I felt the kitchen could use more utensils. We had to buy our own wine opener. We had to ask for more towels. We stayed 3 nights and for us four they left us 1 bath towel each. We had to request more towels. We all felt the condo was nice and clean but the kitchen had “slim pickings “. It just didn’t feel welcoming for what we paid.
We absolutely love staying here! This is our second time staying at this property, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to visit. The home is clean, comfortable, welcoming, and has everything we need for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, the property is well-maintained, and the host is always wonderful to work with responsive, accommodating, and truly makes you feel welcome. We’ve enjoyed our stays every time and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Trip was great. Short drive to beach and conveniently located to retail. Couch has been updated to a convertible bed. Nice corner unit on ground floor. Would have loved to stay longer! We would definitely stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Port A is one of our favorite beaches to visit and this unit was very comfortable, had all the amenities listed. Clean bathrooms & even games and fun for the kids. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a hot day on the beach. The only minor thing to keep in mind, while the beach is walking distance away - it was a bit harder with children than I anticipated (especially in the heat). Took about 15-20 min, but something to consider for next time. Otherwise it was a very fun stay.

We had a great family vacation! The home was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location made it convenient to enjoy the beach and everything Port Aransas has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.

We had the best stay at this Airbnb for our beach trip! The space was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for me and my kids. It felt like a home away from home the moment we walked in. The location was amazing—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. My kids especially loved having space to relax after long days in the sun, and I appreciated how safe and welcoming the whole place felt. We made such great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!
The first annoyance was that the WiFi would not activate. We tried everything we were prompted to, without success. We called management multiple times, also without success. The next day, we got help from a friend who spotted that the the internet cable was incorrectly hooked up. Finally could use our phones and watch tv. The kitchen was the second annoyance. It was barely furnished. This is a vacation rental with only one wine glass and not bottle openers of any kind. No plastic wrap, foil or anything else to put up food. No salt, pepper or any other condiments. I wish that we had been warned how bare bones the unit was. There was also a problem with the showers. They not only soaked the bathroom floors, the water leaked into the hallway. The door code worked when we first arrived, but the code was deleted from our phones and we had no way to lock the door. It took several calls to get the code resent to us. Not the best experience but not the worst.

This place was great and it close to the beach. The only downside was the wifi didn’t work during our stay but I was able to use a public option instead. Everything else was perfect. 5/5
The first place we originally booked had not been cleaned and was definitely unacceptable. However, Sand Key did right the situation and gave us an upgraded rental that was clean and comfortable without raising the price. They were very responsive to my phone call and texts and found us the new rental within an hour. They also checked in repeatedly to make sure that we were comfortable and settled. The condo we ended up in was great, very spacious, and the showers were amazing.

The location is perfect if you’re planning to go to the beach. The area was not the quietest at night, but that’s out of anybody’s control, it’s mainly golf carts going up and down the streets playing music all times of the night. Again, not the Airbnb‘s fault. The Wi-Fi unfortunately did not work the entire day. They did offer a phone number for me to call to see if they can get it fixed, but it seem more of a hassle to get the Wi-Fi fixed then it was to just hook it up to my personal hotspot. Other than that, this place is great for families. There are some questionable paintings in the bedroom but if you don’t mind, Michael Myers or horror genre type paintings, you’ll be OK. The water did take a good minute to heat up and both of the bathrooms.

We loved this place. Very clean and easy check in. High end feeling and very updated. The water pressure was weak, makes it hard for women to wash their hair with a drizzle. Also, the grass area near the pool is FULL of sharp grass burs, but we learned quickly to wear shoes. The pool was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had very minimal pots and utensils to cook a standard meal, but made due. So close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe. We will definitely be staying here again, just more preparation.

5-Star stay, the condo was cozy & nice. very close to the beach. The swimming pool on the property was beautiful. The check-in/out communication was top notch! I absolutely loved this place, they had everything available that you needed. Cook ware, utensils, large 2 door fridge/freezer. Microwave, air fryer, cookie pot & Keurig. I could go on and on how amazing our accommodations were.
The condo was nice, roomy & comfortable. I enjoy the convince of being downstairs.

