My husband and I enjoyed spending a restful & peaceful time away in the beautiful condo, pool and many amenities. The weather was perfect Ocean and beach was calm & serene. We thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for blessing this time with God and each other. We are truly blessed and greatful. May God continue to bless you and yours.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was exactly as described and the communication was amazing! Small maintenance request and they were on top of it! Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area.
What a wonderful stay!! The condo is the perfect location for someone looking for the ocean to be steps away out the front of the resort and the bay with wharfs for fishing and picnic area directly in your back! In front of the bay is a beautiful pool and hot tub also. The condo itself is wonderful and decorated so cute with everything you could ask for in a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, living room with spacious sofa in front of the tv and electric fireplace should you stay in the winter. Our stay was in March so didnt get to enjoy that. We had two bedrooms with a master bedroom and beautiful view of the pool and bay through a sliding glass door. The front bedroom also has a great view of the ocean which as I said takes minutes to walk to. The bathroom is newly renovated with beautiful tile in the shower and flooring. Almost forgot to mention there is a balcony off the living room where you can enjoy your meals or just sit and relax and enjoy the scenery. No doubt about it if you are looking for a two bedroom condo at the more quiet end of the gulf shores this is the place to be! Also the staff and front desk are very helpful in answering any questions and meeting your needs. All in all a fantastic visit. We will definitely be back!!
This was a perfect place for my two friends and I to stay for a week. We wanted a peaceful and relaxing week away, and thats what we got! The host was very responsive with check in and check out!
Wonderful stay! Bender Realty is very committed to our needs by checking in with us. Our unit was very clean and had plenty of towels.
Excellent rental within our price range. Convenient location just steps to the boardwalk and beach on a 2 lane road. Beach chairs available for rent. Excellent communication with the rental agency and well maintained grounds. Lobby attendant and security were nice touches. Trash chute was super convenient and bike racks were such a blessing. Shopping carts available for moving luggage- genius actually. Great setup on the bay for cleaning fish + nice docs and a boat launch. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good about our stay! It was absolutely wonderful. The condo was super clean, cozy, and practical. With just a short walk downstairs to the pool and private beach access right across the road, it was perfect for kids as well. We loved our balcony view of the beautiful pool and the bay. The staff and security team were so friendly and helpful. We had the best time!
Terrific condo; clean, new kitchen and bath, short walk to ocean. Great location. Charming and cozy beach motif. We highly recommend a stay at 309A.
Peaceful time of Rest and fellowship with my family
The condo was perfect. Everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable both inside and on the deck. The view from the deck overlooking the pool and racket courts and the bay was so calming and beautiful. The ocean was easily visible on the other side of the condo. The kitchen and bath were nice. Although we did not use the tennis courts, they were in great condition. The pool was wonderful. Everything was well maintained and clean. They even provided large carts to help get luggage and groceries up the elevator. The staff in the lobby was always helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful time.
The condo was so clean and you could tell recently updated!!!! New appliances and decorated so cute!! We will definitely be back! Our tolet was stopped up one day and we called and within a hour they had sent someone over to fix! Beds were very comfortable !

We loved our stay in 309A at Gulf Surf and Racquet!! Everything is updated (especially the bathroom) and the decor is so cute! Also, there was plenty of room for the four of us. The location is perfect! We spent a lot of time out on the comfortable balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Then, we only had to cross the road to be right at the wonderful beach. We really enjoyed the lack of traffic out there but we were only 5-10:minutes away from Walmart and other stores and restaurants. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo! Great stay!
Cannot say enough about Surf and Racquet Club!!! Beach is literally right there, super short walk. Beautiful pier to watch the sunset. Lagoon views. Resort like pool. Bender was great, responsive and easy to work with!
We love this condo! It is in a more quiet part of Gulf Shores so we did not have to deal with traffic and noise. The beach is less crowded also. Being between the beautiful lagoon and beautiful beach is perfect! The condo is updated and the bathroom is very pretty. Lots of storage also and the washer & dryer were so handy. All 5 ratings in our opinion!
We LOVED our stay here! All the furniture was comfy. We stayed on the balcony a lot! Great views! Leave the entrance blind open and u can see the ocean and the bay !! The piers give beautiful sunsets and sunrises! Everyone we meet there was friendly. We loved the large shower with a seat! Well be renting again and recommend it highly!
We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club, #309A. The updated unit was clean and decorated very tastefully. The resort has easy access to the beach, and the sunsets over Little Lagoon were wonderful. The unit location is close to the elevator, so check-in/check-out was very easy. And the pool area was lovely; nicely landscaped and cant beat the great fishing pier. We enjoyed sitting on the pier almost as much as sitting on the beach!

Very cute, clean and efficient condo. Views were excellent and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying them. The convenience of the beach is just a 3 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this place.
Really better than I expected. Very friendly and helpful employees. Enjoyed it.
