Anialys, Was A Pleasure To Host! I loved the place due to its excellent location near the beach. I highly highlight how well-equipped it is, both the kitchen and the beach extras (the wagon and chairs are a huge plus). The pool was big and very clean. I hope to return soon! As a suggestion for improvement, the AC is only in the bedroom. In the other area (where the kitchen and oven are), there is only a ceiling fan. When the bedroom door is closed or when cooking during the day, that area feels trapped and hot. A small additional AC unit or more fans in the common area would improve the experience 100%. Despite that, we had a great time.

Troy and Mary Sue were a pleasure to host! This is a little gem perfect for couples! We enjoyed everything about the place. The beaches are beautiful, the town was fabulous and the unit we stayed in was perfect. Just the right size. We didn’t have any complaints! I would highly recommend this unit for a vacation stay.

Michael was a pleasure to host! We loved our stay. Amazing location. Very short walk to the beach and the provided wagon made getting everything to the beach a breeze. Easy to walk to Siesta Key Village for restaurants and shops.

We hope to host you again in the future! This was seriously a gem. The location was PERFECT! Literal steps to the beach and a couple of blocks to the village. An assigned parking space for the unit if you have a car. The space itself was pristine, well appointed and comfortable. Loved that there was a tv in the living area, as well as the bedroom. Beach chairs, wagon and soft-sided cooler were a nice touch too. Hosts communicated frequently and were always friendly. Definitely recommend!
