We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and we loved being so close to the beach and other activities. The house had lots of fun amenities we enjoyed and we especially loved the pool.Our only minor issue was that the cooking supplies were rather limited for such a large group, as there weren’t many larger pots/ pans/bowls etc. Otherwise, the host was very communicative and we had a great experience. We would definitely consider staying there again!

A great home to stay at, first floor has games and a large game table. The second floor has a golf sim and large gathering area. Top floor has a really cool theatre, very comfortable to hang out in. The home is close to really good restaurants, golf courses and the beach
We had a great time with family and friends! Had a few hiccups regarding cleaning and amenities but the host was very responsive and did his best to accommodate us. Thank you!
This was a great rental for a multi-generational week long vacation to build memories in. We loved the golf simulator, the movie theater and our boys loved the bunk room on the top floor. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the "things to do" for kids and families by the owners. We had lots of fun at the beach and in the pool, as well as just sitting around in the spacious living room conversing. Michael was very quick to respond with answers to any questions or concerns we had.
We had a wonderful stay and could not have been happier with the house or the hosts. The hosts were exceptional—extremely responsive anytime we needed anything—and it was genuinely refreshing to have such attentive and accommodating hosts. The house itself was fantastic. You can tell they have put a tremendous amount of time, effort, and thought into making it a true family destination, with plenty of space for relaxing, entertaining, and spending time together. The location was excellent, with the beach within easy walking distance, and we loved being able to rent bikes and ride just about everywhere. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, linens, and other essentials. The bedding was especially comfortable, and all of the amenities made the stay feel easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. We stay in Airbnbs quite often, and this was absolutely one of the best experiences we have had.
This house was wonderful and perfect for large families! It had SO much to do for ALL ages which was WONDERFUL considering that the weather was stormy and rainy for most of our stay. The photo booth was a huge hit and SO much fun. Theater room was PERFECT and even had blankets to snuggle the kiddos. The game room and juke box were so fun to provide extra joy while hanging out. The kitchen was stocked so well and the commercial refrigerator and ice maker were HUGE bonuses !! Held everything we needed and easy to find stuff. Location was close to beach and a cute little coffee food truck! Also, every store or other need we had was usually within 5-10 minute drive! Love having a separate living room with game table and smart TVs in all rooms A(especially in kids area). Fenced back yard was great for keeping kids close by and the heated pool was WONDERFUL- especially since weather was dreary at times. Elevator major plus for 4 floors! The few issues we had were resolved quickly.
We loved staying in this Airbnb; it had something for everyone and more with so many thoughtful extras. Beds were cozy and everything was very clean. An easy .4 mile walk to the beach made for a nice morning/evening stroll. I would definitely stay again!
Not enough space to write all the issues w property. Pool & Hot Tub Not Functioning, golf simulator did not work. elevator broken , main fridge broken @59 degree after maintaince came. Miscommunication About Amenities Prior to arrival, we asked whether the home had infant supplies such as a crib, pack-and-play, or highchair. We were told only a highchair was available. Not true so we paid to get all of our supplies there and when we got there, they had all the items they told us they did not. Insufficient Basic Supplies There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels for a long weekend tenance during our stay • Red fridge in workout room not working • Microwave tripping circuits • Hot water inconsistent 5 of the 5 avail pickleball paddles on site Broken- taped w electrical tape & sticks from trees Pest entry points due to unsealed front door /windows These issues collectively impacted the quality and comfort of our stay. Had a big group, my collegiate team, stay here for two nights since we had a competition. It could not have been better. The hosts were responsive and we loved that we could do so much while being at the Airbnb! We truly wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy more. Beds were great, furniture and interior was so nicely decorated. We enjoyed all the fun games and the pool and outdoor area. Beautiful home on Hilton Head and lucky enough to stay in it!
Stayed here for a trip to Hilton Head and overall it was a great experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in a really convenient location close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was responsive whenever we had questions. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. Beds were clean, common areas were spacious, and it felt like a solid setup whether you’re going with friends or family. Overall, really good stay—would definitely come back and recommend it to others visiting Hilton Head.

WOW! This is easily one of the most epic homes I’ve ever stayed in—if not the most epic. It’s an amazing choice for large groups; the house is so spacious you honestly feel like you could get lost inside. If you love games and friendly competition, this is the place for you. There’s so much to do that you’ll never want to leave. During the day, we spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the pool (the heated pool option was perfect for January!), hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, and cozying up by the fireplace. We also loved the easy 8-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. We spent hours in the downstairs game room, followed by a fun night of karaoke in the movie theater. A few of us even fell asleep in the recliners because they were that comfortable. The hosts were extremely reliable and proactive—reaching out ahead of time to help us get organized, incredibly kind, and always quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend booking here!
Great house for a large group! There’s tons of square footage, so everyone had plenty of space to spread out. Heating the pool was a big plus, and the hot tub was hands down the best we’ve ever had. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the photo booth was an absolute hit! Our big bunch had an amazing time.
Michael & Jill's house was incredible! The house is immaculate, clean, with so many fun activities to do at the house itself. We loved our stay & couldn't ask for better!

