Our group of 16 had a great stay. There is plenty of usable room for groups which allows for everyone to be comfortable. Some rentals are massive but you can’t use the space very well, but this home essentially has 4 large areas to hangout where people could be doing completely different things. And that’s only inside! With 4 more decks outside and a full pool area with bar setup around the side this place can accommodate nearly any extended family or group gathering. We had one hiccup with something in the house but more importantly the owner was responsive and corrected the situation. Addressing the minor inconvenience shows the attention to customer service and enjoyment. Our group had a blast. If our travels take us down to Myrtle again we’ll be sure to reach out and rent this house again.
Michael was an awesome host and made our weekend in Myrtle Beach a great experience! He was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions or messages we had throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely book this place again in the future. Highly recommend!
Great location in a quiet neighborhood near the beach and plenty of room for our group of six adults and nine kids. Loved the game room, golf room, and especially the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities. Michael was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
All 20 of my family that were at this house were just a in awe at how much it offered and how it had everything that you would need. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the children asked if we really had to leave. I highly recommend this house.

This home was perfect for our family of 20. There were enough rooms for everyone. They had a well stocked kitchen with almost anything you might want. There were plenty of activities for all of us. The pool area was lovely. The bar area was great when we needed a break from the sun. The air conditioning was effective with all of us going in and out all of the time. Michael was wonderful at answering my many questions both before and during our visit. Any issues were quickly addressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place or from Michael again.
We had a great time at the house. It was just as advertised and loved having a private pool and walkable to the beach. It was the perfect fit.

Our team really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean when we arrived, and our overall time there was great. The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes and supplies for our group and host was very quick in responding to our questions. We will definitely check the availability for our next trip to North Myrtle.
What an amazing property! We took a large group, but there is so much space and so many things to do that no one felt crowded and definitely not a boring moment! I think we played every game and took advantage of every amenity during our stay. The home is so well furnished both inside and out. Every question and every need was addressed promptly by the extremely helpful hosts! Nothing but wonderful memories and rave reviews from our entire group!!
Beautiful home! Very responsive host and amenities were all working and useful! Check in was super easy and the backyard was beautiful especially during sunset.

The house was immaculate when we arrived and much more spacious than the photos suggest. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the many amenities, from the games and golf simulator to the pool, hot tub, and quiet spaces for relaxing. Everything was exceptionally clean, the towels were incredibly soft, and every bed was very comfortable. All of the games and amenities worked perfectly.
The outdoor space truly set this property apart. The bar area was fantastic for gathering, the sauna was a great bonus, and having a poolside bathroom and shower was incredibly convenient. The putting green was also a fun touch that everyone enjoyed.
Our host was outstanding, very responsive and helpful at all times, day or night. There was ample covered parking, the area felt very safe, and it was an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.
I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a premium stay and and a truly enjoyable experience.

This house was worth every penny and the location was very convenient, not only that we got lost in the house sometimes because it’s just that big and spacious perfect for big families like ours, the host and their team was great and helped with anything needed I would definitely stay here again
I actually stayed at this property a few years ago and I see that the completely renovated the two units and created one big unit. It’s absolutely incredible. All amenities you could ask for are included. The backyard amenities were the best with a nice pool, putting green, sauna, and gym etc. Michael was also very communicative and understanding. The place is exactly as described and the photos matched reality when we checked into the place! Great location and walking distance to the beach. The home had plenty to do inside and outside if you wanted to relax and remain on the property. The host communication was always timely and reached out to ensure we did not need assistances. I cannot say enough great things about this house. I love activities and there was so much to do. Arcade games, pool table, swimming pool, hot tub, workout room, etc..

My family and I had an awesome time celebrating my wife and I 30th anniversary and birthday. The home was beautifully decorated and designed for family gatherings. I would recommend large families or group gatherings to use this home you will not be disappointed. The outside area, game room, sauna, and other amenities made the stay even more enjoyable.
Michael & Jill are outstanding host. They reached out with friendly reminders before our stay, they were very respectful and responsive with helping answer any questions we had during our visit.
