The house was big and beautiful. Such a pretty setting. Came stocked with enough toilet paper, trash bags, which was nice. Only constructive feedback is there are some maintenance updates needed. Example, several TV’s were out. They did replace the main TV while we stayed there which was nice but would have been nice to have the others operational. Missing a couple remotes upstairs. Patio cushions were a bit old, the cornhole is not in working order, odd septic smell in laundry room. Sounds like there is new management so hopefully there will be some updates but overall beautiful house and fit our family perfectly.

We had a large party to celebrate my mother’s 60th and honestly the space was perfect! The cabin was so beautiful and spacious and VERY family friendly! The location is very close to anything you would want to do and the property is private while being accessible. Our hosts were so quick and responsive any time I reached out and very communicative! Wonderful place to stay!

We had lots of fun on our stay and the cabin was very spacious and comfortable for our large group! Randy was always responsive during our stay and helpful when we needed anything. Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals, beds were very comfortable and all major utilities like AC, hot water, etc had no issues despite the number of guests. Only reason this review is not 5 stars is because the game room advertises pool, foosball, and shuffleboard tables. Unfortunately, during our stay, all the tables had issues that made them unusable. This was a bummer for sure since it was not mentioned prior to booking, but we still had a wonderful trip regardless!

We loved our stay at Great Bear Lodge. It was spacious and perfect for our family getting together. The location is 10-15 mins away from everything you might need or want to do. But also quiet and peaceful. Hosts were great to work with and very prompt in communication. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was so roomy as well and the kids enjoyed the bunk room. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy! We would definitely stay again!
This is a great place for a large group. We had plenty of stuff to do and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and serving supplies. Highly recommend the great bear Lodge. We will be staying here again.

It was an amazing place to stay at. The place was beautiful and relaxing. Randy doesn't ask for much, only to relax. It was definitely worth the money and the 4 hour drive. There was plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Definitely a lot of plates, cups, and bowls. I would recommend anyone who is wanting something peaceful and relaxing but want to be close to things to go here.
Perfect spot for a getaway. Quiet, relaxing, and close to everything we needed. Would absolutely book again.

Amazing cabin! We had such a fantastic stay. The pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, and spacious layout made it perfect- even on a rainy day when we couldn’t get outside much. We’d absolutely come back again!
The description is spot on. What you're seeing in the photos is exactly what you'll find. Extremely clean, good open space to gather. Great fire pit, good parking (we had 12 vehicles). Randy responded quickly any time we needed him, which was zero during our stay because everything was as described, easy to find. Randy stresses that "relax, you're on vacation" and that's exactly how you feel while at Great Bear Lodge. This was our 13th trip as a group to different places in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas and Randy was quite possibly the best host we've dealt with.
Wonderful stay.
The place was so beautiful. It had plenty of room for all of us . There was 16 of us. The kitchen was so big and nice when it came to cooking meals . Having 2 washers and dryers was a blessing . We honestly stayed there and just relaxed for the days we were there we enjoyed playing horseshoes, cornhole , pool .
Great location, only 5 mins from the main road. We loved how 2 of the rooms upstairs had a twin bed additional to king bed, so little ones can sleep with parents separately. Plenty of open space throughout the cabin but also allowed everyone to feel close to each other. Great for a large group or family. Only things to bring up was the TV upstairs by the games did not work and the pool table had no chalk, other than that, it was great.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! It was everything it promised to be and even more. The space was perfect for our whole family—kids and grandkids included—and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. What we loved most was that there was truly something for every age to do right inside the cabin, which made our time together even more special. From the youngest to the adults, everyone stayed entertained and comfortable. The cabin was beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for making family memories. We are so thankful for the time we got to spend here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place where the whole family can gather and enjoy time together. Any question we ever had Randy answered within a few hours. 5 ⭐️ service

Loved my stay at Great Bear Lodge. It was big enough to comfortably accommodate everyone and was conveniently located for the activities we had planned. We used the space for my company’s Q1 retreat and it was perfectly suited for us. We also brought our kids, so it was nice for them to have entertainment while we were in our meetings during the day. Randy communicated very well and was a very gracious host. I recommend both the cabin and the host and would absolutely stay here again.
I highly recommend Great Bear for fun family gatherings, great space and location.
We absolutely loved our stay at Great Bear Lodge! It was spacious and a great place for our large family to celebrate Christmas!! They have thought of everything, and there is not not one thing we needed or wanted. We especially loved the large kitchen and living area, as that is where we spent most of our time. We cannot wait to come back!!
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin with our extended family. The space was very roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a great gas fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed including 2 crockpots and the island was great for serving everyone and the fridge was plenty big for days worth of too much food!. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch and taking in the view.. With the master downstairs and the other 4 rooms upstairs it works well. Overall, it was a perfect place for a getaway, and we would happily stay here again.
Great place to stay! If you have a big family or team, this is the place to go! Plenty of amenities for all the family! We did our annual Christmas party here and had FOUR families in this house and we were all comfortable. Very unique double decker back porch with a water feature/ fire pit view is awesome. The bunk bed room is awesome for kids! Lots of stuff to do close by. Highly recommend! TWO washers and dryers was an awesome amenity as well with as many people as we had.
Our time at great bear lodge was fantastic and we will definitely be going back! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the amenities it offered and we are looking forward to booking again in the future!