Amazing house and amazing hosts
I’m convinced that Michael & Jill’s house is the best and only place on HHI for our large family of all ages. Everyone loved it, and for different reasons. Some things to share in no particular order: The commercial ice maker is an A+ amenity. We used it for the cold plunge, filling coolers, and making drinks. It was great! All the kid cousins loved the top floor bunk room. The park next door is beautiful — we played a giant game of kickball. They had pavilions as well to hangout next to the fields. Game room was awesome, played a lot of poker, and the little kids absolutely loved the Photo Booth. Note: there are no indoor stairs to game room — access through elevator or exterior. Beach was super easy to get to — straight shot from the house. Sometimes we’d drop off a car full of people/gear at the beach path, but most often walked. The location was a bit off the beaten path which we loved, but still close enough to get anywhere we wanted within 10 minutes.

Great spot for a family getaway! We had a lovely family vacation at this Airbnb! The stand out features were definitely the location and the pool area. It was close to everything we needed-beach, shops,restaurants,putt-putt and golf-which made getting around with kids super convenient! The pool area was a big hit with the whole family. It was clean and a perfect place to relax! The home itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which we appreciated. Wow! I can not speak highly enough of our stay. Our hosts were so quick to respond with any and all questions that we had. The house was very clean and just so much fun! From the moment we walked in everyone was in love with the house and we all felt right at home. Every inch was decorated perfectly. The furniture was not only attractive, but it was comfortable too. All of the bedrooms were absolutely beautiful, clean and came set up with the amenities needed for our stay from a steamer, hair dryer, bath robes, soaps, lotions, shampoo etc…. (You get it!) It was cute the first night to find the men in the group up in the theater room all snuggled up with blankets watching a movie. They loved it! The next morning we woke up, made coffee and jumped in the pool which was such a comfortable temperature. We found floaties in the bar area outside and lounged the morning away. Our family had a great time! This house has everything you don’t even need to leave. You won’t be disappointed. A quick 5 min walk to the beach (house has beach chairs, umbrella, & wagon). Hosts were responsive to questions, (setting up golf simulator), the Photo Booth wasn’t working but they contacted the company to come get it back online. Hilton Head isn’t very big so house is close to everything, there’s mini golf, Adventure Cove, right around the corner within walking distance. We used instacart for grocery delivery to save time. I would highly recommend this house to everyone!!

Outstanding location, house amenities, and very spacious. It was our first time in Hilton Head Island and we couldn't have picked a better location to stay and explore. The house had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable staying there. The hosts did a phenomenal job checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed from top to bottom. We will definitely be coming back!
My nine best friends and I traveled to Hilton Head for a bachelor/golf trip. This was a dream home that made us wish we had planned less activities outside of the house! The amenities are like a five star resort. It’s also stocked with the essentials and ADA friendly, which is important to my group and I. The location is immaculate for a group that wants to spend time exploring the island and on the beach. The host was also ready to support us, if needed (which we did not because this house is luxury). I plan to rent this house, again, for a family trip in the future. I wouldn’t ever consider staying anywhere else in Hilton Head. I found this Airbnb on Insta reels, claiming that it’s the best in South Carolina. I disagree… Because it might just be the best in the entire southeastern US! Thank you for a fantastic stay and memories to last a lifetime!
Loved our stay here and provided our family with the space and amenities we were looking for, along with the beach just a short walk away. Hosts were very responsive in a couple of issues we had with the elevator not working and the lock to the game room. Location is also a short drive/bike ride to various shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores, and food trucks. If you plan to use all of the amenities in the house, would be worth the extra cost to stay here.
Beautiful home with great amenities, but small issues detracted from the stay. Multiple cleanliness oversights—empty beer cans, wrappers under couches, trash bags by empty outdoor bins, moldy coffee grounds, broken putt-putt equipment—all added up, questioning the cleaning quality. The main problem was no propane in the home’s tank, meaning no hot water or heated hot tub. We alerted the host quickly and helped diagnose it on our own, but despite promises of a gas delivery that evening or first thing the next morning, which was reasonable, it never arrived during our 2-night stay. Aside from telling us the gas delivery was coming, the host never updated us with any information to inform us otherwise. We would not have stayed if we had known hot water wouldn’t be fixed, we just kept checking for hot water every few hours. Poor cleanliness and lack of communication prevent this from being the luxury home that it is marketed and priced to be.

This was such a wonderful house! It fit our group of 20 perfectly. There was enough entertainment to keep us all occupied. The owner was very responsive in anything we needed. The pictures portrayed the house perfectly and everything was in excellent shape. We would definitely visit this house again and recommend it to all our friends.
We enjoyed our quick overnight stay at Michael and Jills’ House on Hilton Head Island. The house has everything to keep the whole family entertained. The house rooms are laid out very well, lots and lots of games from outdoor to indoor. They made the most of all the space the property provides. Hope to visit again the next time we are in the area. Location is very continent to all the locals amenities if you want to adventure out as well. Great place!
