Our group had a great time. The representatives were very helpful and attentive in responding to our questions and concerns. The location provided easy access to the areas of Nashville we visited. The elevator was very helpful in dealing with the luggage.
A group of 8 just spent 3 nights at this wonderfull property. We had an amazing time and could not say enough great things about the house and the location. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional. I feel like the pictures posted in the listing capture the beauty of the house but I didn't realize how much space there was. Every room was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had a cold weekend so couldn't enjoy the roofdeck much but still spent some time out there looking at the skyline. We walked to and from broadway all weekend and it was an easy and beautiful walk (about 20 minutes). Only needed Uber for groceries and airport but that was super convenient and cheap. Communication with the host was more than exceptional. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the years and this was hands down the best property and host. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Excellent stay We had an awesome stay at this property. The location and neighborhood were great! We did uber to broadway each day. The house was as described and was super clean and had enough space for our group to relax and be comfortable . The rooftop was beautiful and communication with the property management team was easy and they were very responsive- would definitely stay here again!

Great Nashville Getaway! Visiting Nashville was a blast, and the townhouse was the icing on the cake! The shared spaces were perfect for our group - we could watch football, enjoy the skyline, and be together in the open layout. At the same time, the townhouse offered so much private space for everyone. The bedrooms were very comfortable and tucked away. The kitchen was well stocked, the gym/ping pong area was enjoyed by all, and the rooftop provided beautiful views of downtown and the NYE fireworks! And last, but certainly not least, the management company responded quickly to any request we had. They provided recommendations on all things Nashville and were helpful at booking, check-in, check-out, and even after we left. I highly recommend the townhouse and the management company!

Great stay in the Gulch! Quiet location/neighborhood, but could walk to Broadway or take a short uber so easy. Bedrooms are all nice with good beds. Fun rooftop area and nice backyard patio with hot tub which was nice. Everything was clean and nice and worked well. We had 5 friends and the space was great. The property team promptly responded via email and text and were very helpful. One caution - there are lots of stairs so if you struggle with that, this would not be ideal unless the elevator is working (was not working when we were there). Would stay here again!

Great place to stay. They always messaged me back right away to answer my questions. House is the perfect layout for a large group. When we were planning a bag drop off they arranged an early checkin instead which made it easier for us.

Great place for a bachelor party!
We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it! The house was beautifully appointed with spacious bedrooms and great bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, cookware, and utensils, which made it easy to cook or enjoy grocery deliveries. The rooftop was a favorite spot with amazing views of the Gulch, plenty of seating, and a nice shaded area for morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks. The neighborhood felt safe and was great for walking, just a quick five-minute stroll to shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. There were nine of us, and we had plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. The Hallson Hospitality Group had excellent, proactive communication with a useful digital house guide to share with our group. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this home for any group trip in Nashville.

