Enjoy our stay!

Good location within a few minutes from the beach. Nice unit with easy access to one of the pools and outdoor cooking area. Limited to 2 parking spaces. Additional parking next to pool.

This home was clean, nice beach decor and close to the beach! Love the bunk beds and games for our families and fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms with a washer and dryer! The host was extremely responsive and helpful! The price was amazing and nice to have a single story. The two assigned parking spots and pool were great bonuses! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay. If we come back we will be looking at Sand Key Vacation Rentals.

Very clean, beds comfortable, had everything we needed. Beautiful home! Great location 5 min or less drive to beach. Loved the pool!!! No disappointment- was everything and more than I expected! Very comfortable for a big group. Recommending it 100%

We had a lil family get away and it was perfect ! Felt just at home and we all had a blast !! Great board games and resort style pool was really nice too !!

The only downside to the facility was parking. There is 2 assigned parking for home and hard to only have 2 vehicles when there is 12 people being accommodated in one home. There is some additional parking and we were lucky enough to use that but the following option would have been to pay and I believe that is an inconvenience to renters who do not put that into their budget.

Amazing 4th of July Weekend with friends!! Loved the hosts and their quick communication!! Very clean, had everything you would ever need for a vacation stay. Loved the pool area too. Neighbors were surprisingly quiet during that weekend so it was nice. Family friendly! Highly recommend to friends and family. Will definitely come back again in the near future.

Our family had a great time at this rental. Our little ones really enjoyed the pool and bunk beds!!

Happy Harbor was a beautiful villa with lots of cute and comfortable beds. We loved swimming in the pool and making family meals in the kitchen (which was well equipped for our group). Having 3 bathrooms was perfect. We liked that the location was close to Port A beach and restaurants. The only issues we had were a laundry washer broke our first day, so we used a laundromat. There was plenty of hot water in the 2 master suites for showers, but the hall bath and kitchen sink seemed to be a bit cooler even when the water was run for a while. This made hand washing dishes more challenging-gratefully there was a dishwasher. Overall, we would definitely recommend to our family and friends as long as clothes washer gets repaired first. Our vacation was wonderful

Loved our stay at Happy Harbor! Our kids LOVED the bunk beds and surfboard room and especially the games and beach toys. The outdoor shower is a plus in keeping things tidy and sand out of home. The covered breezeway with gates on each side is a great place to keep your coolers safe at night and leave your shoes outside with no worries. The onsite pool is great and property is quiet at night. We felt very at home. This is a wonderfully maintained property. We did not want to leave! We will be back for sure!!

The stay was great! Enjoyed the layout of the house and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the airmatress that was provided as well as the abundance of blankets and pillows. The home was clean the outdoor shower is a great addition to rinse off. Location is central which made it easy to get to the beach along with stores in the area. Over all great place to stay at and would definitely stay again.

It was a short trip but this was my favorite place to stay so far. The house was amazing and the area was great. Very nice and felt right at home. Kids weren’t bored at all. Everything was easy to get to as well. Wish we stayed longer but looking forward to coming back.

Very nice place, minor things such as the WiFi dropping off which was okay since we had mobile hotspots, we did walking into roaches when first arrived so that was undesirable, lastly there wasn’t any trash bags to throw away our trash at the end of our stay. All that kept this place from a 5 star stay but location and pool were nice.

This place was nice- clean, spacious, and the pool was great. The beds were comfy. Definitely one of the nicer/cleaner port A rentals. We did ask for an early check-in a they were able to accommodate 1.5 hours early, but then we didn’t get the code to check-in until the normal check-in time. It was also a little confusing because we got two different codes to check in. We were also surprised on which side of the highway it was on. When we did the “get directions” button from the Air BnB app it took us to a spot on the beach side of the highway, but when we entered the address it was on the other side. Overall, this place is nice to stay at as long as you don’t plan on renting golf cart and using it while you’re there.

Nice, very comfortable house

Very comfortable and cozy spot to take the family. My kids and nieces loved the space and bunk beds! Kitchen was fully equipped ready to cook up a meal. Bedrooms were very spacious with their own bathrooms. Needed a late check out and the host responded quickly.

Perfect three nights stay. Very clean and orderly, no clutter. Would definitely stay again.

This was the third time my family has stayed at this location. Every time, the house is spotless, with plenty of helpful amenities! The hosts clearly communicate everything we need to know and are always responsive. We will definitely be coming back!!

The house was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. We were super disappointed that the pool and playground were closed the entirety of our stay. We specifically booked this location because of our kids wanting to enjoy that playground by the pool, and they asked multiple times per day if it was open, and it wasn’t. Additionally, and not as big of a deal, but the indoor entertainment that was advertised for the kids (gaming console) was not working. It played DVDs, but not the games. Aside from that, it was everything as advertised. We would recommend to friends and family.

First time we stay in a condo that actually look like the pictures. Clean home & felt like home. I would definitely book again. Kids had a lots of fun in the pool & playground that was a BIG plus to have.

