A real gem. The place, surrounding - everything was perfect. Really appreciated the trees surrounding, the privacy yet closeness to the town. The response was great - from instructions for check in to check out. Really recommend and will be back!

Such a beautiful and peaceful stay! Not so far from the downtown area if you are interested in getting dinner or visiting the brewery. We brought our dog who had plenty of space to roam the backyard! Very private as well , would definitely come back

Amazing deck and backyard. Wake up to birds singing and fall asleep to frogs croaking. The space is clean, efficient, and thoughtfully designed. The spiral staircase is not for the faint of heart, and the upstairs can get warm in the summer (though the host provides fans). It's about 12 minutes from downtown Livingston Manor, but it feels like a complete escape.

Nice place. It’s almost exactly as pictured and the host gave me all the info I needed beforehand. I will say, the water has an interesting smell and taste (which the host is honest about before the stay), but that was my only negative.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog on a rainy memorial day weekend. The place is very cozy and private. We loved the area in the back of the house. There was a break in the rain and we had a campfire down the path near the creek. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Inssaf’s place was a great stay for my boyfriend and me. Cozy, clean, and just like the pictures. Inssaf was also very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how beautiful and immaculately clean this property is. Every space was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The pellet stove kept us warm and cozy all weekend, and the huge deck was a highlight — perfect for taking in the peaceful surroundings. The home truly has everything you need for a cozy getaway. The outdoor firepit was well equipped with firewood. Every inch of the house is meticulously designed, offering prime views from every angle. The owner was incredibly responsive and always replied in a timely manner with clear, helpful instructions, making the entire stay seamless. A perfect, peaceful escape — we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away and would absolutely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this cabin! The place was very private and peaceful, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene getaway.

The host was very responsive and super flexible with check in which was much appreciated. My only complaints are that there were a decent among of bugs inside upon arrival, and the remote for the TV/projector was broken in certain aspects. This made it difficult to watch shows or movies. Otherwise, the stay went well.

Peaceful, minimalist, clean and 12 minutes from the town! My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay here. We appreciated how clean and new everything looked, the water bottles in the fridge and the espresso pods! Our favorite parts were the easy-to-use fireplace, the backyard deck and modern shower. Thankfully Inssaf gave us a heads up about the sulfur-smelling water, which we know is typical for upstate. We loved seeing deer on the property, and thankfully the only bugs we saw were ladybugs throughout the house. Tip - Bring an eye mask!

My girlfriend and I had such a wonderful stay at this cottage in Livingston Manor! The space itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. We loved how cozy it was inside, especially with the indoor fireplace that made our evenings extra relaxing. Outside, the little trail leading to the fire pit was such a nice touch—it felt private and tucked away, and we spent time out there just enjoying the quiet. One of our favorite parts was watching movies on the projector screen, which made the space feel even more special. The location was also really convenient—just about 10 minutes from the main road and town, so it was easy to get what we needed while still feeling like we were on a peaceful retreat. The host and her husband were extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They made the stay a pleasure. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, charm, and a bit of adventure. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I had a lovely stay for a week with our dog. The location is ideal - it is quiet and feels secluded but is only about 10 minutes to Livingston Manor's Main street with shops and restaurants. The place itself was clean and the perfect size for the 3 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset and a family of deer that visited a couple times during our stay. This is a great place for a nature getaway!

a week up here was very relaxing. My dogs and I enjoyed out stay so much that we will consider this place again. Everything is close by but far enough to feel like the country.

Inssaf's place was everything we were looking for and we had such a great weekend away from the city. It was in a private location that allowed us to really relax and recharge. The place was exactly as she described and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed using the fire pit! Inssaf is such a great host - super responsive and ready to help you if you need. She left a nice welcome packet that listed out things to do in the area; we really enjoyed visiting the great breweries nearby. Livingston Manor is great and just a short drive away from other attractions! Highly recommend!
