We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s in the Livingston Manor and this was a favorite. The host’s instructions are clear and helpful. Our company of 7 (5 young adults) slept comfortably and enjoyed being so close to town. Would definitely stay again.

This is our third year spending a long weekend in Livingston Manor. The home was perfect size for 4 couples and a toddler with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house was clean and spacious with great indoor and outdoor space. The firepit area was perfect for an evening fire and smores and the location was convenient to get into town and to local areas like Roscoe and Calicoon. We highly recommend staying here!
The Red Cottage was the perfect home for a group! Plenty of space throughout the house and on the grounds for any activity! Also very close to town making it convenient if you are looking to explore! We had some issues with the heat and hot water upon arrival but the hose was extremely responsive and has someone come to fix the issue within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this Airbnb!
had the perfect weekend with friends in this beautiful / adorable / and incredibly well decorated home. the host was super responsive and helpful. great little town with good food and shops. can’t wait to come back!
What a beautiful, welcoming home! The house was so well appointed, I wish I could move in permanently! Bright, big rooms, cool decor, we loved our stay. This is a great house to spend time with friends and family reconnecting. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends!
The place was absolutely wonderful! Cozy, with a gorgeous outdoor space we sadly didn’t get to use due to the weather. The perfect place for a large or small group getaway!
We had such a lovely stay at the Hamlin house! It was a perfect location for driving into Manor or Roscoe! With 8 adults, the house is spacious and beautifully designed. The historic charm of this property was a wonderful Catskills experience! We enjoyed sitting outside and staring at the full moon and stars while listening to the river right across the road. Will definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to staying here again!
What a fun house with so much space, character, and aesthetic! Highly recommend for big groups.
Red cottage was absolutely beautiful! The furniture was incredible. It felt like we were in a museum! Would absolutely go back! It is also perfect for larger groups since there are many bedrooms.
We went to Livingston Manor for a family reunion. The cottage was the perfect situation for us to return to each night and recharge. The home is absolutely charming, with beautiful mid century decor. We plan to return every time we come back.