Just got back from an awesome family trip to Port A (Aug 4–8, 2025) and had to shout out how great our stay was! We booked the Happy Harbor condo and it was perfect for us. Super clean, all one level (no stairs—huge win!), and it even had an outdoor shower right by the private walkway so we could rinse off before heading inside. The AC was on point—I brought my fan from home but didn’t even need it. And shoutout to them for stocking plenty of toilet paper! Most places skimp, but we had enough for all 11 of us for the full 5 days. It's very close to the pool too and the kids loved playing in the small playscape area right next to the pool. Check-In and Out was seamless - super easy. We even got to check in a little early. Bonus: my sister’s crew stayed just a couple doors down in another condo managed by Sand Key, and theirs was great too. All in all, the Happy Harbor condo totally delivered. Would 100% stay there again!

They only left one paper towel roll. No extra toilet paper. Small shampoos and conditioner. There was only two parking spots. With a place that sleeps so many you need more stuff. Other than that it was good

The villa is lovely and well laid out. Very clean and well stocked. Beds extremely comfortable. Bunk bed room stacked with kids electronic entertainment. The host is AMAZING. So receptive and kind. And quick to respond. Don't let not being able to rent a golf cart stop you from saying here. Was very glad in the end that we did not rent a golf cart (not allowed on Hwy),. It cost me $12 for a yearly beach pass and $4 (10 minutes) to vacuum the sand out of my car!! I came out way ahead.

Stay was great. Pictures does not do it justice. Incredibly spacious and clean. More than enough room for the whole party. Outside patio was comfortable and private. One additional parking space would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was very taken care of, it off the main road just don’t miss, behind and between hotels/business. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was a good place to stay. A bunk was broken on arrival, this was known but not made aware prior to arrival. They asked how they could make it right, but aside from a compensation there wasn't anything. My mom insisted on sleeping on the mattress on the floor. Their option was the sleeper sofa, but that was not of interest. The codes provided for the pool didn't work, but it was fine because people let us in. The condo was decent size for spreading out and was kid friendly. Would consider staying again if amenities match what is described.

This property was very nice, clean, spacious and in a good location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent here again

Fit a family of 10 perfect! The pull out couch is a bit uncomfortable 🥴 but it is an option. The map will take you to the wrong location but fairly close to beach food and shops! Store conveniently right at entrance.

We misunderstood the rules and thought we would be able to rent with a 21 year old, When she told me she couldn't give me the access code without a 25 year old present I told her I needed to go talk to my friends in order to either get a 25 year old to help or figure out what we are going to do next since we had driven nearly 4 hours to get there and we were unfamiliar with the area. I went to discuss it with them and after about 10-15 minutes an employee came out and told us to leave the property in an aggressive manner which no matter what seems like an unacceptable way to treat customers who had ALREADY paid you in full, and are trying to figure out where we are going to go. But beyond that the parking lot had one other car in it. We were not being loud, or causing any issues, just trying to find somewhere to go. Absolutely inappropriate way to treat paying customers in any situation but especially when they clearly have no where to go. beyond disappointed with their behavior.

We had a wonderful vacation staying here. Between the two families, we were comfortable. The condo was clean and convenient to town. However, you are not allowed to rent a golf cart at this location. Also, although there is a hot tub in the pictures, it does not heat. Overall, it was great but we probably wouldn't stay here again due to the fact we can't have a golf cart and it is on the other side of the highway.

This was our second stay at Happy Harbor, and we will definitely be back! Everything is clean, and it’s such a great space for our family!

easy access and great place to relax after being at the beach all day

Nice place to stay I enjoyed that the place was single story. No trudging up stairs. A big plus. It was well decorated...especially the orange bedroom withe queen bed. Fridge was very clean. I appreciated that very much. I did notice that the floors had not been vacuumed in the living room or master bedroom upon arrival. (Popcorn remains) Also, master bedroom closet had a man's shorts laying on a shelf. The shower was not clean. Red hair strands strewn along the shower wall. Blue shower gel hardened on shower tile. Shower had not been cleaned. The kids beds did not have clean sheets and they even smelled like body odor. I certainly did not appreciate that. So, guests slept on top with their own blankets. The bathtub faucet in the orange bedroom bathroom was not working good. It scalded our grandson. This faucet needs to be repaired. Just wanted to give you honest feedback. Since you charge nearly two hundred dollars for a cleaning fee, it should be cleaned a lot better.

Great place to stay We absolutely loved staying at this rental. It was clean, spacious and close to everything in town. We had a total of 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus. The home was nicely decorated and the kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need to cook your family meals. The private patio and outdoor shower was also a nice touch. Our family had and amazing time while on vacation in Port A and we would definitely stay at Happy Harbor again.

