We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was absolutely great very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. The home was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. It was the perfect space for me and my family to relax and enjoy our time together. We truly felt comfortable and at home during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and stress free experience. Looking forward to booking again in the future!

We had a great stay overall. The location was very convenient, just a short drive to landmarks, restaurants, and local stores. The space was comfortable and perfect for our family. A standout feature was that every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made it easy for everyone to have their own space and get ready quickly. The hosts were very communicative and made everything smooth. The property felt secure and was very quiet, which we appreciated. The heated pool was a big plus, especially on chilly nights. The only downside was that the kitchen appliances and cookware are a bit limited if you plan to cook often. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Thalita and Rob were wonderful hosts. The space was immaculate and well appointed. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was a PLUS!!! The area was very convenient for getting to the parks and restaurants. Would definitely book again for family gatherings Thank you again

An AMAZING stay! Perfect for a family getaway or one with friends! Stayed here for a weekend and it was incredible, from the gated community, to feeling safe. It was all incredible and perfect for my birthday celebration! I recommend for a nice stay and perfect family time away!

Had a great stay at this property. The host are easy to communicate with and addressed any concerns. Has a great location, it's cozy for the family and it's a beautiful property.

The villa was a very spacious house. Some of the sinks were block in the bathroom Positive: The villa was close to amenities and central of attraction. The rooms were big and spacious for I and my family Negative: The pots did not have lids on them and we did not have a big enough pots to make food for nine people. There was only one big pot but with no lids. Kettle was fault but got a replacement for it, the blender and kitchens equipment was fault. Bins were not collected and we had bin bags in the kitchen due to bin outside filled with rubbish. The washing machine was fault but a electrician came to fix it. We were not given a fresh towels, we had to wash the towels that was with us.

It was a great stay the kids enjoyed the pool area and play room. The host was quick to respond to questions I had. Would book again.

Very nice place to stay with a large family. To try and give anyone wanting to stay a good full feedback. First I want to say the house is great for a large group. It has 6 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. A fully outfitted kitched

We enjoyed our stay in this property although this wasn't the originally booked but the hosts were gracious enough to accommodate our request re: amenities including pet & pool heating discounts! Although some games at the garage but the kids did not last playing as heat was terrible. Noticed there's not much insulation in the garage to repel the heat as it was not A/C'd and the weather the terrible enough to stay there longer. But, it was alright as the kids appreciated the plenty of channels to watch in the TV. My most appreciated thing was the provisions as anticipated by the owner like the kitchen stuffs, cleaning materials and even enough towels and toiletries. It was thoughtful of that I thought! Even the electric fans were provided! Awesome! Also some lamps wiggly. Overall, it was a great stay! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! The place is centrally located and very spacious. We really enjoyed the pool, which was a hit with our family. Everyone was very happy, and we're looking forward to staying here again.

We loved staying in this house. It was plenty of room. Incredible pool and hot tub. PAY the extra money to have it heated. So nice to enjoy it in the evenings after walking at Disney! I would suggest if you have a large family-take extra towels, wash clothes, dish clothes, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc. we just went to dollar general and picked up some to work while we were there. Also may wanna take some cooking utensils, tin foil, etc. if you’re cooking while there. The bare necessities are provided as promised. Did not smell like an animal even though it is a pet friendly house. I didn’t wanna leave the house! I could have enjoyed relaxing there all 5 days! We definitely will be back! And maybe just to relax around the pool!

We were a group of 7 adults and really enjoyed the modern design, and still felt comfortable and at home. The house is huge, and every thing was super clean. There are plenty dishes and basic cookware, only thing lacking would be a keurig, We only used the fridge and microwave, which were both pristine. We liked that there were no bunk beds and no childlike themed rooms. The bedrooms all updated with white on white linens and very comfortable and clean. The pool area was clean and tidy. The game room is in the garage. There is no AC there, so it was warm, we had to prop the door open for airflow from the house, not a big deal. The house AC is quiet and super cold! This is definitely a place we would stay again! Mainly because of how clean the whole house was, especially the white beds linens.

Wonderful stay at Thalita and Rob’s Beautiful Florida Home We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house in Florida. The home is exactly as described, and even better in person. From the detailed instructions to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, it was clear that they truly care about their guests’ experience. The outdoor space was a highlight and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked! making it easy to prepare meals at home, and the beds were super comfortable, our stay was just perfect. Very nice home. I stayed with a group of 8 people and there was more than enough space. The backyard is very nice and it looks into the forest. Overall great stay and would do it again!

