I was looking for a peaceful escape from the city, with close access to skiing, and that’s exactly what I got. Great hosts who were very helpful. Clean place, thoughtful storage considering the small space, very warm even in the winter, overall had an amazing time. Can’t say enough great things about this gem.

The cottage is charming. While, the description explains that there are other tiny houses on the property, I don’t think it clearly communicates that if you’re sitting outside, your voices will be heard by other people. This meant we didn’t really spend any time outdoors on the property. Additionally, if you open the windows you can hear vehicles on the road, which the property abuts. You wouldn’t want to stay here with someone you’re not comfortable peeing in front of. The sliding barn door to the bathroom won’t stay shut and we had to shove a flip-flop underneath it to wedge it closed. The kitchen was equipped with a Moka pot, a French press and an automatic coffee maker, which we really appreciated. We spent our time in swimming holes, waterfalls and hiking. Which was lovely. Enjoed our stay but felt the price did not reflect the value for us.

Great place to spend a weekend! Nice privacy, and spacious for a tiny house

The tiny house itself is sweet and cozy. However, the shower drain was clogged for 75% of our nights there, and so we had to skip shower those nights (we ended up getting a partial refund). The place could be maintained cleaner (big water stain in the bathroom sink, stains on walls) and the bedding looks like need to be replaced. Machine noise at night. Overall not worth what we paid for.

Foxglove was very cozy and welcoming. The shower issue a lot of people mentioned was not a problem at all. Just follow the tips and it works great. When people said it was close to the road, I didn’t realize how close. You’re actually looking at the street when you walk out the door, which was a bit of a bummer. I don’t mind hearing some cars drive by, but I would have preferred a more secluded spot. The house itself was great. Warm and bedding is comfortable.
