Wedding weekend The location was great and the condo had everything we needed.

Great stay on 30a We have stayed at this location a few times and it was great once again! Beautiful property to enjoy beach, pool and restaurants/shops just a walk away! We have a disabled daughter so we appreciate the elevator and proximity to ED Walline beach access which has the disability mat rolled out. Unfortunately the private beach access issue is causing less space for public seating but if you aren’t disabled, use the private access to go over the dunes and down to the beautiful beach that is less crowded:) Communication with Scenic Stays was great and they were very responsive! Will return!

Great vacation! Nice condo in great location! Easy walk to beach & restaurants. Nice family vacation!

Loved it. Easy access to beach and there were multiple pools to choose from. My only issue is the WiFi. It didn’t work well and with us having to also work a little on our trip, it made things pretty difficult. It would have also been nice to have it for the kids to watch a couple shows during our downtime.

Amazing location right by the beach!

We’ve been vacationing in 30a for 9 years now, staying in Gulf place for 3 years now, and this was our first stay in the Caribbean building. The location is great - easy walk to pool and the beach. The elevator is very slow and there is only one but it’s manageable. The unit was not very clean when we checked in. The toilets weren’t clean, shelves and decor very dusty. The washing machine had a foul odor when we arrived, I ran 2 empty cycles before using it to wash our clothes. We were promised one roll of paper towels and did not have any when we arrived. When I contacted the management company they said they would reimburse me if I had to go buy some. I was planning to buy more at the store to last us throughout the week, but wasn’t going to the store until our second day. So I had to go to the store that evening after a long day of travel to get paper towels and cleaning wipes to wipe down surfaces. The building is old and so there’s some movement and shaking when walking around. We could hear those above us quite well. And the people below us could hear us as well and came up to let us know. I’m not sure there’s any way around this as there’s no carpet and all hardwood floors so there’s nothing to cushion the noise. There’s no assigned or covered parking which I prefer. We enjoyed our stay despite the few hiccups.

Location was great. Onsite amenities were nice such as pool and shuffleboard. Floors, a few dishes and kitchen surfaces felt/looked a little dirty.

We loved the location and have stayed in this building many times over the years. Close access to the beach, easy walk to restaurants, wonderful sunsets every day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place. The condo was well appointed and we enjoy that in this development the beach is not crowded. Thanks to our host for a great stay!

Great spot! Walkable to great restaurants and the beach. Pool was nice and great walking/biking trails. We’ll definitely be back!!

Beautiful Condo I absolutely loved staying in this condo, great location. Only one thing, I didn't get much sleep the whole week as I am a very light sleeper. The lights outside the condo, along the walk way are so bright. Some room darkening curtains would be amazing in here! Other than that, would stay here again!

Great location Great location- super easy walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops that you can walk to. Big balcony with table and chairs. Nice pool area.

We stay in this area every year. Great place and just as described. I’ve never stayed on the end and liked how it was layed out with more porch.

The condo was clean and modern. We have stayed in Gulf place a number of times. This condo was more up to date than some of the other condos we have stayed in.

Great Condo! This was our second stay in this condo and we will definitely be back. Great location, clean, and kitchen is fully stocked!

Great location We loved the proximity to everything needed. We didn’t have to use our car once we settled into the property. Able to walk to pools, ocean, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the condo! This is a great unit in the Gulf Place Caribbean complex, as it is on the end & has additional side windows for brightness. We have stayed in multiple units in this complex over the years. It is nicely decorated and has nice outdoor seating for eating or relaxing, and a nice size dining table to eat and play games at. It could use a few more smaller pots/pans as we don't go out to eat a lot so we had to adjust with cooking. Beds were comfy with lots of pillows! Bring your own beach chairs and towels. We forgot and ended up buying some at Walmart. Would recommend this unit to others. Very quick to respond and nice to work with!
