This property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but one bedroom doesn’t have a door, it has a curtain right next to the front door. So any noise downstairs is going to be heard by whoever is sleeping there. No directions given on how to use the microwave (hit the play button) or the gas grill. Showers took us about 15 mins how to use, pull plug on bottom of bath faucet to change to shower. Pool was about half the size in comparison to the photos listed and was so dirty, and ended up cleaning it myself which took about 45 mins. When I reported it, they said there was a bad storm the week previous, which means no one checked to see if the pool was ready to host guests. Bottom floor rooms had no fans to help circulate air - super warm at night. Master bedroom has no curtains on the top part of the large window, so the sun is definitely going to be your wake up alarm!The property has some missing outlet covers, rooms are basic and air conditioning was very good. Location was ideal of our group. Could this be an even better spot if they put a little more care into the place - yes! Did it work for our needs, also yes. This location could definitely use a folder or notebook of “how to’s” that many other VRBO spots have. Which would prevent us from having to contact host.
The house is in a great location. Hosts we're attentive, but not overbearing. Truly a 5 star experience. Will return.
Our trip was very fun and relaxing! We loved the pool and golf. Overall a great house. Just a heads up, the front room just has a curtian. It wasn't a problem for our group but I could see the light/noise from the foyer could bother some people. There were tons of birds, including hummingbirds, in the backyard that were so fun and pretty to watch. Some extra bird poop landed on some of the chairs outside and Megan had someone come clean right away! Thank you again for that! Definitely recommended :)

Beautiful neighborhood, clean home, well stocked kitchen, lovely backyard. Only wish the second bedroom downstairs had a door instead of just a curtain for privacy and some flexibility in the check-in time.
The house was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The house needs some TLC but was like home so I was comfortable because it had everything just not the best of everything. Great for a large family or friends gathering together for meeting up.I definetly would rent it again when we visit!
The home itself is very nice, clean, and peaceful, and we did enjoy our stay overall. However, there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of. The listing showed a room with a full crib, which was one of the reasons we booked while traveling with two babies, but there was only a pack and play upon arrival. The pool vacuum had to remain in the water at all times, which felt like a safety concern while swimming. Pool heating was also quite expensive for this time of year compared to similar homes. Inside, the sectional couch would not stay together well, and the guest policy was stricter than expected, requiring approval for visitors with slow response times. Overall, it’s a nice home, but may not be the best fit for families with small children or those planning to have visitors during their stay.
Wonderful home, clean and private. Hosts were responsive and the description was accurate. Five professional adults enjoyed the home and amenities while in town for an event.

We were down for a family wedding and this was a wonderful oasis to hang out. The backyard has a perfect balance of sun and shade throughout the day. Great location.

Megan and crew were great hosts’. The place was great for my crew the entire stay and she was very communicative and responded in a quick manor. We would stay here again if the job location permits it.

Good communication with the management company. There was one issue but it as able to be resolved at the end.
Pros: great location and nice view in backyard. Home is on cul de sac. Cons: home needs some updating/maintenance attention as it’s older and kitchen needs to be better stocked for long term stays. One of the bedrooms does not have a door - just a curtain.
Megan was a great host! She was super responsive and the house was perfect for our family to get together during Thanksgiving! The back yard space is beautiful and was perfect to spend family time.
Good: Excellent pool and backyard. Comfortable layout to the house. Bad: So-called chef’s kitchen was a huge disappointment. Some amenities were stingy (only one small box of facial tissues in the whole place). Ugly: Brown sofa and chair were unclean, greasy. White bath towels turned dark gray when damp, so we were not sure of cleanliness. Note: Two showers and one toilet were not functioning when we arrived. Megan was very responsive and sent over a handyman who fixed them right away. She also offered us a discount for our trouble.

We had a great experience. The backyard is amazing and a great place to relax. Meghan is very communicative and I recommend her and her house.
Great house! Loved this place and so did the kids. Lots of restaurants close by along with things to do. Would definitely stay again
