The most important thing to me when I stay at a vacation rental is that the place be clean. This place was spotless. The bedrooms were spaced out nicely and gave everybody the privacy that they wanted. Nice house and backyard area, super clean and a very quick to respond host. I liked everything about it.

Kelly and the team were amazing all weekend. Accommodated flexible check in/out and answered questions super fast. The home was perfect for our group, lots of awesome amenities and a really comfortable setup!
This stay was more than we could have imagined. It was truly your own little oasis close to everything we wanted access to. It was 25 minutes from the marina and 20 minutes or so from downtown saint pete. Kelly and her team were always checking In to make sure the amenities and stay was top notch. They were super kind and very helpful. The bachelorette I planned would have not been as perfect or successful without their beautiful space or their exceptional hospitality. I will be booking with them again in the future. 🩷🩷🩷 thank you! Don’t miss out on booking this gem!

Great stay that accommodated our group, however there was a plumbing issue which caused the toilets to flood and showers to fill up. Once the showers fully drained they pushed up gross stuff from the drain. It was a result of hair being swallowed in the drain and things being flushed that shouldn’t have over time. Because of all of this, there were flies throughout the house. On the other hand the host was very responsive and was able to get a plumber to us right away, even in the middle of the night. This definitely caused the neighbors to complain about the noise because the plumber was present “after hours.” The house is located right in the middle of a cul-de-sac where the neighbors are not fans of it being an AirBnb.
This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Kelly and her team is very communicative and home was exactly as described. There was plenty to do and the kids stayed occupied when we were at the home. Pickleball was the main attraction. We also enjoyed hanging around the firepit at night. Would definately stay again when we are back in the area.
Everything at this Air BnB was as listed. It was clean and comfortable. The host communicated well. The best parts of this Air BnB: 1. The house had all the equipment required to play the games in the back yard (cornhole bags, pickleball paddles and balls, basketballs, etc.) 2. The pool, although small, was a normal depth and had plenty of room for all of our group to hang out in. The pool was mostly shaded for most of the day, which was great for staying cool. 3. The house had two beach umbrellas and seven or eight beach chairs to use for a trip to the beach. 4. The Air conditioning. My group visited in July during a hot week, and the house was always cold.

My friends and I stayed here for a graduation celebration and it was everything we could’ve wanted and more. The house was spacious, clean, and packed full of things to keep a group of 8 occupied for 3 days. We had plans to leave for dinner reservations and beach days, but we didn’t leave the home once because we were having such a good time. If we’re ever in the area again we will for sure book again!
Our stay was perfect! The house is exactly as described and has everything you need for all age groups. I was worried about the beds but they were perfect! Very comfortable and none of us wanted to leave. I had a couple questions and the host answered them and even offered to go above and beyond. The girls in my group are already thinking when we can go back for another visit! A++++

Perfect spot for our bachelorette trip! The house is adorable and the backyard is huge - great for hot tub and fire pit hangs. We rented a van (made getting around SO easy), but the house is walking distance to a grocery store/liquor store/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!

We planned a trip with family and there was plenty of space and activities on the property to accommodate us. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back again as well. The kids loved the pickle ball court.
The photos shown on this listing are very misleading. When we arrived, it was clear that the house was unkempt from the outside. The pool, jacuzzi, and entire backyard area was dirty, as well as the front yard.
This house was the perfect spot for us. We just traveled with friends and made the quick decision of changing our plans from Mexico to Florida. It's a quiet little house at the end of cul-de-sac. Uber's were easy and we went North and South to the beaches and places. Kelly and her group were super helpful and super responsive. Gave us great suggestions as to where to go and what to see. For the space and beds that it had we discussed bringing the families down and spending our next vacation there. There would be so many things for them to do just as the house with all the activity things they have. Thanks! Florida did not disappoint.

I almost never leave any feedback. First, I am lazy. Second, I think I paid whatever you asked for, you provide equal value product or service. Why do I need to provide review?\nBut Kelly's house is a different story. \nFirst, the communication is always there even before you have any needs. Of course we have no issues at all, but knowing what to do if there is any is comforting. \nSecond, I sincerely think Kelly prep the house like this: she imagined she and 14 or 15 family members or friends took a long flight or drive to the house and would live there for a week or two, what will she need and want to make this trip fun and relaxing? \nJust to name a few: basket ball and court, pickle ball and court, mini golf, hot tub, swimming pool, mini bar, foldable wagon, beach chairs, kids beach digging toys, kids toys inside the house, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, cookware, even chopsticks. Brand new pan fry olive oil and grind sea salt, different sized zip lock bags, unbelievable! Try it!!!

Kelly, you have a recurring tenant here. This place was like paradise and we didn’t want to leave. The kids didn’t want to leave. Always had something to do and we didn’t have to go out if we didn’t want. The adults could do adult things and just enjoy the spot. We had a great time and will be coming back again.