This place was perfect for my little sister’s bachelorette party! The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely book again! Thanks for having us, we had a wonderful time!
Great spot to host a low key bachelorette for 11! Plenty of SUPER comfortable beds— the room with the king bed + 4 singles made for a fun slumber party vibe. Only downside is it’s not walkable to broadway so had to spend $$ on Ubers but was possible to walk/scooter to the gulch. Would 100% recommend!
Such an amazing place to stay for my bachelorette weekend. It easily slept 10 people with room to spare. It was clean, well decorated, comfortable and we had so much fun on the rooftop and playing shuffleboard. We were able to walk to the gulch area and use scooters to get downtown. We did opt to stay here because of the pool amenity but we did not use it- it's very small and it's in a closed in back area that is shared with the neighbor. It seems there is a higher price because of the pool amenity but not totally sure the pool is totally worth the added cost!
Stop searching, and comparing. This is the place to stay to experience Nashville and enjoy downtime. We had a family trip with multiple generations. It was great for all of us. We had shuffleboard shenanigans, ping pong matches with a lot of positive competitive vibes. The support and communication with owner/host was prompt, and helpful. We made some great food, fun memories, and this home away from home was clean, comfortable, and the rooftop views at night were amazing.The access to the downtown life was very convenient, and there’s a coffee shop within walking distance. Stay here and you will not regret it. Fantastic experience, and very comfortable, with phenomenal bedroom layout to accommodate many people and combinations. Thank you to the owner!!
This house was the perfect spot for our family and friends. Easy walk to the Gulch and walkable to Broadway. Not far from the Vanderbilt football stadium. The house was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We loved the sauna, hot tub, ping pong, and shuffle board. Easy to get Ubers to/from. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice house not far from downtown.
Pictures didn’t do it justice. My family loved the townhouse! Beautiful space, abundantly furnished (loved all the appliances, equipment, games for the kids (shuffle board and ping pong table), # of towels, decor…etc). When I asked my 10 year old son what was his favorite part about our Nashville vacation, he said “seeing the house for the first time” :)
Renata's Holiday Home is warm and welcoming! We had plenty of space to cook and enjoy a family dinner in her bright and airy kitchen. Both bedrooms are ample in size with high ceilings. The outside garden was peaceful and tranquil as we enjoyed our Italian tea to the chirping of the birds. The market and bus is close by, and a 20 minute walk puts you in the midst of shopping, cafe's and people! Be sure to catch the ferry boat not far from Renata's Holiday home. Ask Renata about the 5 city tour, it's a must! Renata will bend over backwards to accommodate you with her warmth and hospitality. Best host we've ever experienced!
Enjoyed our stay and the house was very accommodating for our family to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday! It was beautiful and spacious with a great location.
This was my first Air BnB rental- I was so impressed by the communication and response from Hallson group. We traveled to Nashville to celebrate a milestone birthday. The group of ladies numinously agreed we would return to this this beautiful house. The house had everything we needed plus more. The house is showing its use and needs a bit of freshening but nothing you cant turn an eye too. After a long day walking the pool was a lovely bonus to soak our tourist aches away. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the lovely roof top space but time didn't permit. Thank you again Hallson Crew !!
The house had everything we needed for a 50th birthday party to Nashville. Rooftop was awesome! Kitchen was great. Should advertise that the smoker is Not a gril, but alll in all, we had a good experience.
We had the most incredible weekend celebrating my cousin’s birthday and bachelorette at this house. It was so clean, exactly as advertised, so beautiful and spacious!! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful too - so easy to get in touch with. Literally could not have gone better, highly recommend!
This is a very nice place. It didn’t quite live up to the hype. When I booked, I filtered my search to look only at places w/ hot tubs. There’s no hot tub here. Since my stay, they renamed it a “warming pool”. We also were excited by the fireplaces in the pictures but the fireplace didn’t work either. The key could turn the gas on but the remote did not work. To enter and exit, you had to use the overhead garage door so whoever got up first ended up waking everyone else when you left for a walk or coffee because the garage door was so loud. We were in Nashville, so of course we wanted to listen to music. The SONOS speaker system didn’t work despite lots of texts back and forth to the Hallston company. But Brandon came to the rescue on Day 2 and brought us another speaker. Thanks Brandon!The rest of the place was great. The 3rd floor roof deck was perfect. I just felt that it was the priciest Airbnb that I looked at, .as I was splurging for my 60th, and it didn’t meet expectations

My girlfriends and I had an awesome stay at Brandon’s house. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. He was very responsive when I needed to reach out about a particular question. The home had plenty of space for all of my guests to get ready for a night out on Broadway. Broadway was a 6-10 minute cab ride away. The house was located on a pleasant street and we felt very safe. The neighbors were super friendly as well! Would definitely come back & recommend this home to anyone wanting to come to Nashville!

Great townhouse for a working week with my team. Lounge room was perfect for discussions and laptop work. Separate rooms with ensuite made everyone comfortable. Easy to get around via car or uber or scooter.

We loved this townhouse. It was perfect for 4 couples. We all had privacy, our own bathrooms, it was quiet and very comfortable. We had space to hangout, the upstairs outside patio was great, though the weather didn’t cooperate (it was incredibly hot and humid for our visit) when we had the chance to sit out there and see the Nashville skyline….beautiful. We walked back from Broadway, and ubered too. We were given great recommendations for places to eat and Hallson was always quick to respond, very welcoming, helpful and offered a great place to stay! Highly recommend this property and this group!
World class hosts and home in the Gultch. Perfect rooftop view for the fireworks on the 4th. Home was extraordinary. Will be back if they will have us.

