one via 11th ave is easier than the route close to the apartments on the west side because cars are parked along the street. There is also parking in front of the unit depending on time of day. Hosts were great to deal with.

Pros - extremely comfortable beds - lovely welcome basket - clean - super responsive hosts - good location (about 10 mins away from everything) Cons - prominent moldy smell - poor toilet pressure - front door has a hefty gap at bottom & on the sides. Caused safety concerns and let in cold air.

Thank you for a great stay in Nashville. Everything felt very central to our location and we were able to get to many different parts of the city quickly. The beds and linens were so cozy after long days of exploring Nashville and we loved the thoughtful amenities.
Nice little place feels like being at home Great place to stay quiet , clean and location was great for us . Parking is ok it a good thing there is additional parking in back . But if the other tenant had more then on vehicle there would be a problem due to the other parking is in the rd in front of the house and it gets packed . Also this is a duplex there is two apartments on this site
This a cute and cosy place with easy parking and a quiet street. The house as all of the basic needs and they provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The only things to consider are there is not table on which to eat, some of the outlets are out of reach of sitting areas, such as the sofa, and the front door had some gaps that let in outside air.

The stay was just what we wanted, the 12 South neighbourhood is lively and lots to do and only 10 minutes in an Uber from downtown. The house is in a quiet road with lots of parking and amenities nearby.
Clean, Cozy, Convenient This bungalow is right off a bike path near Belmont College. It is 10 minutes to Greenhills and 7 min in the other direction to venues like the Canary Hall. The management team was very helpful! We had a great time!

Pretty great experience for the most part. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Location was fairly close to everything we wanted to do. Bed was comfortable. Only have a couple of things that would’ve made it perfect. The pillows on the king bed were completely flat. Wish we would’ve brought our own pillows. Also, beware of shower water going completely out of the shower and all behind the toilet because the door doesn’t go to the bottom of the shower and doesn’t drain properly off of the side. Host was great! Cookie and coffee surprises were a nice, welcoming touch.

Wade visit Property manager checked in regularly. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, etc. updated appliances. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood is nice. Neighbors are respectful. One suggestion would be to have a couple of tv trays.

Nashville weekend The property was exactly as stated. Cute decor. Coffee shop around the corner, easy walk. Easy access to downtown. The only problem I had was asking and not getting the Wi-Fi password.

The location is what your paying for here! It’s easy to navigate to cheap Ubers for wherever you need to be and the accommodations are great. You will have to work with a management company which I was not aware of at the time of booking but they were very responsive.
I loved staying here. This Airbnb was very clean, cute, and close enough to many attractions. The place was very easy to find and has a beautiful back yard that is cozy. I like how there was parking access because this trip I did have a car. I’m happy the doorbell has security to it to help with safety. I had a great time staying here.

Practical Home was clean and well kept. Advertised as a "house" so a little disappointed to find it a duplex. Check in pin didnt work so had to call to be let in. Property managers were prompt and courteous the 2 times we needed them. No TV in master so if you're used to falling asleep to TV you'll need to utilize the sofa bed in the living room. Overall a good stay, was quiet and clean.

Quick Uber ride to downtown. The only negative is that there isn’t a mirror in the second bedroom but that’s an easy fix. I would definitely stay there again!
