Eugenia was a pleasure to host This home provided our us and our extended family with a comfortable place to have as a home base through all of our adventures in Anna Maria Island. Pros: -Great location - super walkable to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. -Spacious home and each bedroom has its own bathroom -Comfortable beds -Very clean Cons: -There are no screens on any of the windows, so you can't let in the fresh air, even on a nice day. -You mostly cannot see the pool area from the house. The kitchen/living room is on the second floor and the view is blocked by the detached suite. -AMI Locals only provides you with limited 'starter kit' of supplies (1 small bottle of dishwashing soap, 1 tablet for washing clothes, 1 trash bag per trash can etc.). This appears to be the case regardless of how many days you stay. -Front door keypad lock can take several tries to work. Should probably be replaced.

Beautiful home. The house was 10 minute walk to everything we needed. House was big and spacious. Pool definitely needed to be vacuumed and the area rug in the living room should be replaced. I messaged the hosts prior to my visit and did not hear back but the day of check in and throughout my stay they were very communicative. Overall, I would be happy to stay again, even though it was expensive it’s pretty comparable to the area.