The house was great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Only downfall is having the owners living next door. First impression upon arrival, four trash cans were lined up along the front of guest rental home garage. We had to move the trash cans to gain access to home through garage. We witness the owner pulling weeds and leaving them in front of rental home, lastly upon arriving from exploring the town the owner had parked his black truck in the rental home driveway. We had to knock at his door and ask him to move the truck. ( I did take pictures).
We had an amazing stay at this home. It was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The host/property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful, and the home was gorgeous! We had three generations of people all comfortable with private spaces and we absolutely loved the Gulch neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in this house it was beautiful! And was very spacious for the four couples staying here - we really enjoyed our stay. Our only real issue was the fact that the owners live next door. In a normal weekend people might never see them so it might never be an issue, but since it was the fourth, they were outside on their roof as well when the fireworks were happening and were making a lot of noise - honestly kind of felt like they wanted us to look at them at one point? We ended up going inside and watching the fireworks from there because we just felt a little awkward. They were also in the pool when we went to go use it which was just slightly awkward as well. They were nothing but kind when we interacted with them, but constantly seeing them does just make you feel like you can’t quite relax as fully. Just something to keep in mind if someone thought it might bother them!
Check in went well and the house was clean and the right temperature. The welcome basket and stocked coffee bar are a great addition. We would stay at this location again.
The property is clean and in a great location. There was room for3 small SUVs in the driveway. There is no key pad on the front door and it is kind of a pain to use so we went in and out through the garage, no biggie. The bed in the master was pretty bad. When you slept on it you could feel the wooden slats through the mattress and in the morning you were pulling the mattress off the floor. We let the host know upon our departure and I have no doubt they will rectify that judging by how well the property is kept. Overall it was a great stay at a great place and we would rent again!
We came for my 40th Birthday girls trip. 10 of us stayed. This place was close to every area of Nashville.. fit all of us very comfortably and had all The amenities you would need. There was just a few minor distractions. The back patio with plug pool needs to really be spruced up, along with roof top outdoor area. Other than that I would stay here again!

The house was set up perfectly, every room had its own bathroom, any questions or concerns I had they were answered very promptly. We did not utilize the backyard/hot tub but it did look nice from the window! It’s a nice 10 min walk from the Gulch area which was perfect. Would 100% stay here again
Wished the hot tub was hotter. We did not know what the code to access the key was, that would have been helpful. If it was provided to us, we missed it in all the information provided.
Very fun property with lots of activities for everyone to use, close to everything but tucked away to get some peace and quiet during the trip.

We had a great time with our stay and the place is beautiful. A nice walk to the local bars and a quick Uber ride to Broadway. I planned to make some meals while there so that we didn't need to eat out all of the time. It would have been nice to have more kitchen supplies than what was there.

This house was a dream come true. We loved everything about it. The host responded immediately. We were able to easily walk to our Joy Ride golf cart tour and bar (the food truck there was awesome and they have a mechanical bull and music), 5 daughters Bakery, and Peg Leg Poker. This is a very beautiful special place!

This house was perfect and probably one of the best and most accurate Airbnb’s we’ve ever had! The location was outstanding! Walkable to restaurants, and only 5 min or less to Broadway by car. There was so much room! Every bedroom had plenty of beds, linens, and pillows. The master bedroom was so big! Top floor and rooftop were great for hanging out in the evenings!! There were a few scuffs on the wall here and there but that’s to be expected with a vacation rental. (They certainly don’t paint every time someone checks out). Overall we highly recommend!!

Hallson Hospitality Co's was an incredible host and such a wonderful place to stay. They were readily available if we had any questions and had great suggestions and solutions. The home was clean and very nice, it felt like we did not need to leave the house to have an amazing trip!

We loved staying at this beautiful home in Nashville TN. The home is gorgeous, very clean & so spacious. The host was very accommodating and so responsive. They also checked in with us everyday to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this home!
Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was exactly as described and more beautiful than in the pictures. I would probably recommend adding a few additional basic kitchen appliances. It would’ve been nice to have a crockpot and handmixer available.
