Great place to stay if you’re wanting to be super close to Broadway. This was my first time ever renting a VRBO so I really didn’t know what to expect. It was also my first time experiencing the Nashville nightlife. We had 11 people total end up staying. Some chose to sleep on the pull out couches rather than share a bed since the couches were bigger, however there was still plenty of room. Some of the beds are rather high up so we had to pivot on where to put certain people, which worked out. Be forewarned, the Cityside is definitely louder. If you don’t plan on staying out late and are a light sleeper, the couch or the Riverside will best. But it is a great option to look below and people watch! Seriously, the location was perfect. You’re just barely off Broadway, plus 2 ice cream stores across the street! The parking garage is a short walk but you can unload/load right in front if the area isn’t already taken. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We did need to request more of something, which we received right away. Communication was great and I loved that I could just text any questions and get a response. We felt secure in there as well since the elevator had a special code to get to our floor. It was weird at first “living” above the store and having to come in after hours but we got over it after the first night. It also helped that all the employees were super nice as well. I would definitely consider staying here again with a large group.

We chose this place for its location and space. We had 16 guests looking for a place in downtown Nashville where we could walk to everything. It was perfect. The place was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed and more. We were celebrating birthdays and they even supplied a birthday cake, balloons and a few little gifts! We were traveling with young and more mature guests and it was equipped to entertain both. While the cost was not inexpensive, given the location, beautifully decorated and ample space, cleanliness and host communication, it was worth the cost. We would absolutely rent this place again if we needed the space and location!

A must rent condo. Far exceeded our expectations. Condo is well stocked and perfect for a large group. Location could not be better. We will definitely be returning soon. Thanks for a great time.

We went to French’s with a group of 14 family members (7 adults and 7 kids) and loved it. It is spacious, well-decorated, and in a great location. A few specifics - There was some noise at night from the city but it didn’t keep anyone up. - The welcome package had exceptional wine and coffee.

We absolutely loved our stay and it was great for our family. Separate rooms and areas for all of our family members. Shockingly quiet given it's proximity to the bars/shopping. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others interested.

We were a group of three couples and we all felt like this location could not be beat! So close to walk to everything on Broadway or even a Titan’s game. We rented both condos and they were very nice (matched the photos). Nice beds, all furnishings, well stocked kitchen (we made breakfast in everyday). Host was very responsive through chat on Airbnb. Very satisfied with our stay and if we return to Nashville, would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Perfect for 4 couples traveling with enough room to have privacy while still being together. Close to everything! Very comfortable and spacious! Hosts were great! We were there on a holiday weekend and they were still wonderful about checking with us to make sure everything was great!

The actual accommodations exceeded our expectations. We rented both advertised units which are extremely spacious and beautifully decorated condos. Our only concern was for 3 of the 4 days of our stay we had no WiFi which also meant that none of 7 big screen SMART tv's were of use without internet. I sent a text the first hour after we arrived that it wasn't working. Hallson's reply was: " The WiFi is managed directly by the building, so unfortunately, we're unable to assist with that. Sorry for the inconvenience." After many texts and calls over the next two days, they did finally send out an IT tech and got it working less then 24 hours before we checked out.

Beautiful property! We loved the condo and loved being in walking distance to everything downtown! Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Communication with the host was great!

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, and live music. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the bed was especially cozy after long days out exploring. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and the space was immaculate and well appointed. Perfect location and that’s what you are paying for so close to the action (bring ear plugs if you plan to sleep before 2am) We will be back-just have to save some money!!!

This space has a very unique layout, and the location can’t be beat. The team was responsive throughout our entire trip and made check-in, check-out, and everything in between as smooth as can be.

we loved our stay all Hallsons. The location was awesome and walkable to anything you’d like to do. It’s right next store to some bars but is not too loud when you’re upstairs. Overall amazing place and will stay again!
