The house is beautifully decorated and the perfect distance from all the action of Broadway. Steph was very responsive with all my questions. Would highly recommend this place.

Great spot - matched all photo's and was so clean and new it felt like we were the first ppl to stay.

We got all our daily walks in walking around this beautiful space. Honestly the steps were worth it because this place is an absolute Nashville dream. It was super clean, cozy and filled with lots of Tennessee charm! Steph our host was extremely helpful and friendly. A definite repeat one day.!!!! thank you, Nashville, Tennessee!

Great place for family weekend!

Beautiful place! Everything was perfect, home was clean and organized! The instruction manual was super helpful and very clear on what to do! The location was nice! Easily drivable to a lot of different locations and neighborhoods! There isn’t much to do directly in the neighborhood, but that was okay with us! Loved it!!

You have such a fun vibe throughout the house! So many memorable photos were taken with our family! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Host was wonderful with responding. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was truly a great stay for our entire friend group!

Steph’s place was just as described. It was a a reasonable walk to things like the farmers market or a short ride to Broadway and other areas. We had a great stay.

The condo was incredible. Plenty of room for all 11 guests. Steph was an incredible host. She was so responsive and handled all our requests. We will for sure be back to Nashville and book this condo again!

Plenty of room. Nice to have rooftop space. Less than $10 uber ride to downtown. Grocery store nearby. Excellent family style southern restaurant Monell’s. Walkable, southern dishes made daily. Great food and low fixed price. All you can eat.

Perfect!!

The condo looks exactly like the pictures and wonderful Nashville themed decorations which make for great photos! We didn't realize until after we checked in that it is 4 levels, so be prepared to go up and down a lot of stairs. The place is really spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Jefferson street on the other side of the condo can be loud depending on the time of day, I slept with a white noise app on so it wasn't that big of an issue. We had an issue with the coffee pot not working and Steph had one delivered that same day, great response time! There's a Family Dollar and a liquor store right across the street if you need some things. There's a Kroger grocery store that didn't seem that far but we still had to Uber because we had too many bags of groceries to carry. It took us 15 minutes to walk to Germantown Cafe for breakfast. Other than that we took Ubers. It's about a 10 minute Uber drive to the Broadway area with all the main restaurants.

It was just as described and fit why we had planned for the weekend with our adult kids and their significant others. Close to downtown- we walked the one day but took an uber any other time just to save time. Place was extremely clean, beautiful decorated and attention to detail was spot on. Would boom again!

This house is probably the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The owners were so responsive and gave a ton of great recommendations to us! The house is huge and in a gated community with just the right amount of privacy. It was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. While the area was not walkable to local shops and restaurants, it was a very quick uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. You’ll be in a community of just airbnbs, but it’s kind of nice to see the other travelers. Don’t think about it, rent this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful stay at this Airbnb! My friends and I were saying this is one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed at! Very clean, lots of rooms and space for 4 - 5 couples. Everything was as described and communication was fast! Great location close to main attractions and good food etc. would definitely recommend this spot and come back to stay in the future!

This place was definitely as advertised!! Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Steph was very responsive to my (endless) questions. The surrounding neighborhood, at times, could get loud with the street being used as a drag strip but nothing that kept us up all night. Definitely would stay here again!!
