Nick was a pleasure to host! House was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler. The pool was heated and salted, which was not in the listing. The outdoor seating areas were great, we loved sitting out front watching traffic. Easily walkable to the restaurants, shops and the beach. There was a wagon, 4 chairs, beach corn hole and a beach umbrella (also were not in the listing). Given the opportunity we would stay again!

Brittany was a pleasure to host! We loved staying here! Beautiful, clean, newly renovated… we absolutely loved the house and the cute backyard and the little pool. It was perfect. Perfect location. One block away from the gorgeous beach. The outdoor shower is convenient, the kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, we love the tv outside near the pool. So this house is a super old house freshly renovated- so, the funny thing is… this house used to be my Father-in-Law’s friend’s house- Uncle Bob… it was a coincidence that I rented it lol. We definitely want to rent this house again next year. Thank you for having us.

Brooklyn & craig were a pleasure ! A wonderful clean cottage with an open space and plenty of room for all. Easy to walk to the beach and shops. The hosts were friendly, responsive and accommodating.

We could walk one block to a beautiful beach that was incredible and with non one on it. House was close to a golf cart rental business which was a great find. House overall was exactly what we saw in the photos and was very well appointed with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. Large washer and dryer to do laundry. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. All new appliances and pots and panes, etc. Great host communication always responsive. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and linens were soft and very clean. Great showers with a great outdoor shower all with great water pressure. TV in every room. Neighborhood was safe and house was easy to find with plenty of parking. We had a great stay at the house and hope to come back soon. Super house.