I GO TO KISSIMMEE EVERY YEAR FOR FAMILY VACAY! But not I’m specifically going to book this home!!! Positive: THE HOME IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! Very updated decor! Spacious!! Every single room has its own full bathroom!! Backyard and pool is an oasis!! The entire experience is upscale. I had an issue on one of the days but when I reached out to management about it, the instantly responded and sent resolution. Therefore it did not affect my experience. I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights!! It was 8 of us and everything was perfect. Even the room with two twin beds, we were able to push them together and make it one large bed! BOOK THEM!!! Negative: N/A

The other thing that I would suggest is to have the house better accommodated. There was 9 people in the home, 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Staying for 8 days. There was only 1 extra trash bag and only 2 dish washing packets, only 1 dish towel, no hot pads for cooking in the oven, no pans for cooking in the oven. We always like to stay at Airbnb's due to it feeling like home and not a hotel. But I felt we had to purchase everything for a home that we didn't live in. Basic spices would have been great too like cooking oil, salt and pepper. The house was great and roomy, we loved all the rooms had their own bathroom and plenty of space to hang out.

The property looks nice in the pictures, but it’s not true to what is posted on the website. The inside is not kept up. Refrigerator had drawers that were broken and Also kept leaking water. The stove was dirty and not kept up. The grill was disgusting, dishwasher is old and dirty and rusted inside and pots and pans we didn’t even use cause they’re so old they’re dirty scuffed up and not usable glad we bought our own to cook in when. We used the washing machine and it sounds like a tornadoes going off because it’s off balance and it makes a lot of noise. The bedrooms were adequate and so were the bathrooms and the pool was nice but not handicap accessible

The place is a very wide space for a group or big family, is not very luxurious but comfortable versus price.

This is a particularly high traffic area being so close to so many attractions. Not only was the property clean and everything Thalita mentions but the house is tucked away back in the neighborhood so its perfect for winding down in peace and quiet after a day in Kissimmee and Orlando. what we were most impressed with was how quickly we recieved a reply for any questions or concerns. You cannot go wrong with these hosts. We look forward to staying again.

The house was great and very well located. We enjoy and had lots of fun during our stay!

One of the beds was broken and not fixed when we arived mattress was up side down floors and pool was dirty. Air hocky table didnt work up stairs shower door and cobbled tpgether and didnt work right. Chairs was low quality and flimsly.

Beautiful house and neighborhood.

Negative: We couldn't get in gate no one was there, couldn't get in the hostel wasn't ready,house was not clean it had bugs and smelled of urine, was given 2 different codes to finally get in. After a 14hr. drive. Finally got us into another place hours later, trash bin at other house was full and had maggots in it, trash only got picked up once because we called. There was lots of trash all over the neighborhood and we had to take our trash every day up to the dumpster.

Best experience I’m am very happy to review this property because I truly believe this is my best experience I had so far. The house and it’s amenities surpassed my expectations and we just loved being able to return to the house after a long day at parks to relax. Thanks for hosting me and I look forward to visiting again

This is a really good place to stay is really close to all Disney parks in a gated community quiet neighborhood with all amenities a clean house, nice swimming pool, if you have the time to enjoy it definitely recommended. I want to come back to this place in the future.

After School Vacation The house was super clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was perfect. Really loved the spacious bedrooms and individual bathrooms was the most impressive. I was really impressed with the management answering questions about how to get into the resort and checking in. I did not read the info about the no washcloths are provided but that was easily resolved. The neighbors were quiet and the clubhouse and community was clean. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Definitivamente nos encantó la casa!!! Todo estaba limpio, la cocina espaciosa, los cuartos espectaculares con un baño en cada uno, las camas eran súper cómodas, es la primera vez que me quedo en un lugar que no es mi casa y duermo súper bien. The house was clean and comfortable.

We liked the house, the layout of the bathrooms. The house is very good but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. there were no pool towels and the bathrooms were wet when we arrived. In the kitchen we also feel that a lot of things are missing. few pans, no garlic crusher or bowls. missing many important kitchen utensils. the pool and jakusi heated up really well. and the house is well located.

The place was great but we didn't noticethat was an extra fee/charge in case we wanted to use the BBQand the pool hot tub heater