Great place and easy for anyone in a wheelchair! The furniture in the living room wasn’t comfortable and the tvs are very small but when at the beach you rarely use those!

Nice place. The hot water took quite awhile to warm up in both bathrooms and kitchen and not much water pressure. There was a photo I put a towel over in main bedroom as I felt it was “creepy” but all in all nice place
PORT A , JULY STAY HAD A GREAT TIME STAYING AT THE CONDO, ESPECIALLY THE PRICE AND LOCATION.
Great spot in the center of Port A Been coming to Port A for years and finally found this gem on 11th that’s perfect for a relaxing weekend trip. Close to everything, clean and nicely laid out.
There is an extra fee of $50 that is non refundable that they do not tell you when you first book the condo. The place is nice, but if you add the extra fees you could be closer to the beach.
Place looked like it was described and pics given. Nice place for the price and description. Plenty of room for two couples or family. Easy to get to and centrally located to beach, shops, and food. Only complaint is limited towels and linen. Living room furniture was more for show and not to sit and hang out with family. Overall nice place and would stay again. If you stay here bring extra bath towels and linens. You will need quarters for washer and dryer.
Overall, the place was great. While it technically had boardwalk access it was a very long walk. Also, there was no hot water in the guest bathroom. However, we woke up one morning to flooding and as soon as I contacted them someone was there cleaning it up and fixing the problem (the upstairs water heater had malfunctioned). The check in process was flawless.
The stay was really nice for the most part. Lots to do nearby, places to eat and the beach was within walking distance. The only issues were that trash was left behind and there were a few bugs inside, but I know these are simple things that can be resolved quickly and easily. I would still stay again if given the opportunity.

I don't know about you but I am always a little nervous before arriving at my Airbnb due to past experiences. Trust me when I say that it was PERFECT. We were 4 adults and the layout was exactly what we needed to not feel on top of each other. The place was bigger than I thought as well. Kitchen was very spacious and well stocked. The host did a great job remodeling and furnishing the space. The bedrooms are far away from each other to add to the privacy this layout has. You have a back patio with a water spigot to rinse your beach gear. If you don't want to drive to the beach, the walk way to the beach is right behind the condo through the Coral Cay unit complex. Small quiet property away from the restaurant and bar scene. I will definitely reach out to Sand Key Vacation Rentals for any future Port Aransas Beach trips! Thank you for being such a good host!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very comfortable, cozy, and cute. It’s close to the pool. It has a spacious patio area and it’s located close to everything. The rooms were a perfect size and loved that the there are two bathrooms and really nice showers. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had a great weekend and the condo was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach was just down the street. It was close to downtown and alll the restaurants. We would definitely recommend it to anyone for a great stay!

The cost of the rental not bad but all the cleaning up and having to pay over $100 for cleaning services does not make sense to me.
Positive: Groß. Gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Schönes Design. Fussläufig zum Strand. Pool okay aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrassenmöbel waren verrostet und abgenutzt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit und würden es wieder buchen.

It was the perfect amount of space for our quick get away. We were able to feel right at home with everything at our fingertips.

The apartment was great. Kitchen and living room were large and comfortable. Property has easy access to the beach. This place is great with kids. The only cons was the lack of flexibility for early check in. Having kids it is important to have this flexibility, and for this reason the check in was not so enjoyable.

Bad Fridge The only bad thing about our stay was the fridge. Everything in it froze even after being reset. I think printed instructions for operation of the TV should be supplied. Not everyone has the same provider and they are all different.

Great location Easy to walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and stores. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and quiet. Comfy beds. We are old and do a lot of sitting around and we found the living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. The only other criticism is the hot water took a long time to get hot. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Family vacation Location was great. Easy access to shops & beach. Minimal kitchen supplies, but we only cooked breakfast so it worked for us. Very very short drive to beach. Pool right outside our condo. NO boardwalk.
Just perfect for two old friends !! No problems at all. Our stay was perfect. Two recommendations: * Include instructions as to how to operate the living room TV...we could never get it to respond *Consider installing a ceiling fam on the patio