Weekend Fun The property was a great size with plenty of beds. It was well-stocked-from the kitchen and bathrooms to the games and puzzles. The AC worked well. The shower had good pressure. The beds were comfortable. The breezeway was a great place to store stuff that was sandy. We used the outdoor shower to rinse off our feet. It was nicely decorated.

Comfortable Stay This rental was so clean and comfortable and in a great location! I was very impressed with all the little touches, like soft sheets, toiletries and towels for everyone, ample sitting space around the table, a well stocked kitchen and even instructions for the kitchen appliances!! The on-site pool was nice and there are restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. Would stay again for sure!

Spring break The condo was amazing! It had lots of space and plenty of beds! It was in a great location and easy to find! The only problem we had was getting check-in information and I believe that’s because phone systems were overloaded that week.

Great house and location! This house is great! It had plenty of room for me and 9 of my friends. It was also in a great location right by the beach and the downtown restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay again!!!

Happy Harbor as a condo was awesome. I have nothing negative about Happy Harbor at all. My complaint would only be that not having management to contact for on-site problems after hours is not the greatest of Ideas. We had a huge family that was at the pool BBQing and hanging out. Not a problem we don't mind sharing, except they did. They were all over the rocks number one despite the no climbing signs and they had 2 balls, a beach ball and a football that they were throwing back and forth while running all around the outside of the pool. We had a 1 year old and 2 kids under 10 who despite moving to diffrent parts of the pool couldn't get away from the horseplay of about 4 to 5 teenage boys. My niece was hit in the head twice before we left after about 30 min. Several other guests also left the pool area. This was on Saturday evening just as it was getting dark. The kids were excited to see the changes of color in the pool but the actions of these boys basically chased us out along with other guests. It's a shame too because the condo itself was absolutely terrific but a good pool experience is a must with 5 kids all under age 14 and with nobody to be able to call it kind of left me irritated to be honest.

Cleanest property we have ever booked! From the moment we opened the gate to the property we fell in love! It was private even tho it was in a community! So so clean! Seemed like we were the very first guest to ever stay! We enjoyed all the games as a family after days at the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed! The staff was also amazing! Will definitely be back!

Perfect place We could not have picked a more perfect place for our group of 8. Room with bunk beds was a little small, but it was for sleeping and that was it so it didn't bother us at all. The size and layout was fantastic. The pool and playground were amazing. Nice and clean and communication with property manager was fast. We will definitely book here again!

june 3/8 we had a good experience. we did find a bra in one of the beds and coffee grounds all over the floor but other than that it was good.

Great location and property. This location is great and property was very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for a great weekend. Parking can get tricky if you have more than two cars. Would definitely keep this on our list of places to stay again.

Beautiful and Comfortable We stayed here for a family vacation. We had all ages from 7 to 70 and we all enjoyed this condo very much! It was very clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was well stocked and the location was convenient and quiet.

We loved this beach house! Happy Harbor was so perfect for our family beach trip! Everything was so organized and I appreciated the helpful labels! We enjoyed the games, books and TV that was available! Thank you so much! We will definitely be staying here again on our next beach trip!

Happy Little Cottage We had a lovely time at Happy Harbor. The pool was nice. The cottage itself is very lovely. It’s a great layout for a group. We each had our own space for chill time. The living/dining drew everyone to play games and watch movies after the beach. The privacy of the walkway is also very nice. It’s a great location.

Plenty of Space It was a great property. There were a few little things we needed resolved and they were quick to help. Thank you for making our stay great!!

Summer Vaca 2021 The property was nice. However, the porch lights were very dim and the flood lights didn't work either. So we sat in the dark.

Nice clean property Great stay. Short drive to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool afterwards. Only complaints were lack of curtains in the bedrooms…way to bright to sleep in. Also, no condiments at the place so bring your own salt and pepper, etc. we only got one trash bag so bring those also.

Perfect Place My whole family loved this place! The listing is not only accurate but way better. Perfect location, suitable for all ages !,# had everything for cooking, cleaning, towels, etc! We had grandparents, and our family with a 2 year old and we will definitely be going back. Communication is quick and easy, it is a must book before you can't!

Plenty of space by the beach We were looking for a spot for us and one other family, but closer to the date -another family joined us. At first we thought it would be too crowded but the space was big enough for six adults and our six kids (all under 8yrs old). The bunk beds were amazing because they had their own space and the bunks in the hallway had a privacy curtain. We took turns cooking meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was big enough for the adults to sit and chat at the table while the kids sat on the couches watching tv. Every family had their own full bathroom and there was a shower outside to rinse off dirt before heading to the pool. Really it was the perfect place for our stay. Highly recommend for families.

Happy harbor It was an amazing stay as always we stayed in mermaid last time. There was a few things bad. There was a weird nasty smell in the coral room and the plugs in the king room didn’t work. Over all great. Will do again.

Nice place for young children. This was a good property to stay at for families with young children. We had 5 kids ranging from 3-8 and the bunk beds, access to playground and pool were very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Comfortable place!
