Melinda was a wonderful guest during her stay. She respected the home and house rules; it was a pleasure to host her stay! I stayed at this property because I felt it was a safe area to be myself and get around. I could walk to the village and the beach easily. The thing that stands out was on the description it read newly remodeled, which it was. Some things needed some attention in the place like lighting and the toilet paper holder being reattached after it was pulled off only to be reattached without fixing holes in wall. Realize this property survived two hurricanes and is under renovation on most of bottom floor. Because workers parked in designated spots it was kinda easy to just park in another spot due to down season. If I had any problems the company handled things quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. Great location, the center of where I wanted to be. I would recommend it on that alone.

Alycia, was a pleasure to host! Place was exactly as described and pictured. Very close to Siesta Key Beach, which was great. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Amazing location less Than a block from the beach. Recently remodeled with fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Very comfortable king size bed. New shower with rain head and wand . Laundry right outside the door. Heated clean pool. We will Definitely stay here again.

James was a wonderful guest during his stay. He left the unit clean and respected the property. We would host him again in the future. We did not receive the check-in instructions. I was able to locate the emergency number and a maintenance person gave us the entry code. Other than that, we enjoyed our vacation. The unit is located a short walk from the beach and Siesta Key Village.

Beautiful property, the beach and restaurants were all in walking distance. Management contacted me in person before our stay to give us checkin directions. We will definitely be staying with them again!

This condo was so clean and convenient. It is well furnished, very clean and well taken care of. You are a short walk to the beach and just a few blocks from the village. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone. It is wonderful!

We’ve visited the area 12 times before, and this stay was one of the better. The location is great, and the unit has been nicely updated. Lots of storage, full-size fridge and plenty of seating. There were nice towels, a cooler and brand new beach chairs for us to use. We will definitely return in the future! One tiny suggestion…it didn’t harm our stay at all, but could make things a bit more efficient. The front door has a number pad to let you in, yet we had to stop first to physically pick up and drop off a key for the pool. It would be easier if that was left in the unit (but perhaps this forces people to not lose the key, as they’ll have to return it to checkout?).
