We hope to host you again in the future! Great place to stay 100 steps from the beach. Clean and quiet. No dishwasher is the only downside but for 2 people it is perfect. 5/5 stars.

Carl was a pleasure to host! Beautiful location that is a 1-2 minute walk from access to Holmes Beach. It is also within short walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The unit is exactly as described and very clean! We loved having a private pool in the backyard to relax in every night. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our time on Anna Maria and we can’t wait to see it again soon!

Having our own pool in the back yard was fantastic too.

Amber was a pleasure to host! We just got home from a week stay in this Airbnb and it was wonderful! It’s only a quick 2 minute walk from the beach and it’s conveniently located to all the town of AMI has to offer. The rental was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very clean during our visit. It stormed for 2 days and the pool had debris in it (to be expected) but the pool company came out the next day and had it all cleaned up. The only thing we really noticed during our stay was a loose kitchen faucet (not a big deal as it was operational) and a flat tire on one of the bikes. We asked if it could be fixed for our stay but they didn’t make it out to change it. Not a big deal as we could have rented one but it would have been nice to have. Either way, very clean rental with responsive management!
